Took me a while to gather thoughts and write this. I found this spot through classpass for some gelx extensions. It actually ended up being some of the best looking gel x extensions but it definitely came at a cost. The glue under my nails 3 weeks later smells like fungus. While I was at the nail salon, i definitely spotted a cockroach with another client. She overcharged me by 30 dollars because im a classpass client . She was very loud and overstimulating. She almost made me late to a pediatric apt because she was screaming that she could do my pedi in 10 mins and to stay, it was a bit much. Im really sad because i love the way they look but i could never ever come back here. read more

Had a good mani and pedi both gel and got a great deal on Groupon. They even made a mistake with top coat and I was able to get it fixed day so quickly no problem. Will try again and see if it goes as well as the first time! read more

I liked the pedicure and Lisa was great. BUT on their web site they show an "Express Pedicure" for $40 cash and that was NOT on offer when I got there. The cheapest pedicure available was $52 (also shown on their web site). I do NOT appreciate that bait-and-switch. read more

I have never ever liked a nail tech so much to the point that I write a review. my Nail Tech name was Jennifer. she was so friendly to me from the time that I arrived and was great to make small talk with. My retention is so clean. The way she filed my nails, I didn't get a single scar near my cuticle either. There was barely any need for cleaning up and filing in the end either. Usually, when somebody does your nails and applies extensions, most Nail Tech that I've gone to, will get their nail extensions stuck onto my own skin. This time with Jennifer, she cut my nail down as short as possible, which I was so scared would make the extensions gel go and stick onto my skin, but even though it was cut so short, she didn't even have to separate my skin from sticking to the extension. Although this was a simple set, I was in and out in 40 minutes. I am so happy with my results that I will be coming back again. Her application method for the gel polish was also very fast and clean. there wasn't even a little bit of polish stuck on my cuticle in the end that required cleaning either. read more

I had a good experience at Nice Nails but the overall nail work was just ok. They took a same day appointment for 2 mani pedis. Comfortable experience and quick service, staff is really nice. My sister in laws tech did a phenomenal job on her gel mani. Like Russian manicure quality clean lines and excellent cuticle work. My nail tech was more casual and not as detailed so my nails started lifting after only a week and a half (I knew they would, I could tell from right after they were done they wouldn't last long). I went with my friend for a relaxing day, and it was anything BUT relaxing. The lady at the front desk was rude the entire time, screaming at everyone. Then the woman who did my nails got SO upset when I asked her to fix a nail that came out crooked. She told me it was the shape of my nail, even though I've never had this problem before. My poor friend had to wait almost 2 hours because the manager was working with three different people at the same time. Honestly, a shame. DO NOT GO to this place.
