She's been cutting hair for over 4 decades, she's extremely personable, easy to talk to, listens well, efficient and affordable. There's also easy parking at this location. There were things I asked for (such as texturizing) during my hair cut, and she listened to me intently saying, "you know your hair the best" and did what I asked, which I sincerely appreciated. Now, the important part, the hair: it's SO GREAT! Jess just knows what she's doing. I gave her buzz words: BLONDE but keep it healthy and easy to maintain. I flat out told her I wasn't planning to come in for months and I pretty much refuse to style it ever so it'd need to look good with just a solid hairbrushing every now and then. I left the details up to her and let her do her thing and the results truly blew me away! I was nervous leading up to this appointment because I was a previous bleach-a-holic and am SO PROUD of the condition I was able to get my hair in by simply leaving it alone.
