There are some places where you have to wait regardless so it was great that they honored your appointment time. They have a great array of colors that we chose from and our manicurists were super diligent in their job. She reviewed the place, expressed her feelings, and someone at this business had the audacity to reply to her review saying "we don't know why you're doing this." Take some accountability and acknowledge that you had an unhappy guest instead of blaming them. Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Might be playing with fire here since they have a record of being nasty to their customers who review them poorly. In addition to the above mentioned: The quality of work here was not up to our standard either. Two gel manis that chipped, and the tech wouldn't put on an additional top coat since he claimed it was "special and can only be put on once." So why did it chip if it's so special? Will not be coming back here. I also spread the word to my friends to avoid this place.

Accessible parking space and to get onto the sidewalk would be my only complaint.

This past weekend, I went to AT Deluxe with my friend for a UV gel manicure and a pedicure. Immediately, they offered to complete both services at once, which was so nice. The pedicures were standard, and very nice results, but expensive. However, both of our manicures are not nice. Both applications are incredibly thick, and chipping after one day. I am going to a new nail salon tomorrow to get these removed because of how thick they are. I really enjoyed my first experiences, but I will not be returning. At $145 each before tip for our services, I would expect a higher quality.

They are good for birthdays, mother's day, valentine's day, anniversaries, getting ready for a bug event like a wedding or just in need of some self care. They are great for both men and women alike. I was able to walk in for the gel polish change, but I wish I had walked out before starting the service. After sitting down, I quickly realized that the cleanliness of this salon was not great. There was polish/nail "dust" everywhere, the tools being used were obviously worn, and the nail tech would rest the tools on her phone screen between uses. At one point, she used the brush with polish remover to clean old polish stains off the table, then used the same brush on my nail immediately after. The nail tech was very nice, but she seemed to not understand what shape I was asking for or my responses to any of her questions. Although the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, I would not return. The final outcome left much to be desired with uneven and streaky application and the incorrect shape. I'm disappointed that I'll likely need to go home and have this set re-done.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob and Anna. Their shop is brand new and has a ton of pedicure and manicure stations. Bob was able to fit me in for mail removal and a gel manicure. He took his time and you could tell that he takes pride in his work. I recommend calling ahead for appointments. Thank you again Bob for fitting me in. I'll see you in a few weeks for a pedi!
