That place is trash. I am never going back , and never will recommend anyone . It's pricey and the service is awful . I got my nails done there , the next day I had to get it redone for 35$ . While I got charge 45 dollars for acrylic , 15$ for gel polish , 1$ for materials , 5$ because I wanted French on 2 nails. You breath you get charge , you sneeze you get charge , I needed a pedicure , they said it was too late , it was 6pm , while I was getting my nails Polished , they took 4 new clients and denied me meanwhile I was there from 4 pm . I've been to a lot of different nail salons as I work in a professional environment and need to be groomed constantly. I've had trouble finding something local until I happened upon Will Nails about two years ago. The business is run by a Chinese family and friends and they speak moderately-well English, although if you know some Cantonese, that'll help you in this setting. Most women complain that at any Asian owned Salon, they have trouble communicating what they want or if something is being done wrong. That's their problem, you need to actually COMMUNICATE with the Employee's here instead of stewing in anger and waiting to say something until your about to leave. They take every request seriously and will accommodate you to the best of their ability. While their services are a tad on the pricey side, I'd rather pay for decent service than terrible service without having to travel far. I get the UV Gel Nails done (it's a Japanese practice and more natural on your nails than Acrylic) and that costs about $70 with tip for a full set. After that, it's between $25 and $35 every two weeks for a French Style. They only have about 3-4 people who are qualified to do UV Gel Nails, but they all do a great job. I also feel pretty comfortable here as I've witnessed them first hand sanitizing all of their tools. That's an A+ for hygiene in my book that tends to be overlooked in other establishments. While the Decor and the multitude of Price Signs, Specials, Deals, and other random Asian inspired signage might clutter the space, it's not too bad on the eye's, although I wish they'd paint the walls a different color. I do however enjoy the Chinese, Japanese and Tibetan music that is played throughout the Salon as opposed to the traditional instrumental music in most other places. As a speaker of Japanese, it's nice to hear some popular music from Japan that happens to be on my own iPhone. Will Nails might not be the greatest thing next to sliced bread, but it's the best that Clifton Park has to offer, at least by my standards. read more

Not recommended. They accepted me as a walk-in and then left me to do other guests. They said basically that I should've made an appointment. I say they could've said they were to busy and I would've went elsewhere. The young man who wasn't even waiting on me was extremely rude about the situation. I do not recommend coming here. You are better off going somewhere else that has the staff and time to give you the service your paying for. read more

My pedicure today was very quick. I came in without an appointment and I was in, sat, massaged, and painted, before people who were mid massage when I sat down. To be fair, maybe the other people got a different level of pedicure, I did the basic one only, which I've gotten before and have had good long pedicures before. I'm thinking that you're better off if you have an appointment here from now on, they'll probably give you more time since they're expecting you instead of doing a quick massage. She did end it with an amazinggggg shoulder and neck massage while my toes were drying, it was better than my leg and feet massage actually, and the fact that they usually do this is one of my favorite things about this salon! I've been here many times and had many good experiences but I've also had some very average experiences too. I would still recommend this salon to anyone in the area, but would definitely recommend an appointment! read more

Went in for a quick polish change because I hated the color I had on. They tried to upcharge me for a file and clipping. I didn't need any of that as I had just had it done and again just needed a color change. They also said the upcharge was due to a NYS regulation which I am not sure is real. They charged me extra for mood changing polish that has not changed at all so I am wondering if they just put the color in the bottle to get more money for it. My nails always look great when I go to Will Nails. My mom and I have been going here for years and they always do an amazing job. If I show them a picture, they do exactly what I want and if I don't like what they do they will fix it with no complaints. The atmosphere is calm and the employees are all friendly. If highly recommend Tina, she is fast but always does a good job. Make sure to make an appointment when you go as they are always busy. Sometimes we have to wait 15-20 minutes to get in but it is always worth the wait. I definitely recommend getting your nails done here! read more

My stepdaughter to be and I went in for mani/pedis last night, the night before my wedding. I'll start with what little good there was. Dolly did a great job with my pedi and French manicure. My nails look great and Dolly took the time to make sure the length and shaping on both hands matched. And she handled it well when she saw how furious I was over my stepdaughter's nails. My stepdaughter was finished before me (because her manicurist Joy didn't do the French mani that she'd asked for, but my daughter was past the point of asking) and came to sit with me while mine were being done. I look at her nails and all of her cuticles are ragged and bleeding! She tells me that when they we being done they were bleeding so profusely that Joy was having to wipe away drops of blood. I look at her toes and she's got 2 bloody toenails as well. She told me that it hurt so much that a couple of times she reflexively yanked her hand back and the lady just kept going. We've now had a discussion about how we ALWAYS say something when someone hurts us or we know something is wrong. But a trip to the nail salon shouldn't have been the trigger for that particular conversation. When I paid the $67 bill and only left a 10 dollar tip my manicurist pointed out the low tip and I politely told her that that was for her and gave her another 5 in cash because I didn't trust that she'd actually get all of it. She tried really hard to communicate with me about me being unhappy but language was an issue. I let my nails dry for 2 minutes and then headed for the front desk. Showed her nails to the receptionist and someone put some medicine on them and we were given a gift card for the amount of her mani/pedi and left. I didn't push for a refund as my poor stepdaughter was starting to get tearful and embarrassed and we both wanted out of there. Decided to stop by for a manicure today, unfortunately was reminded why I stopped coming here after being a long time loyal customer. David was somewhat rude and dismissive, simply said no when asked to fix a ruined nail. I used to truly enjoy the atmosphere, today I felt rushed even though the salon was not busy at all. The owner was complaining about losing business. Well, my nails don't really look much different after David's attempts, cuticles look horrific, nail polish was applied sloppy. I am posting the pictures so you can see for yourself - can you tell that I had a manicure 3 hrs ago? I certainly can't. I just moved to Saratoga county and my mom knew of this place so we went and I got an acrylic fill with gel nail polish and rhinestones. I absolutely loved the way they did my nails. But I didn't give them 5 stars because they charged me for literally every detail while getting my nails done. Usually a fill comes with a cut. But not here they charged me for a cut separately. They charged me $10 for each nail I had rhinestones on and usually it's only $5 when I normally would get a full nail of rhinestones but here I only got like 5 little rhinestones and it was still $10. Rushed me to the point where I wanted to leave. My cuticles were sloppy and nails were still catchy on fabric.They always seem to be in a rush to get done. In past years I was happy now I will find somewhere else. I waited awhile even with an appointment. Can't talk to anyone except the guy in the front cause they don't speak a bit of English and he disappears also. I leave upset instead of feeling good about the experience. Also for some reason the staff disappears into the back room, nowhere to be found, guess they just don't want to work and even a generous tip doesn't matter. You'd think they would remember a good tip, but no! Last time I just left cause I expect to be treated well and wasn't .Also this charge for credit at 2.5% is illegal. Cash only is not good business. People like to keep track of spending. I get hiding money but this is to much. They don't want to pay the credit card company so they say up front- you pay it! So I had bad service, no one to talk to and a really rushed bad experience more then once- I don't ordinarily post but I've had enough. read more

Pretty sure my cuticle is infected on my ring finger. I'm assuming from the drill used? It's been swollen and itchy for 5+ days with no signs of relief. I'm not one to complain, actually this is my first yelp review. I'm disappointed that it's for a negative reason. I asked my male nail tech (I don't remember his name) to only do two coats of anc for thickness purposes, as that is what most places do and he continued to do a third coat on two nails anyways. I replied he might as well do all of them so they are even. He, the coworker by his side and possibly the manager argued in their language and then one of them told me 3 coats so it doesn't break. I said sure go ahead he already did two nails with 3 coats anyways. He goes to put a 4th coat on those same two nails and I have to stop him. He closes the container leaving the rest of the nails with 2 coats. He either couldn't understand me or wasn't paying attention. He kept speaking to the tech by his side and I could feel his unpleasantness... My nails were thick, sloppy, uneven. I asked him to file down a huge bump on one of them and he looked at the nail in confusion like their was nothing wrong with it and the tech next to him has to point it out and explain to him... all the while his body language and demeanor with me was frustrated for speaking... I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended up filing a few nails myself when I got in my car. I went last night to get my nails done (ANC) and I usually don't have an issue. Lulu is actually my favorite nail tech, but last night I was seated with Gigi and I've got to be honest she was really rough with my nails. She cut me twice because she consistently ran the emery board over my nail trying to get rid of the ANC powder from before, even after I asked her to be careful because my cuticles split really easily. Did she not believe me? I felt very rushed and almost like an inconvenience to her. My nails came out pretty, but I don't appreciate feeling rushed and because I was cut, I was sitting on edge the whole time and that didn't make for a pleasant experience. Now with that being said, that's really the only negative experience I've had and can be avoided of course. Next time I'll be sure to request Lulu, that's all. The only reason I didn't this time was because I was desperate to get in. I went with my best friend and both of us needed it badly, but refused to go elsewhere after coming in on Saturday and they couldn't take us right away. Unfortunately my friend and I had a prior engagement and the timing just wasn't going to work so we made an appointment for yesterday. But please keep that in mind when making an appointment here! Do not go to Jimmy. He was very sarcastic the entire time. He kept laughing at myself and other customers. My nails turned out good but I'd rather go to a different salon because his attitude ruined the entire experience for me. He was bending my fingers in ways they wouldn't bend and would get mad if they didn't go the way he wanted them. He cursed when he messed up on my thumb. VERY unprofessional. I had heard good things about Will Nails and decided to check it out. I wanted a gel color manicure and pedicure. The only part of both services I was remotely impressed by was the neck and back massage. My pedicurist did very little in the way of nail work, the minimal filing she did, left my nails long and uneven. Polish was sloppily applied. My manicurist did a poor job removing the old gel polish, applied the new gel all over my cuticles and left my nails uneven. I won't be back. read more

If you pay cash they give you coupons for your next visit. You always get a free massage to boot. If i could rate below 1 star I would . This place is absolutely terrible. From customer service to their pricing. They lie to you about what you will be charged until the end. The employees are very rude, and the owner continuously tries to play it off. I went in and told the owner exactly what i wanted & repeatedly said gel polish, new set, gel polish. She even showed me the gel polish colors & told me several times it will be $45 all together. Once my set was finished (which by the way is also ugly) I went to go pay and out of nowhere she told me it is $61, and I asked where did the $61 come from. She then broke it down for me and told me $30 new set, $5 for tips, $5 for length (mind you my nails are not long at all), $15 extra for gel polish, and then there is a $1 fee for using their equipment. I don't mind paying just $1 but how else are you going to do nails if you arent using your equipment?? No other nail salon charges to use their equipment to do nails. Basically I walked off with a $61 ugly set that I could have gotten at New Bliss Nails for $45 and it would have came out beautifully. read more

Very unhappy with my pedicure today, the women was trying to work very fast and was being very rough with my feet and when i told her that she was hurting me she got very annoyed. I had my phone between my thighs while getting something out of my bag and the women continued to try to rip my phone out of my legs to set it on the table when i said that it was fine i felt she crossed a bounty without even asking before trying to touch my phone to move it. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and have gotten in the past my nails done here multiple times. When I went to get my eyebrows waxed the lady botched them up and I left with one eyebrow completely shorter than the other. I deal with a lot of self esteem issues and this had me breaking down in tears over how bad it looked. Not even that but past acrylic manicures I have gotten always broke off and chipped less than a week. I will not be going back here. read more
