I got a regular manicure, while my friends got gel manicures and spa pedicures. So I was certainly…read morein no rush, but evidently the man who did my manicure was, because he sped through it, and was done within 5 minutes. The time spent alone made me think it wasn't worth the $14 I paid (that's the equivalent of paying someone $168 an hour!), but the aftermath has definitely confirmed that. My nails were chipping badly the very next day (and after nothing more strenuous than typing on the computer), and were utterly destroyed by the event for which I had gotten them done, 3 days later. The worst part, however, is that the cuticle care I received was so careless and aggressive that I now have more hangnails than I have had since I was a kid. Not happy. I've gotten a number of cheaper manicures elsewhere, and have never had them chip so soon, much less result in hangnails. Don't waste your money.

My hair was cut shorter than I wanted, and the dye came out darker than I wanted, and the highlights were streaky. I gave her plenty of pictures and was very specific about what I wanted. I figured out they take very few hair strands for each foil and every foil is $15 so it adds up in the end. It is just a very light piecy streaky highlights. Very disappointed.

I wish we listened to the other reviews on this page because they're all true but we were in a bind. They will try to up charge you with gel, claiming that regular polish won't last the day and they do whatever they can to make sure that the polish doesn't. They clearly didn't do our nails correctly and we had chips in our nails just hours after leaving. The one of us that did get gel had to fuss at the nail tech to do her nails correctly, & her nails are the only ones that came out good. The salons ok, not super sanitary. I was worried the entire time. They didn't even use gloves once not even while doing our pedicures. Definitely not up to par with other nail salons I've been to. The worst part of it all was that when I called to see if there was a resolution to the issue before posting this review, the nail tech was incredibly rude, defensive, and ended up hanging up on me. He kept saying if we wanted our nails to last the day we should have done gel instead of regular polish. Absolutely absurd. Regular polish is meant to last 5-7 days where gel is meant to last up to 2 weeks. He also mentioned that this nail salon wasn't the owners main source of income and so they didn't really care about the quality of service. Upset that I paid cash and tipped at all. 0 out of 10 stars will not go again.
