It was easy to schedule an appointment through their website. I am so happy I did and can't wait for my next manicure! I decided to go back to my natural nails so I got an acrylic removal and a gel manicure. I can't state enough how impressed I was with their attention to detail during the entire experience. They did not rush through the process and took their time to paint on the nail design I requested. I sometimes don't have a ton to chat about but everyone was nice and let me sit quietly listening to the music and watching people queue on the boba line outside. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

By the time I arrived, I was anxious, embarrassed, and fully preparing myself for pain and disappointment. But Linda immediately made me feel comfortable. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure, but the quality of service was disappointing. The technician repeatedly bumped my freshly done nails into towels, then blamed me by saying, "Don't touch the towel!" Overall, the experience felt frustrating and unprofessional. With so many better options nearby, I won't be returning.

The manis & pedis come with a complimentary paraffin wax treatment that other places tend to charge for. My gel pedis can last up to 2 months which is great for summer sandal times. For manis, I usually pop in to get them done before a special event and it's pretty easy to call and get a last minute appointment. They have a large selection of colors to choose from. Note that this is in DTSM so parking is a little hard. I recommend parking at Central Garage. Payment can be done via Venmo & Zelle along with other traditional transaction processes. From a very friendly greeting at the door to end of treatment. Adding the hot wax to my hands has really helped keep the moisture in when the cold sits in. Honestly it was one of the best, if not the best, manicure I've had in a very long time. We noted that the builder gel from my previous service (not from here) was too thick, and she took the time to make sure that didn't happen today. She was meticulous with making sure my nails were the shape I desired as well as matching on both sides. She was very friendly to chat with. He was polite, quiet, and gentle with my nails, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the removal technique was not a great experience. My fingers were placed in a tub of acetone and I was told it would be about 5 minutes, but it ended up being about 10. My fingertips became very dry and pruney. In my past experiences, other nail techs typically use acetone-soaked cotton applied directly to my nail and wrapped with foil, which better protects the skin. After the removal, I was asked to wash my hands and was told the service was done. However, I noticed gel residue left on my skin and some still on my nails. When I mentioned it, I was told "no worries, it'll come off in the shower". Well it felt uncomfortable for me! The remaining gel was only wiped after I requested it, and there is still visible residue. For the hour that he spent removing it off, it definitely was not worth the price at all. I've had many Gel-X removals before and they were usually much cleaner and more efficient and cheaper priced ($15) and took only 30 mins. Giving 2 stars because Martin was kind, but I wasn't satisfied with the overall result.

I was assigned with Abby. She was truly so kind and attended to my requests. I'm glad I was able to get my holiday nails done. I've already booked my next nail appointment. Price can be quite steep compared to other places but considering it is in the peninsula and for a nail salon, I love it. They dont rush you and the quality of my nails look great. Parking is a bit limited (as usual since its downtown) but overall love this place. They take walk-ins but from what I heard better to book online very seamless since they are usually always busy.
