The food is pretty good but the service is terrible. I've been there twice now and have yet to be impressed. I don't know if it's because most the people that work there are Italian and maybe Italians just aren't naturally friendly but the service is just not up to par. To me, expensive food requires good if not great customer service. Not to mention this place is owned and ran by legitimate Italians so the food should be phenomenal and it's not even close. There are some kinks still needed to work out in the new location: the music is too low, the phone rings too loudly, and the service is a bit distracted. The food, however, is very good. I had the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti, my wife had chicken picatta, and our daughter had the child's spaghetti with meat sauce. Husband and I were starving and were on our way back to Austin when we passed by a restaurant with a ton of cars in front. We thought that any restaurant with that many cars must be pretty decent. Turns out...was a gem in small town. We did the lunch special with chicken soup for him (really hardy and definitely could taste it was home cooked) and salad for me (fresh simple and nothing too fancy). For the main course I had the Eggplant Parm. It was fantastic. It was layers of eggplant and cheese baked so it came out super hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the sauce that complimented this dish...not to mention it's not small like a lot of fufu places. Husband had the linguine with mushroom and added a side of meatballs. He really enjoyed his dish. The bread that was provided was warm and very yummy. Damn I wished they had one closer to Austin...would have been one of our go to places. Can't beat the price either. $23 and that included a $4 tip for the waiter. Fast friendly service, good food...deserves a 4.5 stars from me. Try this place out! read more

Interesting evening at this establishment. Food: 5 stars Service: 3 stars Ambiance : 3 stars A nice building and decor. Went on a Tuesday evening, place wasn't overly busy. We got seated right away. Waiter needed too much guidance. Took forever to get water, ordered bottle of wine, he brought out two glasses of wine, hubs and I split entree, had to ask for additional plate after having having to get additional plate for salad. I don't care to eat in the dark, but lights were super bright (no romance). And kids everywhere! I am a parent, so I sympathize, however on this night a little girl lost her mind to the point that thankfuly management did ask them them to go outside. Where the parents then let her run wild on the patio. Shame on the parents. Ordered shrimp & scallop fettuccine. Was pleased ay how delicious it was! Great sauce, not gummy or too cloying. Scallops were seared wonderfully and tender in the center. Shrimp were great and not overcooked, bravo to the chef. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it was wonderful. My husband got shrimp diablo, or something like that. It was spaghetti with shrimp in spicy red sauce. He said it was OK. The bread is yummy. Was recommended this restaurant by the people at Russo restaurant while on my journey to north fort hood for military training. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and extremely nice they even gas us a military discount for our pizza. The pizza was hot and very very good I ordered a small personal pizza a devoured it by myself lol. The cheesecake was also exceptional. The food was actually pretty good. Many steps above Olive Garden and very fairly priced. However, the tomato basil house dressing was really just ketchup in a Sunday dress. Our waiter, while obviously not "from Texas" was a surly as badger caught in a trap. He had the tableside manner of Ed Gean. I would wish to say I had a great experience here but that would be a lie. After going camping for a few days me and my friends packed up and decided to head into marble Falls to get some lunch. When we found out about this place we were excited to get some decent food considering we had just been eating chips for about 2 days and we're excited to see that there was a Italian food place in town. When we got there we were seated quickly and our drinks were brought to us fast and after processing the menu for quite a bit we decided to order a few items. The one in particular that I had troubles with was the fettuccine Alfredo. I love myself a good bowl of Alfredo yet this bowl when it was brought to me was extremely bland and tasteless. When me and my friends had ordered, all of the dishes came with a side salad that was free of charge so when I had asked for a Caesar salad I wasn't expecting our waiter to charge me for a separate bowl of Caesar salad. After observing my friends order the tossed salad with different dressings I tried to correct my order and he just told me that the Caesar salad was good so I should keep it. I didn't feel like arguing so I complied and waited for our food to be brought out. The salad was decent all of us enjoyed it but one of my friends decided to get the house salad and basically was a few pieces of Romain lettuce topped with watered down tomato sauce. When she asked for a Caesar salad in replacement, he continue to charge her for both an eaten cesar and un eaten tomato salad. My one friend was extremely disappointed to find that her Ziti pomodore was basically water down spaghetti with penne noodles. She didn't want to eat the rest considering it was $15 for a disappointing bowl of pasta. My other friend ordered the pasta sampler That was supposed to come with three different types of pastas. When it was given it was given in a small bowl and we thought that it was just one of the three. It was not, and in fact all three pastas combined in one bowl. My last friend ordered another type of Alfredo And wasn't too disappointed with his meal but was still dissatisfied with the lack of taste and the overwhelming mushroom to pasta ratio. When our waiter came back we decided to let him know about our food wasn't too great and explain to him a few issues that we had. He proceeded to tell us that "Sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is bad." And considering we were America's he told us that we should go to some form of fast food restaurant that serves burgers and fries. He also told us "With age comes better taste in food." implying that the food was good and that we were just overreacting. We well then told to go up to the lady at the desk to pay and to tell her about our experience. My friend basically told her everything we told our waiter and she looked at us and told us that because we ordered Alfredo by itself it was going to not be good and that it's just pasta and sauce and that "no one else that day had complained about it." She eventually comped the Alfredo from my meal but I still ended up paying around nine dollars for a four dollar salad not including tips. Why the jump in price beats me but we all ended up paying a good $10 over the initial price of everything on the menu. If you were looking for some mediocre food I suggest going to other places or going to H-E-B and cooking pasta yourself with some canned sauce and boxed pasta. read more

Not a fan. At all. 1. Was told the pasta was homemade by the waitress. It is not. I am Italian, I know. 2. I ordered spaghetti. I got angel hair that tasted like oil and water. Yuck. 3. I did not get to eat and they ONLY have angel hair, no spaghetti, yet everything on their menu is "spaghetti". Strange. The pizza and rolls aren't that impressive. It was nice to stop at this restaurant in a town that we are seldom in. We took eight for dinner on a Sunday evening with one 5-year old, two 10-year-olds, two teenagers, and three adults. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and it was much faster than we expected. Thank you for a good meal! read more

Love pasta. Spaghetti is delicious. Bread is hard as a rock. It has low lighting inside. When waiting on our food, they have a TV to watch. But when the cook comes out he turns the channel, not even asking if we were watching it. read more

Went to this spot a lot when they had thier old building but newly done up the place looks great. This past time went and got take out and it was great. Bread was nice crust and soft on it inside , which I just enjoy and lightly brown on the bottom, just right. I got the spegetti and meatball and also got a pizza and Alfredo as well for the family, all was well and price was not over done so a good place indeed. read more

I heard that the place moved to this new building a couple years ago and it has been down hill ever since. You can tell just by going there.

It is hard to find because the road sign Is faded and hard to read but it is worth it. You find ample parking and many rooms which are great for meetings.The service was good and the food was great.I had the veal Marcela that was very tender. This restaurant has recently remodeled it's exterior. The service is friendly and the homemade rolls are great! I had the Bella Sera chicken and it was great--chicken with capers, sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives in a lemon wine sauce! The house salad was just an iceberg lettuce salad, but the dressings were all homemade. Pastas were around $10 and other entrees from $10 to $20. I also saw a lot of pizzas being carried out.
