I got the Eggs In Purgatory which reminded me of Shakshuka but with a little bit of spice. It's served with some cuts of sourdough as well. It could do with either larger slices of bread as I had to ask for more bread (2 pieces about the same size) and it is a charge. We weren't told that it would be a charge and only noticed after the bill came but it is what it is. I noticed other tables that ordered the dish also had to ask for more bread. The shrimp and grits were very flavorful and a nice hearty portion. There were a good amount of shrimp to eat with each bite of grits.

The drink menu is pretty standard overall, but I tried the Yemenite Latte and really liked it. It has a nice spice kick to it, kind of reminding me of ginger and maybe a bit of cinnamon. Definitely planning to give the bagels a shot next time I'm in.

Drinks sometimes takes a while to get (to be expected) but it's a small price to pay for Philadelphia sports energy. Took a walk on the wild side and tried the fernets and cola. Surprisingly it was great (fernets is not generally my cup of tea). I've had several over the summer. Great watering hole. I will say, I haven't had any food there yet.

The menu, the food, the service, even the décor brought back fond memories of our years in Birmingham, UK. If you're in the mood for somewhere refined, charming, and just a little old-fashioned--in the best possible way--this is a lovely place to visit. And naturally, the fish and chips are not to be missed. It's right in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, one of the loveliest parts of Center City Philadelphia.

Our server Rachel was lovely and gave us a rundown of their specials and the menu's top hits. Our drink selections ranged from as boring as a Diet Coke to as fun as a seasonal lemonade. We were all content with our choices, though we puttered around making suggestions from their large drink menu. I typically go for a savory breakfast, but the stuffed brioche French toast was speaking to me. I can never turn down banana! The rest of our table ordered avocado toast (x2) and fried eggs with bacon. Everyone was really happy with their choices and an added bonus was that our food came out quickly. I insisted everyone at our table try a bite of my massive stuffed brioche French toast and the consensus was that it was ridiculously good. Though this spot is tiny, it is not to be missed.

Luckily, we found street parking right next to the restaurant, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived, the wait for a table of three was about 45 minutes. That's somewhat expected for a popular brunch spot on a weekend. Once seated, the service was prompt. Our waiter stopped by quickly with waters and took good care of us throughout the meal. I ordered the House Angus Burger with sweet potato fries. It was solid, flavorful, and definitely filling. My friend got the Bella Vista Omelet with home fries, and we both agreed that while the food was good, it felt like standard brunch fare rather than anything particularly memorable. Based on the long wait and the hype surrounding Sabrina's, I think we were expecting the food to really stand out. In my opinion, the dishes we tried were comparable to what you'd find at a quality chain brunch spot like First Watch. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the food was satisfying, but it didn't quite justify the lengthy wait. That said, the menu has plenty of more unique and creative options that we didn't try. I'd be open to coming back and ordering one of those specialty dishes next time. Overall, I left satisfied with the meal and service.

You can see the entire city from every angle of the restaurant, and every box is seemingly checked regarding ambiance. Not a bad seat in the house. The reason I give this 3 stars is really because the food leaves a bit to be desired. I've tried the cheapest thing on the menu to the most expensive, and I can say that you really are paying for the view. The drinks are good and strong, but a little on the pricier side. The food is not extremely complex for the price, but you could easily to a $50 dinner to a $500 dinner. The service is amazing as this is my go to spot for any celebration. The reality is, it's a staple for the view.

It really embodies the Parisian vibe and makes you feel like you are not in Philadelphia. Onto the food! The bread basket and butter are always things I look forward to. The cranberry nut bread is amazing and it's always a great way to start a meal here so I love that they bring this to you. My absolute favorite thing to order that I cannot go without is the Warm Shrimp Salad. The shrimp is cooked perfectly and paired with this amazing lemon dressing that is creamy but not too heavy. Adding the sun-dried tomatoes and the avocado is perfection. I usually make a combination bite of all of the ingredients and it is heaven to my taste buds. I highly recommend this entrée. We have gotten a lot of other things on the menu before, but some of the standouts include the French Onion Soup, the Tuna Carpaccio, the Escargot, the Tomato Tart, and honestly just a side of the fries. The fries here are delicious. The waiter recommended the Tuna Carpaccio and oh my gosh it was so good. It was salty and the tuna is so melt in your mouth and the bread went perfectly with it. The tomato tart just tasted like an elevated pizza so you can't really go wrong with it. My husband absolutely loves the Escargot and I think the sauce that it comes with is really good. Their take on a French Onion Soup is so good. The cheese layer is decadent and the soup is rich, salty and just delicious. Getting a side of the fries with the aïoli they bring you is also pure joy. We never have a bad time when we come here. Sometimes it is hard to get a weekend reservation, but there tends to be a lot of cancellations so just keep checking and you're sure to find something. The restaurant is so big yet always packed. It is really impressive because there's never a wait time for your food and you always get good service. This place is like a machine, it's so incredible.
