They could not have been more kind about it. Truly. Absolute gems of humans working in here. Due to scheduling constraints (mine), I didn't have the time to drive to their other location and still get my hair done in time for upcoming meetings I had. Again, this was not their fault nor the fault of the other location--and still they so incredibly kindly fit me in with a stylist (Sidney) here. I'm so glad they did! Sidney was lovely. She does impeccable work and is so thoughtful in her approach. She was thorough in her questions so that she could be sure to get me the color and cut I was looking for. She also had Lilly assisting her throughout my experience (since they were squeezing me in, it needed to be a group effort) and Lilly was equally lovely. The head massage she gave me during my shampoo was exactly what I needed after a couple stressful days of travel. Their prices are reasonable. Everyone I met here (from the owner to the stylists helping me to other stylists working the morning I was in) were warm and welcoming. The shop itself is chic and clean. And, the best part? A beautiful cut and exactly the color I was hoping for. And, even better? I didn't have to restyle my hair when I left (this never happens!). Abby was my stylist and carefully listened to what I wanted and I showed her pictures of my own hair when I've liked how it's been done before. Abby really delivered on giving me a super natural looking color with some dimension from the highlights in a warm blonde/copper. The placement of the highlights was perfect and it didn't look striped or unnatural. Just blended and very pretty whether I wore my hair curly or straightened it. I paid for my second visit a few months later. I got a cut/trim and had it re-toned with a bit more copper/light brown. My hair looked and felt great! The color from last time had grown/faded so nicely. The cut didn't take too much length but got rid of the split ends so my hair actually grew in a noticeable way. My mom is going to switch to this salon instead of her regular place because of how nice my hair has looked, the results of other customer's that she saw in the salon, and the atmosphere. I can't believe this place doesn't have a lot of reviews but they have only been open a year. If you are looking for a modern but relaxed salon with a variety of different stylists to choose from, I'd highly recommend you try it here.
