I'm mot sure whether the changed the gel nail color brand or using poor quality lately but for the past month my gel manicure have only lasted 5 days before its starts chipping or even completely peeling off my nails. Just tried this salon and it was great! It's clean, lots of colors(especially opi and essie) its huge and it was packed and I didn't have an appointment and I still was taken very quickly. It was very inexpensive 65 for a full set of pink and white and a French pedicure. read more

I love this nail salon! Vicky or Don are my favorite technicians. They are courteous and friendly. I usually get gel wraps and pedicures and let me say they will definitely get you in and out quickly. My nails always look so healthy and natural. This is my second time here. The first time I went, I waited my turn but notice they were skipping me for familiar faces (walk ins were not welcome). Anyway, after waiting 45 mins I decided to leave and try another time. The next time I went, I showed the nail tech a design and asked how much? He said $25. I even repeated it, surprised, and he said yes! $25. Now it comes time to pay, which I asked again, still shocked. He said $25. But I was charged $45. If I could give this place zero stars I would.. When you first walk into this salon it smells like chemicals (very strong) and there was no type of ventilation. I guess since it's a "discount" salon you get what you pay for since cheaper products smell stronger. The staff was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. The lady who did my nails was very rough and rude, she filed my natural nails to far down to the point where both my hands were very sore. I also noticed that the tools weren't very clean and I didn't see one staff member wearing gloves. A salon with crazy low prices is saving money somewhere. Sanitizer is not cheap, and making sure that all tools and supplies are properly sanitized is a huge expense for salons. If you go into a salon and they're offering services at half the price of everywhere else you might save a few dollars, but you're also a lot more likely to walk out with a shoddy set of nails and a fancy new fungus. read more

They do good with nail designs but bad management. You can hear them trash talking to in Chinese. They tell you one price and you end up spending more. They did my friends nails and added a plastic bow, one hand the bow was diagonal the other was horizontal. They didn't match at all ant they charged her $50 dollars for a bad job. My sister went here and they messed up her design and insulted her. But overall I go here because they're somewhat good at their job and I usually get a design. Make sure you are very clear about your color though, I showed the guy a picture with this creamy off-white and he gave me a toothpaste/white out white. read more

I have been coming here since 2008 and never once left their salon as an unhappy customer. I am slightly anal when it comes to the evenness of my nails and with the expectation of the polish coat covering my cuticles entirely and properly, they have always been attentive and looked after my needs as a customer. Be it with my manicure or pedicure, no matter how busy they are, my nail technicians have never rushed me and that is why I keep catching myself going back there. To top it all of with a cherry on top, you cannot beat their prices so i highly recommend trying them out! Fridays and the weekends are their busiest however if you can only go those days then remember, just have patience and wait for your turn...it'll be worth it. read more

I went here from a referral by a family member. Never ever agin. I ask if they can do a beauty and beast nail design they couldn't and one of the lady said That's ugly you should do something else. I was shocked. I was about to leave and then another lady said she will do it the design I want. It came out ok. One hand the rose doesn't look like a rose. It was yellow tips, gold line and a rose they add 3 little gold stones to it but it's not what I want. Not coming back. They don't know designs fyi. They mess up my cousins nails also. read more

I don't normally post reviews but I was very disappointed. I went in because I saw that they had really great nail design that I liked. I went in to get pedi and fill in. The pedicure was the worst experience I've ever had! I went in expecting to relax but instead I was in pain the entire time. The girl doing my nails knew I was in pain and still kept going and digging in my nails. They weren't clean at all. A day later and I now have fungus in my toenails, which is very painful considering I'm a hair stylist who wears boots. My nails came out ok but the girl doing them was very rude and didn't want to do MY nails how I wanted them. So because of that she gave me an attitude the entire time. I strongly suggest never going here I will never go back. I've never had an experience like this. read more

My first time here I had a great experience but they slowly started to slack, a hispanic lady made my toes bleed and was really rough while doing mg pedicure. She didn't speak english either which would've been helpful because then she would've actually understood me when I told her she was hurting me. Even when she was taking the dead skin off my feet it was extremely painful, the whole pedicure was a nightmare. My nails are always glued on crooked and have too much paint on them so, they look weird. Last time I went there I was soaking my feet for 30 minutes before somebody actually came over and the pedicure was too fast and she didn't do the normal pedicure things they are suppose to do. My experiences have been bad only good once. They do good manicures lol but, if you decide to get tips, make sure they are all straight. I have 4 nails that are crooked and last time it was the same amount. I know you are probably thinking "why go back then?" I would only go back because they are cheap tbhhh. As for nails, I've always got a pleasant and welcoming experience, I loved getting my toes and nails done there. They nail salon itself is very good and great quality. The salon in the BACK which most likely has NO ties with the front area gave me the worst experience in hair history. I wanted a wig styled for an anime convention. It was a synthetic wig that just needed to be styled and cut. When i walked in no matter how many times i told them it's for a different day and for a character they thought it was for that day. They braided my hair with caused major trauma to my hair, they cut the wig so much the tracks showed everywhere and there was no hair left! They hairspray and gelled the hair for a flip affect and put me under the hair dryer for an hour and after saying once again that it was not for that day and for a convention I guessed they realized they made a mistake and took me out, pinned the wig up and unraveled my terrible braids. Then they gave me back the wig and told me to unwrapped it the day i want it and it will be flipped. Since i had no idea how to style the wig I put faith in them knowing how to do it. Nope they destroyed the wig and most likely knew and tried to hide it from me! then they let me walk out with a bald wig and knew they wasted my time and MONEY because they are shitty listeners. If you're not going in for a sew in NEVER go to that salon because they don't know how to do anything else besides weaves. They wear wigs and can't even style a wig with a simple flip. Their license needs to be taken back. Anyone who cares about they hair don't go!!! Again the nail area is awesome, the salon area need to be torn down. read more
