First time ordering bringing over a party size and a small pizza to my grandchildren's house it was my grandson's 14th birthday this past Wednesday. I ordered over the phone, a party size pepperoni and cheese pizza toasted well light on the sauce and that's exactly what we got. I also ordered a small cheese pizza light On The sauce toasted well as well and well they put pepperoni on that pizza. My daughter-in-law can't eat pepperoni that's why we're getting just cheese, but of course they screwed up on that! Did not know this until we got to their house which is in Southwick to which if I ever order again, which is highly unlikely I'll be checking the boxes before I walk out. read more

We ordered 4 grinders . The 8 inch steak and cheese came with lettuce tomatoes and mayo which was delicious. The 16 inch steak and cheese came just how we ordered it we customized it with grilled onions and mushrooms. The second 16 inch steak and cheese came with nothing on it it was skimpy on the cheese , no mayo , no lettuce or tomato. I called today and made a complaint and the young girl said it only comes with steak and cheese how is it possible if the 8 inches came with lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheese . The 8 inch buffalo chicken grinder had hardly any buffalo sauce on it .. just honestly tastes like a dry chicken tender with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing. This is disappointing Because Bella Roma is always delicious. Their pizzas though never disappoint. Grinders need improvement asap . read more

First time getting anything from here I was very pleasantly surprised by the garden salad with grilled chicken was well enough to feed two of us. Great portions and great variety in the salad. Service was very quick will be returning again. Had a cute little dining area if you wanted to sit down and have a quick meal there. read more

Overcharged and very very rude and will not return after multiple times here. The girl that I had to deal with was unprofessional and gross. The pizza leaves much to be desired, it ended up being not so great this time around, it was actually awful. read more

Bella Roma Pizza - Burned and no extra cheese - New American Near Me - Westfield, Massachusetts

I drove 30 minutes here for the newly advertised 'Bella Roma Special Pizza' that clearly states on their website that it has chicken tenders, waffle fries, and Chick fil A sauce (yes, believe it or not, Bella Rome states that this pizza has Chick fil A sauce on it). I find it hard to believe, after the stunt they pulled, that they have a partnership with such a reputable establishment like Chick fil A, so I'm not entirely sure that this 'collab' is genuine. Anyways, much to my dismay, I opened the box to absolutely NO Chick fil A sauce on the pizza. Luckily I had a bottle of it at home in my fridge, or else I would have brought the pizza back and requested a refund. Very dissapointed. Not to mention, the "chicken tenders" were miniscule and the fries were sparse. Slim pickin's over there, I guess... read more

this place absolutely sucks. i ordered THREE ITEMS. and this place is too incompetent and ignorant to deliver that. i've waited 2 hours for my food. i ordered on doordash, and every minute, it says it will be here the next. they take doordash orders, but they don't use their drivers, so when i try to get credit or get a refund from this idiotic place, i can't. i've only had one other bad experience with doordash, and was able to get a refund because that restaurant isn't as stupid as this place. oh, and you wanna know what? i called once, because it had been an hour since i ordered. so i asked if they could give me any updates, and she just said it was ALMOST there. just almost. so now, it's around 25-30 minutes after the first call, and i see on the doordash app that the order was completed, but there's no damn food anywhere. so i call again, trying not to blow up on this lady because i can't STAND stupid people, and you know what she says? the order wasn't placed because the computers were down. THE SAME WOMAN WHO SAID MY ORDER WAS ALMOST THERE, SAID MY ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. thanks for ruining my night! my appetite is gone read more

One star, I'd give zero stars for the god awful customer service. Those 2 girls at the counter are not good for business. They were rude and very snotty. Prices not great. I can tolerate the food I guess . But can't tolerate the obnoxious unprofessional 2 rude young girls . They are the first faces you see when you walk in a restaurant. I hope they get taken off the schedule. I will make sure to spread the word to people how awful they are and will not be going back . read more

This place is going to go out of business soon. And I hope someone who knows how to treat customers buys the space. I am a diabetic with food allergies and twice they have screwed up my orders, which could have killed me. Don't order from these guys, their online system does not work. Tonight when I spoke with the manager about this --- these were his EXACT words: "Go away! I don't want your fucking business!" You want abuse without apology from a guy with a short fuse --- order from these guys. By the way, he said this in front of his entire staff. read more

When you order a cold grinder, ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo why would you want it toasted. COLD is the key word here. Got ours toasted. Called to complain and all they could say was all our grinders are toasted. Hello, COLD grinder order. Why would I want it toasted. Should be a standard question you ask your customers. Toaster or NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Consistent with their word of mouth reputation, Bella once again underperformed and met a very low expectation and low level customer service. After not delivering their order, they followed up by insisting they had done so in a rude and aggressive way. To put the icing on the cake, they hung up on us. I was shocked this place was still even open after not even ranking on the Westfield pizza spots to check out. I am even more surprised it still is! read more

Ok pizza and food. Called to check on the status of a pizza delivery that was running late - got a really rude woman on the phone who either didn't know what she was doing, or didn't really care, or some combination. Ordered via Grubhub 2 hours later Grubhub says restaurant says order left with lady at garage. Ive lived here twenty years. None of my neighbors would take food from a stranger. Not to mention order was stated as leave on front step and text when arrived (they must have had the wrong number too) Restaurant wont resend order Its 9:30 and im out of luck as far as the expected, 2 hrs earlier, dinner for the family. Great business strategy and a blatant lie. The irony? I chose them based on their reviews. Go figure! Im holding a finger up, guess which one. read more

So disappointed. We've been regular customers for a long time. Great food. We ordered last Thursday night for delivery. It took a long time...but no big deal. The food arrived and right after the driver left, we realized it wasn't our food. We called right away to ad if the driver could come back. We were hung up on, and when they did pick up, they put the phone down and we could hear the owner? or someone yelling, "Fuck them, they're lucky I sent anything" and it went on from there. We did finally get our money back and gave them the wrong food back...but we'll never eat there again. One star only because the driver was very nice and embarrassed about the situation. read more

Bella Rome is my secondary place in town for pizza or when I'm throwing a party and want something delivered. Their pizzas are delicious and tend to be made on the thinner and crispy side. The meats and veggies are usually singed just so and the sauce has a good flavor. I'm not sure what they use for cheese if it is just straight up mozzarella or if they use a blend but it's also fantastic when just a tiny bit on the crispy side. This place is definitely primarily a takeout place. You can eat in as they have seating but if you're doing this it's because you're hungry and not seeking an experience. Food is always delivered promptly and when promised even on busy days like when the Patriots are playing. Give these guys a try for your next pie. read more

The pizza was bad but the delivery was amazing, they're all so the only place that delivers to me

Recently visited for the first time. Placed an order via their website and for a local restaurant, it is nice to have the ability to order online. Just wish it didn't redirect to PayPal and then back to the restaurant site. Pick up time was estimated at 30 minutes from placing the order. Arrived 5-10 minutes earlier than the pickup time and the food was ready to go. So, huge kudos for being ready early. Pickup was a breeze. Pizza and wings were good. Everyone was pleased with the food. Will definitely order from here again. read more

Simply the best pizza I've had so far in Westfield. And I've tried a quite a few! Excellent delivery service through Yelp. Reasonable price.

Ordered two pizzas got there only had one ready, had to wait 20 minutes for another. While waiting for the pizza a gentleman walks in for his pie, they don't even have an order for it. They tell him, you called the wrong number, huh? They told him he could wait for them to make one. He left and said " I've spent $1,000s of dollars here I'm done never coming back. Well that makes two of us, I won't be back. $26 for a three topping pizza, never again. Wasn't that good anyway. read more

The pizza and grinders was good! But the client service is poor. The delivery guys fails to bring our drink, I called him, and told him, and he hung up on me and told me it wasn't on his receipt. I check my order and is paid for. I decided to call the Bella Roma Pizza and and the girl nicely told me she was gonna send my drink right away, it was. mistake. I have being waiting 50minutes just for my drink after eating the pizza. I called again and she told me sorry we are in a hurry. He is gonna be there any time soon. Its been 15min more. In total of almost 2hrs to give my food delivery! A happy client, is a forever client. 2 stars because the food was good, but the waiting and the attitude. Bad! read more

I'm not sure this place even deserves the 1 star - out of the last ten times we have ordered a simple pizza only once has it come delivered delicious. We are fools to have kept trying! The last several times it has been hot, but overcooked and the dough like cardboard. While I am not one to ever write reviews, I am so sick of giving this place the benefit of the doubt - we only order from here because it is literally around the cornier from our house. Cheese is not cheesy, it is dry and flavorless. Dough comparable to the box it comes in. Sauce seems to change every time. Zero consistency to their product...except lately that it is consistently horrible. Not to mention, their customer service!! They do not take kindly to complaints!! if you are thinking of ordering a pizza from them, my advice would be to preheat your oven and save yourself the trouble by throwing in the one from your freezer - it'll probably be much better!! We will never be ordering from here again. read more

Terrible customer service. Until today, we ordered from here often. We live just up the hill. We ordered online, and one of the things we ordered for a meal, Chicken Stir Fry, states it comes with rice in the individual description. It also states that each meal comes with choice of pasta or veggies, and a salad. The window which popped up included options for salad dressing, and option for pasta/veggies. Both were required. After selecting a dressing, our choices were spaghetti, fettuccini, penne or veggies. Since the meal started it came with rice, we picked veggies. Order came with no rice. I called. The pleasant girl for picked up looked at the receipt and told us we selected veggies INSTEAD of rice. I clarified what happened on the order online. They told us "Theres nothing we can do, next time clarify in the notes." I said "So I was supposed to know that your online system doesnt work correctly and explain that in the order?" I got again "I'm sorry theres nothing we can do" its 7PM on a Thursday night. We live right up the hill. I could have even drove down there to pick up the cup of rice. They literally didnt care that they messed up our order and blamed us for it. read more
