This place operates in a very shady way. I ordered a MEDIUM pizza with chicken, Alfredo sauce instead of marinara, and some veggies. That's it. No upgrades, no premium options, nothing out of the ordinary. At pickup, my husband was told the total was $25. After handing them a $100 bill, he received $65 back. When he questioned why the change was wrong, the employee casually said, "Oh, it's $35." The price literally went up $10 on the spot. When I called afterward to question the charge, they claimed it was a "special pizza" with "special cheese." That's a complete lie. I have a photo of the entire pizza -- it's a regular, basic medium pizza. No special cheese. No justification for $35. The pizza tasted average at best, nowhere near worth that price, and the customer service was rude and condescending, especially when my husband questioned the incorrect change. Between the price switching, excuses, and attitude, this place cannot be trusted. Avoid unless you're okay with prices changing depending on the moment. read more

June 19, 2025. Take out order. Garlic bread had a swipe of red sauce with bits of garlic, not toasted. Took one bite and threw out. Pasta bolognese had a cream sauce with a FEW bits of ground beef and loaded with mushrooms. My husband doesn't eat mushrooms. What a waste of $45. Inferior quality food. read more

I was seeking a pizza spot a little closer to home and this gem just happened to be on my route home. Upon entering I can tell they were pretty busy with phone orders but that did not stop them from being fully attentive and friendly. The pizza was really good. I only got two plain slices and fries (I inhaled the food so no pics) but the display of pizza looked really good. I'm happy to have a delicious spot closer to home. We order from here on almost a weekly basis. At this point. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food that you get. I'm always very shocked at the portion sizes. In terms of taste and food, it's a pretty standard Italian/pizza place. Their sandwiches and pasta are pretty good and like I mentioned earlier, you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. Convinced my family to go here for dinner since I wanted them to try something new in Somerset. The portion sizes are amazing (I had enough spaghetti and meatballs leftover to make into a lunch) and my parents were pleasantly surprised to see some of their favorites available (chicken and veal dishes). The pizza slices are a pretty decent size for the price - we got a slice for our 13 month old and the waiter was nice enough to pre-cut the slice into smaller pieces for him. The customer service at this place is disgusting!!! We ordered food from here and waited 2 hours. Only to find out that our order got delivered to the wrong house. We called this place to inquire about our meal and was told multiple times that the driver was on his way, this whole time the driver had actually delivered the meal and went back to the restaurant. They never once apologized for making an honest mistake but rather shifted all the blame on us. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I was speaking to him and when I asked for his name he refused (knowing he's not the manager). Just moved into area so wanted something quick for a group. Order sandwiches and salads and had a good experience. When ordering for a large group, things can get crazy but Oder taker on phone was kind and patient, explained each dish to me and waited it out. I order a basic sausage and pepper sandwich and was very happy with the taste, how it was prepared and cooked. Btw, a large sandwich is waaaaay too much for 1 person. We order from there every Friday. They are consistantly getting our order wrong. Today was the first time we complained as we understand how busy pizzerias are on Friday nights. So when we call to express our order not being what we asked for, instead of being apologenic we were met with an arguing person who felt it was ok that they again got our order wong because we were only charged for what we received. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an online order for 3 sub sandwiches. While eating the turkey sandwiche my husband noticed a brown ball the top which was quite disturbing and alarming. We eat subs all the time (never from this place) but I decided to drive there and show them exactly what was on the sandwich. I was told that it was some type of brown salt or possibly breadcrumbs however the manager insisted that it was not from their establishment and I was lying. Not once did I ask for my money back I was willing to have them make a new sandwich but instead he insisted on refunding me. By Far, The Best Italian Restaurant in Town!! Since they are under new management, the pizza and other items we ordered are absolutely terrific. Everything is fresh, the restaurant is clean and the food is great. New owners are very friendly and were always asking us if there was anything else that we wanted. Compared to other Italian restaurants in the Somerset area this place in our opinion is the best. Cafe Amcci also in Somerset used to be good, but original owners sold out and now it is terrible, so they are off our list, & Pizza Orsillo is just so, so. This place is under new management. I ordered a grilled chicken salad which was excellent. The chicken was well seasoned and plentiful. We ordered other items as well and enjoyed them. We had takeout however when we went inside the atmosphere was nice. The counterperson was extremely friendly and made suggestions on the pizza slices available, which looked delicious. I got sausage because it looked good however they had a myriad of others. Chicken bacon ranch, chicken chipotle, veggie, white pizza just to name a few. The prices were good. They have entrees too.
