my pedicure cut the side of my big toe so that it crippled me. I had a mani pedi before a conference, had to wear heels for the next 5 days. she cut the whole side of the nail to fix a non-existent ingrown nail. The cut was inexcusable for any professional nail salon, but excruciating to have to deal with for the next week. It was swollen and full of puss, and the throbbing would wake me up at night. She was literally rubbing the nail filer on skin and after she had told me to put my hand in the bowl, my fingers were literally burning from the alcohol. I've been coming to Bella Nails for over a year now every month. As a former server current admin assistant I'm pretty hard on my nails and acrylics work best for me. The staff here is fun and welcoming and there's always awesome music playing which I enjoy as I love music. Angel is who I usually go to to get my nails done and she always does a fantastic job and when I'm being indecisive gives great suggestions. I've had two other girls do my nails as well and have never been disappointed. The pedicures are awesome as well, my feet always feel so much better after, I highly suggest the Bella Pedicure it's a little more expensive but they put paraffin wax on your feet and that just makes them that much softer. This place is awful. My first time here and I will never return. I asked for a Pedicure and a Full Set of Acrylics for a wedding I was going to. The polish on my toes was so sloppy, I had actual nail showing she didn't even cover the sides because she "didn't want to get it on my skin" is that not the stupidest thing? My nails looked like globs of acrylic. They were all uneven and bulky and the gel polish job she did was so quick and rushed. I have never had such hideous looking nails in my life and the bad part it cost me $90 for this crap. They have pets in the salon hanging out. They were eating at their stations which I believe is not sanitary whatsoever. and crap talking about all the people who had appointments that day! read more

I have been going to Bella Nails since the day they opened. I love this place and look forward to my visit everytime. I recently had major knee surgery and couldn't wait to go back and have my pedicure. Today I was told to go relax and have the pedicure I have been waiting so patiently for. Not only were all the techs happy to see me they were very concerned about my safety and my being comfortable during my time there. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! i get my nails done when i can. The only place i will go is Bella Nails in the Flatiron's mall. They are always friendly and do a wonderful job! I have never had any problems with my nails or any complaints. Everytime i go there, people always compliment me on my nails. I have had my toes done there once, and i couldn't have been happier. They do walk-ins or appointments and either way you are in right away. Overall, i think Bella Nails does an amazing job! read more

Everyone was nice and funny and very talkative :) I had Catherine and she made the experience amazing I went in at 1:30 and was seen at 1:45. She blamed me for things she was doing wrong. I am not happy with the quality of my manicure or the experience of getting it. A friend and it decided to go get our nails done, and thought we would try this place. We arrived at 630 and they said they were really busy and asked if we could come back at 715. We said sure no problem, and actually came back early, because they called and said they were ready. After waiting another hour, this one lady said to my friend "I'm not very good, but let me put your tips on while you wait." My friend said okay as I continued to wait another 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. So let's keep track, we went in at 630, came back, waited an hour, so that's close to 2 hours. By the time they got to me I said never mind. My friend continued and when she was done the polish was bubbly, there was polish all over her skin, and her nails looked awful and crooked. I'm glad I decided to pass. My friend is going to another place tomorrow to have her nails fixed and have to pay more money. I will never set foot in this salon again, what a horrible experience! read more

I went to Bella Nails to get a simple French tip manicure with regular nail polish for a wedding I was in that evening. The lady who did my nails tried to up-sale me several times, which I understand is part of her job. When I continued to say no thank you to the up sales she seemed frustrated. She then did everything in a hurry. My nails turned out terrible. The white tips are crooked, cracked, and bubbly. The polish is globed onto the nails at the end. I wish I had asked to speak with a manager to see if I could either get them re done or not pay. I would not recommend going to this salon. read more

I wasn't pleased with the design on my nail and the tech refused to redo it then over charged me and began talking to another nail tech in their little language looking back and forth at me... . Also pushed and pushed me to get more done even after saying NO. Then continued to ask me why I wasn't getting more services done .... My sister had a full set done. Her jewels fell off before we even got home and they charged her 5$ extra for her length to be a little longer ... We are taking normal nothing insane ... NEVER heard of that before . I got an acrylic fill and polish change with Dana. It is the best experience and product I've ever gotten from a nail salon. Dana was sweet and knew exactly what I wanted. She made great conversation with me and rescued me from the HORROR that was happening on my nails from another technician at another salon. I started going to Bella Nails about six months ago and was very pleased with the job that the technician did with my acrylic nails. The last time I went I had my old acrylics removed and a new set put on. Three of the nails have split badly and I returned and she fixed one of them (the only one broken at the time) and did a cursory job. I've been making a long drive from colorado springs going to Bella nails for over a year with a favorite nail tech. However, I recently booked 3 appts for myself, mom and aunt on a particular day that worked for our schedules prior to our trip out of town for my wedding, unknowingly that particular day happened to be mothers day. I was contacted by my favorite nail tech to see if we could make changes to a different time or day which she was very polite and accommodating. However when I called to see if we could also change the other two appts to the same time as mine I spoke to christine on the phone, which she was very rude and quite ignorant. She kept repeating they dont allow appts on mothers day. When I tried to explain to her that I was not told so when I first called to book our appts over a week ago, she just kept saying "well I just want YOU TO KNOW that we dont make appts on mothers day." First off that girl needs to learn some manners and second customers dont NEED TO KNOW this, your staff NEEDS TO KNOW this and communicate that to the customer when they first call. I didnt need an appt on MOTHERS DAY per say, I just needed an appt on one of my days off prior to our trip. I will be taking my business else where. read more
