First time ordering bringing over a party size and a small pizza to my grandchildren's house it was my grandson's 14th birthday this past Wednesday. I ordered over the phone, a party size pepperoni and cheese pizza toasted well light on the sauce and that's exactly what we got. I also ordered a small cheese pizza light On The sauce toasted well as well and well they put pepperoni on that pizza. My daughter-in-law can't eat pepperoni that's why we're getting just cheese, but of course they screwed up on that! We ordered 4 grinders . The 8 inch steak and cheese came with lettuce tomatoes and mayo which was delicious. The 16 inch steak and cheese came just how we ordered it we customized it with grilled onions and mushrooms. The second 16 inch steak and cheese came with nothing on it it was skimpy on the cheese , no mayo , no lettuce or tomato. I called today and made a complaint and the young girl said it only comes with steak and cheese how is it possible if the 8 inches came with lettuce, tomato, mayo and cheese . The 8 inch buffalo chicken grinder had hardly any buffalo sauce on it .. just honestly tastes like a dry chicken tender with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing. First time getting anything from here I was very pleasantly surprised by the garden salad with grilled chicken was well enough to feed two of us. Great portions and great variety in the salad. I drove 30 minutes here for the newly advertised 'Bella Roma Special Pizza' that clearly states on their website that it has chicken tenders, waffle fries, and Chick fil A sauce (yes, believe it or not, Bella Rome states that this pizza has Chick fil A sauce on it). I find it hard to believe, after the stunt they pulled, that they have a partnership with such a reputable establishment like Chick fil A, so I'm not entirely sure that this 'collab' is genuine. this place absolutely sucks. i ordered THREE ITEMS. and this place is too incompetent and ignorant to deliver that. i've waited 2 hours for my food. i ordered on doordash, and every minute, it says it will be here the next. they take doordash orders, but they don't use their drivers, so when i try to get credit or get a refund from this idiotic place, i can't. i've only had one other bad experience with doordash, and was able to get a refund because that restaurant isn't as stupid as this place. oh, and you wanna know what? i called once, because it had been an hour since i ordered. so i asked if they could give me any updates, and she just said it was ALMOST there. just almost. so now, it's around 25-30 minutes after the first call, and i see on the doordash app that the order was completed, but there's no damn food anywhere. so i call again, trying not to blow up on this lady because i can't STAND stupid people, and you know what she says? the order wasn't placed because the computers were down. Bella Rome is my secondary place in town for pizza or when I'm throwing a party and want something delivered. Their pizzas are delicious and tend to be made on the thinner and crispy side. The meats and veggies are usually singed just so and the sauce has a good flavor. I'm not sure what they use for cheese if it is just straight up mozzarella or if they use a blend but it's also fantastic when just a tiny bit on the crispy side. This place is definitely primarily a takeout place. You can eat in as they have seating but if you're doing this it's because you're hungry and not seeking an experience. Food is always delivered promptly and when promised even on busy days like when the Patriots are playing. Give these guys a try for your next pie. read more

Recently visited for the first time. Placed an order via their website and for a local restaurant, it is nice to have the ability to order online. Just wish it didn't redirect to PayPal and then back to the restaurant site. Pick up time was estimated at 30 minutes from placing the order. Arrived 5-10 minutes earlier than the pickup time and the food was ready to go. So, huge kudos for being ready early. Pickup was a breeze. Pizza and wings were good. Ordered two pizzas got there only had one ready, had to wait 20 minutes for another. While waiting for the pizza a gentleman walks in for his pie, they don't even have an order for it. They tell him, you called the wrong number,huh? They told him he could wait for them to make one. He left and said " I've spent $1,000s of dollars here I'm done never coming back. Terrible customer service. Until today, we ordered from here often. We live just up the hill. We ordered online, and one of the things we ordered for a meal, Chicken Stir Fry, states it comes with rice in the individual description. It also states that each meal comes with choice of pasta or veggies, and a salad. The window which popped up included options for salad dressing, and option for pasta/veggies. Both were required. After selecting a dressing, our choices were spaghetti, fettuccini, penne or veggies. Since the meal started it came with rice, we picked veggies. Order came with no rice. I called. The pleasant girl for picked up looked at the receipt and told us we selected veggies INSTEAD of rice. I clarified what happened on the order online. They told us "Theres nothing we can do, next time clarify in the notes." I said "So I was supposed to know that your online system doesnt work correctly and explain that in the order?" I got again "I'm sorry theres nothing we can do" its 7PM on a Thursday night. We live right up the hill. I could have even drove down there to pick up the cup of rice. They literally didnt care that they messed up our order and blamed us for it. read more
