I have been living here in Columbus for almost 2 years now and this is the only play I come to for my nails! They do and amazing job and I never have to wait long they are always quick and ready to assist their guests. Although my friend and I were thoroughly entertained during our visit, I felt that one of the technicians was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. My friend and I had pedicures done by two male technicians. My technician was professional; whereas, hers was not. He kept telling us inappropriate stories from his dating experiences on Plenty of Fish and some other absurd stories. I enjoyed my technician as I thought that he did a good job with my pedicure and manicure; however, I felt that I didn't receive the $115 worth of services that I ended up paying for. During my "deluxe pedicure", he kept mentioning a huge blister that was on the bottom of my foot (that I was completely unaware of) and how he wasn't going to go anywhere near it. He also didn't scrub the dried skin off the heels of my feet either. Other than that, my fingers and toes look pretty in pink! Unfortunately though we will probably not be returning back to Bellagio Nails. read more

Dip mani powder applied so sloppy and thick they will literally fall off in a week. My nails were perfectly shaped literally the easiest manicure ever. The powder was so unevenly applied, he sawed off every edge of my nail that he missed with the sloppy powder application. My thumb is now shaped like a rhombus, we won't get started on the other 9. New to the area and decided to try this place first. Got nails & a pedicure done here.. The pedicure was fine. It went by fast which I like. They didn't use the scrubber on the bottom of my feet; but for $25 it was fine.. I was disappointed in my nails though.. I got the dip nails in coffin shape which wasn't coffin shape. They also charged an extra $10 for particular shapes which i've never seen before. A week into all my nails started cracking which was very disappointing to me.. Also, never put my hand under the UV light when it was ready for the top coat; they just let it air dry which was also weird to me.. Everyone was very nice; but it wasn't worth the money. read more

0 STARS. I went into this salon on a Saturday afternoon - surprisingly no one was in the salon aside from the nail techs and myself + 1 friend. I had requested a dip manicure and had first asked for the tips to be glued on. My tech, Angel, told me I did not need it as my nails were fine as is and informed me it would be $15 extra for the tips with dip. I should have insisted on having the tips glued because the five days my nails lasted probably could have been 10 at least. All of the dip adherent peeled away from my nails, letting my nails go chip underneath the dip and in some areas, the dip chipped away from not having anything underneath. I ended up breaking my thumb nail on day 5 of having this manicure. I called and spoke to the man who works there; he told me that the dip manicures last 2-3 weeks and that I can come in for it to be fixed. He asked I call before I come in. Day 6 of having this manicure, another nail broke and almost all of the nails underneath were chipped or peeling away. I went to the salon an hour after I broke my second nail. The man in the shop first immediately told me I was supposed to call before I came in - as if I have not sat for 10-20 minutes waiting in a salon. He asked who did my nails, when I was in the salon, and looked at all of my nails. He began speaking to the tech who did my nails and she came over. I struggled to understand what she was telling me that she would do. She continuously came up to me and looked at my nails, telling me some sort of what she will do to fix it. I said I will have to see what she is talking about when she begins fixing it. I fully intended on staying to have my nails fixed! She then asked me what I paid for my nails and I told her. She went into the register and threw a $50 bill at me. I went on my merry way to find a salon who will provide services which last the amount of time advertised and expected when some sort of service is performed. I liked the way my nails had turned out from this nail tech; shape and color were perfect - quality was POOR. And the way that I was basically shooed out the door and given my money - which I never even asked for. This will be the first and last time I ever come to this salon. Don't waste your time or money, but they may just throw the money back at you when you come to have something fixed. read more
