They told me not to worry too much, they could accept the car same day and would figure out the problem. After their diagnosis, they let me know that the repair was related to a part that Ford has a recall on, so it needed to go to a Ford dealer. No fault of their own. Since the repair couldn't be done at Pioneer, my review is based solely on their customer service, which was wonderful. Tiffany was so helpful and supportive no matter how many times I called. They let me leave the car there for two days while I figured out other arrangements, never pressuring me to get it moved. On Friday, Tiffany even took the initiative to call me and offered a solution to get my car moved over to the nearby Ford dealership, where I had made an appointment. This removed a task from my schedule that I was dreading. I drove by later in the afternoon to pay them the diagnostic fee (which they even discounted for me!) and double check that my car had made it safely over to the nearby Ford dealer. Everything was taken care of, Pioneer made my day a whole lot easier. If their repair service is half as good as their customer service, then this place is an easy recommend! He got away with it for awhile but his last estimate of $1100 for a brake line and fuel pump and straps was the last straw for us! After paying $80 for an estimate I went else where. I was able to purchase the parts and total parts and labor with fuel pump censure thrown in got it done for $600! His men also forgot to Greece my daughters wheel after changing a Bering! Who forgets that? I told him I know you bought the place next door so you need to recoup some money but u r way out of line and I will never ever be back, What a shame, this business has been known for their honesty and workmanship for so long it's just a shame that a new greedy and not very good mechanic is going to strip this business of its good name!
