I've been a loyal customer of Bella Nails for over 20 years, which makes it disappointing to say that the overall quality of service has steadily declined. The regular manicures have become inconsistent and often feel rushed. I've also noticed that when I decline the gel manicure upgrade, the technicians seem visibly annoyed, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Customers should never feel pressured to purchase additional services. The pedicures, which used to be relaxing, are no longer enjoyable. The massage portion is minimal, and the technicians often spend more time talking among themselves or watching what's happening around the salon than focusing on the client they're serving. When you're paying for a service that's meant to be relaxing, it's disappointing to feel like you don't have their full attention. I want to emphasize that the owner has always been wonderful and has built a great business over the years. Unfortunately, the level of customer service from many of the staff no longer reflects the standards that kept me coming back for two decades. After 20 years of loyalty, I've made the difficult decision to find another salon. I truly hope Bella Nails can return to the quality and customer care that made it such a great place for so many years. read more

It was our second time back and we were really hoping that Bella Nails would be our new spot. Unfortunately, this did not happen. My manicure and pedicure were done very sloppily, and my friend was unhappy with her nails too. The polish is uneven and messy, which you can see in the photos. The tech also made my ring finger nails on both hands way too thin. I got my nails done on Sunday and one already broke and started bleeding. She filed them so thin! Why? My friend also had a bad experience. When they were out of the color she picked, her tech chose a different color without asking her first. She didn't like it, and when she spoke up, he gave her attitude. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get everything redone at a different salon just days later. For what I paid, this is really unacceptable and Bella is definitely on the pricier side. read more

Came in on the 25th and the 29th for separate reasons. The initial time I came in, all was fine, I was just getting a French Gel Pedicure. They charged $65 which isn't the worse, but definitely not worth the price. I came in a second time because I stubbed my toe and broke my nail which is 100% my fault. I called and asked if they could fix it by making both of my toe nails acrylics so it's even, and they said yes. I should've definitely asked for the price, but I didn't expect just two toe nails to be $25. The service first time around actually very good which is why I am sad that the gel isn't lasting. As I type this out I only have 5 nails with gel on them and most of the others are half pealed off. The place itself is very pretty but currently looking to try somewhere with more retention. read more

I went here for my birthday to get dip nails which was an ok experience. I was a walk-in & they rejected me at first, then took me. Then, I went back about 3 weeks later to get them removed. I called to make an appointment to get them removed & I told them that after they are removed, I would like to see what shape they are in, then I would decide if I want a manicure or not. I decided to get a manicure and asked for a French manicure and the lady did an absolutely horrible job. My nails weren't filed well, the white lines were not smooth and the nail polish was really bumpy. I could have 100% done better myself. So I told them and they went to redo it and it was another lady who was going to redo it and she tried and then literally said "I can't do it" and I was like, "What? Why?" And she said, "Your nails are too long".. I was shocked. So they didn't want me to tell the owner so they don't get in trouble (they literally told me that).. so I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give me one. They just gave me $5 back for the French tips. I was completely shocked. So then I just got a plain solid color and she still did a bad job. I can't believe I just wasted two hours of my life and paid money to be that dissatisfied.. and the salon was closing so the employees were gathering at the door getting ready to leave as I was still getting my nails painted & the lady painting my nails said "Don't worry they are not talking about you. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. The pedicure was done in 10 minutes, she took off the old polish slapped on the new and didn't cut my nails. (I had to ask) I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure but was hurried out of the chair. I asked about the manicure and they yelled at me, I explained I had an appointment for both, they still yelled at me. They put nail polish remover on cotton swabs, wrapped my nails and foil, then said good bye. I asked at the front about this and the young lady was confused, I did get a manicure after being lectured that they were busy and I should understand. (I do ) Bottom line my nail job was sloppy (pedicure) so I complained and they redid it. They were not friendly about it. The tech did not smooth out the edges of my nails so they were raggedy and rough. Polish was applied so thick that it took forever to dry. They also don't paint the edges of my nails. I went to Bella nails for acrylics. The technician was friendly as always. But her work was terrible. She filed the nails so short they looked like dog nails. The paint was lumpy, the nails were uneven, and glue all over my cuticles. I politely informed the front desk of my concerns and upon seeing the nails she agreed I needed to talk to the owner. She provided me with the owner's (Vivian) phone number. I have reached out to Vivian twice for help, with no response. I understand that sometimes technicians have off days, but for the salon to not immediately make this right when I have been a customers for years and years was the final straw and I do not plan on going back, nor will I recommend Bella Nails to a friend ever again. I've given Bella Nails multple tries before deciding to review them. I do like the clealiness and sanitation of this salon however, I haven't been really happy on my actual nail service. Here are the following issues I've experienced during my many visits: - uneven surface on my dip powder nails, bumps and ridges - uneven nail lengths, one hand has longer length than the other. I had to file and corrected this on my own - color pallette do NOT match the actual powder. I ask for one color and they apply something entirely different - sped through the service - dip powder applied onto skin and cuticles which caused lifting/chips - employees don't listen to what shapes I ask for. This was my 2nd visit, and a good thing it wasn't my 1st because I would've never gone back. I requested a simple pedicure and wanted the polish removed with no new polish. My 1st visit was just fine, and Peter did a good job. When I got home, I noticed there was leftover polish on 3 of my nails. Thanh barely touched my cuticles, and I had to request that my nails be cut. Her attention was elsewhere the entire time, and my foot massage was practically non-existent. I saw what other pedicurists were doing for their clients, and mine was nothing like theirs -- they were vigorously using 2 hands to massage, while Thanh was using 1 hand with no pressure whatsoever. I've only gone to this salon twice, the first time I got a manicure there I got acrylic nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and I was sadly so disappointed. I told the nail artist multiple times what I was looking for, she told me, "that's not a style people do anymore and instead I should do almond." I told her, "I really would like the coffin look." *She sighed at me....annoyed and was rough with my nails. Long story short they came out not even close to the shape I wanted, and extremely thick which the acrylic product . Looking like little bricks on my fingers. They lasted about a 1 1/2 weeks. They would get caught in my hair and on fabrics. I was so desperate to go back to get them fixed, with an over 40 hours a week work schedule and busy schedule with my toddler. I decided being so close to home I would give the salon another shot. Wish I hadn't... I got the same artist and she was rude saying, "who did your nails?" I told her, "she did" she kept saying she didn't and didn't believe me basically, and to top it off was extremely passive aggressive for the beginning half on the appointment. She made me get a fresh set of nails, because she said they were so bad. Even though I came for just a fill. I showed her again what I wanted and she gave me what she thought was better, a french tip with almond shape.... I went headed and gave her the okay to do it, because I felt like she wasn't listen and taking my polite no for an answer. They turned out horrible.. and she charged me for a new set. I felt taken advantage of and they were way over priced for what I got. It's only been two weeks and I already need to get them done again. I have never felt robbed for a nail salon, but now I have.
