Give them one star because you can't press no stars. Bella Pizza has a Pending Grade from health department and it's well deserved. I watch the White Guy who speaks like he is the owner on 2 different occasions. First time he took a slice of pizza back from a Customer who was at his table of about five people. The customer return because his wife decided she didn't want any toppings. He put it back on the Pizza tray. Second time, instead of letting the cashier take the money and make change he did it. Then, turn around and tried to put cheese on My Mother's beef pattie. When I said something about it, he told me to call 311 or 911 who cares. I did not enjoy my delivery experience . 1. It took two hours for my pizza to get here and when I asked she said it take about 35 minutes or less. If she told me it takes about 1 to two hours when I asked her I definitely would not mind . Another thing is they forgot my ranch when I payed for it! Unbelievable I'm very disappointed in the pizza as well. I order the Sicilian Fresca pizza and I would give it a 4/10 the crust was soggy and too doughy also to mention that I found a piece of skin from a onion in my pizza when there was no onions on it to begin with? One star is too many. I ordered the sausage roll which was too expensive if you ask me for the size. The roll was dry and tasted funny. They used thin sliced sausage which looked like sliced hotdog. I took one bite then returned it demanding my $5.75 back. This pizzeria restaurant needs to go so a real authentic pizzeria can take its place. I get a better pizza at Little Caesars for less. I cant even explain to you what a disaster this eating establishment was. I ordered stuffed shells and cheese ravioli the other night at 9:01 PM EST through the application "Eat24". I paid for meal and tip in advance. I got my cold food 2 hours and a half later at 11:35 PM after being lied to by the owner, receptionist and driver. There was plastic in my stuffed shells. It stated it was a 45-60 minute wait which was fine. By the time 10:30 came around (now an hour & a half), I called and was hung up on. I called twice and was put on hold 5 minutes each time until the girl told me, "your driver is on Sunrise Highway", maybe 10 minutes from my house. After 20 minutes, nearing the 2 hour mark, I called Eat24, because the restaurant closed at 10:30 PM, and no one was picking up. Eat24's Jenna contacted the owner and he lied saying he called me. I actually called him right away and he said, "I don't know where the driver is. It's been an hour. He left already. I'll call him." Promptly Jenna called me back, and told me to call her back once the food came. My food came at 11:35 PM after the driver actually personally called me to tell me his GPS isn't working and his phone died (how was he calling me?) Then, he said if I could give him driving directions. I wasn't believing it. I got refunded by Eat24. The food itself was cold and wasn't amazing. Just ordinary Italian food. They included free garlic knots but the food wasn't tasteful period. Rude and unprofessional establishment. Would avoid like the plague. read more

Work for large institution and usually order from Bella Pizza, but today was the worst. They sent two large uncooked pizza pie. When we called asking for a manager, the cashier informed us he was not there. We lodge a complaint with cashier because she was the only one to come to phone. They promised to replace the pies, two hours later they did not deliver; called again and was told it will be there in 1/2 h. five minutes later, cashier called back stating they wanted the two uncooked pies......really, do they think we kept it for 3 hours. I've been craving Italian for the past week and thought I'd finally found my answer--a place that's nearby and delivers. I ordered two orders of fettuccine Alfredo (w/ shrimp) that both ended up in the garbage due to tasting like pure butter and cream, (there was a pool of THAT mixture under the almost unchewable pasta)the heaviness of that alone was disgusting. Minus the taste of butter and cream, there was no flavor at all, no salt/pepper, nothing. I tried forcing myself to eat it since I paid for it but after force-feeding myself about 5 forkfuls, I just picked off the shrimp and said farewell to 30+ dollars worth of pasta. The best thing I can say is that for the price, the portion was on point. although I would rather have an average/ small portion that I can enjoy as opposed to a large portion that I want no parts of. read more

Because I've only had their plain pies. But it's by far my favorite ever. I always order a pie to go, so I can't speak for the quality of those slices that are sitting out either. I just ordered from Bella Pizza... Like I have done countless times. This is the first time something was wrong with my order. I chose mozzarella sticks and instead got garlic bread ($4 cheaper and no where near each other on the menu). When i called and realized the order processed as garlic bread I informed the woman who answered the phone that I indeed chose mozzarella sticks so maybe something is wrong with the website. I can come to this conclusion because I AM A WEB PROGRAMMER and sometimes GLITCHES happen... I for one fix them all day long!!!!! I told her I will keep the order since I realized I was not charged for something I did not get... but maybe she should check the site for glitches. She got very nasty with me and told me I made the error it is not the site. Horrible place! The cashier is SO rude, after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes for a cheeseburger delux, she hangs up on me when I ask her whats going on with my food! After that, she doesn't answer. I'm assuming it's because of caller ID, because when I try to call from a different number she answers. Then, hangs up on me again. Every time I go here the SAME woman is at the counter, giving the SAME horrible service every time. I work in a restaurant and when a guest enters your place you SHOULD greet them. I get eye rolls as if my money isnt wanted, Ive waited up to 10 min until I was acknowledge WHILE IT WAS EMPTY. I went yesterday and there was a new girl so I expected better service, NO. I placed an online order with them and the the food was supposed to be delivered. However the driver was unable to find my address. The driver told me he bring the food back to the store and I can pick it up at the store. I arrived to the store and the driver did not get back to the store after several minutes passed and I even called him and he said give me 3 minutes and he still never showed up. After waiting in the store for 30 minutes I requested to have my money refunded. The counter girl was very disrespectful and unreasonable and refused to tell me how I can get my refund, even going to the extent of ignoring me. She then sparked an argument and began to use highly offensive language in front of the customers. Finally, I left and after contacting the company that I ordered the food through they completely agreed that what they did was wrong and apparently the lady from the store had just called to ask to send us a refund proving that the lady was aware the they were at fault and also proving how poor the customer service is at that store.The staff is extremely unprofessional, irrational and even a bit idiotic I would never recommend this store to anyone so they can go through what I went through. read more
