I have been going to L' Chic Nails for a while now. I like the cleanliness of the facility as well as the fact that they take their time to do a thorough job. In addition, they give a brief neck massage as well as hand and foot massage as part of their services. Ha is a master at her craft. I've recently started using dip powder for my manicures, and my nails have never felt stronger which has not only resulted in lengthier nails, but a longer lasting manicure as well - up to 4 weeks at times. For this past visit, I told Ha I wanted something unique with lots of shimmer as I was attending an Auction Gala later in the evening with the theme being 'Under the Stars' . I was contemplating using Chrome, but she showed me the Diamond Cat Eye samples and I decided to go with that option, which I'm glad I did. They turned out amazing and was it was also interesting to watch the process she went through to create the design I was going for which is a little bit glittery, a little bit metallic, but with a minimalist and luxurious vibe to them. They are overpriced and my gel mani started lifting and getting caught in my hair couple of days later. The lady who did my nails was not very friendly and I felt rushed. Still tipped 20% hoping that I would at least get what I paid for (despite their lack of hospitality) but barely lasted 2 weeks and that's being generous. I've been going to L'Chic Nails for years, and they are truly the best! All three of the ladies are kind, great at doing nails, and have excellent memories. They are constantly buying new colors and keeping up-to-date with the newest trends. The cherry on top is that you get a neck massage when you get a manicure!! You can't beat the price either. After you go in a couple of times, you get your own box of supplies that they clean after each use. I had an ankle injury and Lien was so careful and took extra good care of me. L'Chic Nails has always been my go to place for what I need. Honestly, there are some bad reviews, but it was really due to the management of the place before. They've had multiple mangers throughout the years, but have finally settled down recently. I'm happy to say they now have better and new management, all while keeping the staff members who have been deserving so much more. The staff here works so hard and does great! With this management now, I can come here feeling suuuuuper satisfied because I've always loved the nail technicians here and what they do to my nails. What I like: - Friendly nail technicians who are certified and trained - All staff has been trained for YEARS - Always does a consistent job to make my nails look beautiful and NATURAL - Great color choices - Offers great variations of nail techniques - CLEAN!!! I had a very good experience getting a manicure and pedicure done. The staff is friendly. I like the fact that they have two hand nail drying fans to help your nail paint dry during the service. I'm so confused by this place. Walking in I asked if they had time for a quick mani, they started speaking in their language and the lady asked me what color I wanted and I'm like, I still need to pick one from the wall. So then they tell me to pick a color. I was going to leave bc of what seemed to be attitude coming from the girl that was going to do my nails but I was patient and wanted to see what this place was about. Manicure was ok. She was quick but didn't remove my old nail polish thoroughly. Cleaning of my nails was ok as well. Application of the polish was terrible. She applied the polish messily and then "cleaned" the edges with a brush. Look at the picture of how messy the polish application was and how the sides of my nails weren't painted. Girls there seem to be smart asses. They speak in their language amongst themselves and giggle. I know most places do that but the vibe I got from this place I know they were talking about me and the other 3 customers. I was overdue for pedicure since not having one due to Shelter in Place. Luckily this county opened nail salons a few weeks ago. I called ahead and I was seen that same afternoon. Staff are wearing masks and you are expected to do the same. Only two patrons when I walked in. Every other station is blocked off and clear plexiglass panels separate the staff and customer. You area asked to wash your hands as soon as you walk in. And no more magazines to leaf through. The place was clean. The service was good and did a very nice job on the pedicure. Update- This one lady there is mean and harsh. I got stuck with her the 2nd time i went there. My favorite person is Lina. I do not know the name of the mean lady, but that is the reason I'm not going back. Almost unoticed in a corner of a strip right across from the Safeway plaza, this is definitely the most intimate nail salon I have been to. Thuy and Lina talk to you and basically the customers all talk together too. They close at 7pm. Within 3 hours they are able to tend to at least 5 clients. Thuy is great at multi-tasking and still does a fine job. They can do glittery nail tips and nail art. Their pedicure massage chairs give one of the best mechanic massages. I am happy with my gel silver glittery nail tips done by Thuy. However the lady working on my toes did not use strength while massaging my feet and did not thoroughly paint my nails.She did not know how to do the design I asked for and seemed a bit upset. Lina had to keep telling her in vietnamiese what to do. Eventually Thuy did my design and finished my nails. Next time I am definitely asking for Lina for my pedicure, she was working on my friend and did an excellent job while making us laugh. They really do have individual boxes for your personal tools. This place doesn't amaze me with their decor,but the personalities of Thuy and Lina create a warm environment for all their customers. read more

I have been coming here for over twenty years, and I am their biggest fan. This place has the friendliest technicians who do the best work! I have never had a bad mani/pedi in all my years of coming here. This place is super clean, and regular clients get their own box of utensils used just for them, cleaned after every use. They have done my daughters' mani/pedis when I brought my daughters in as wee tots for a "special" treat - through my daughters' prom dates, up to my daughters as their clients too!
