I came to pick up a to-go order and asked if there was plasticware in the bag. The guy told me " no we don't do that." Why you wouldn't naturally provide the basic utensils is beyond me. So I hunted the plasticware down and added it. I believe at one point this place cared about service and quality. But maybe that time is gone. The order was smashed into the bag and sauce was dripping off the side. The last time I had a craving for calamari, it tasted soggy and strange. It tasted as if it had been reheated in a microwave. Why is there no consistency, and why have they decided to give up on customer service? I hope they can get their act together. I will give them one more shot and update soon.

Soft and yeasty, buttered and beautifully dusty with Parmesan and garlic. I'm now officially starving! I'm sure we got tiramisu. It's terrific. I've never had a bad meal there, but this was exceptional. These folks are wonderful--and we've seen their kids grow up here.
