I've been blessed with nice eyelashes, but never had curl nor have I ever been motivated enough to use an eyelash curler. Jessie didn't say much and we didn't have any conversation, but it didn't make for a bad experience. Since I knew what to expect, the process was quick and easy. Jessie set it up, came back to check on me a few times, and made it an easy, pain-free process. Afterwards, when i checked my lashes, they looked amazing! The best lift that I've had in awhile and especially in this area. You do have to put down a deposit to make your appointment, but it goes toward your appointment, so you only need to pay the difference. Overall, I had a positive experience and my lash lift lasted a good 8 weeks. I definitely recommend and would like to go back (though it is a bit far for me!).

She does such a good job that I can go over a month between refills. Although Esther told me that she has other clients that come every two weeks. So it must be that I take good care of them too. (Esther gave me a spoolie to take home and lessons on how to brush my lashes out to keep them from looking wonky.). I have another friend who lives in Bellevue who gets hers done elsewhere and she says she takes care of her lashes but that they start looking like gang signs if she goes even three weeks. Lol! I really recommend Esther. She is very detailed and she has a soothing voice and a soothing touch. I feel very relaxed and beautiful after my appointments with her.

I've been here several time with my son. The salon was very nice, the prices were not too high, my son loves their offer customers for drink, especially the slushy. They provide deference kinds of pedi&Imani fancy service, nice and clean. Recently, they introduced new SNS dipping powder which I will give it a try one day. However, this time was a bad service ever I had ever got. Vivian was doing my pedicure. She did talk a lot of her own language with the co-worker next to her, she look at me , laughing and continued talk in their language- I guess it was Vietnamese- I feel like, she was not respected me and my son. I asked her that my son need to refill his drink, she looked me and my son .. she smiled like contemptuously. Finally, I like the color that the lady had on her toes. Asked her for helping me out to read the label of polish's bottle. She told me that, you read it by yourself. So unprofessional customer service ever. I will come back here again . I just tried this place out and it's the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everything seemed extremely sanitary, and the staff were helpful and friendly. For about the same price you would pay anywhere else (I just paid $26, plus 10 for a tip because she was awesome), the most basic pedicure includes a long foot/leg massage and exfoliating scrub. My nails look excellent. My feet and legs feel wonderful... I will definitely be coming back to this place. Oh yeah and I walked in, no appointment, on a Friday at 6 PM. They did seem very busy, and i was expecting to have to wait, but I was seated immediately and the girl took her time and did a great job. I can't wait to come back.! read more

I have been trying to find a nail salon in the Bothell area where I could get a shellac manicure for not too expensive, while still good quality. Bella Dolche is the place! It is clean and beautiful on the inside, and I have no complaints about the complimentary drinks either :) The woman doing my nails did a fabulous job, the manicure was awesome and it only cost $30, even for french tips! The shellac lasted me about two weeks, which I was pleased with. I don't like it to last much longer anyways because I get tired of the color and the grow out. Ever since I moved to Bothell, this has been the place to go for anything nail and wax related. I've loved going to them. Their services are affordable, and their quality is exceptional! I've only had a few instances where I didn't like my color (although that was a personal choice) or my nails started breaking off within a week. I've found myself wanting Van or any of the men! I typically refill my acrylics every 2 or 3 weeks. They do an amazing job and keep their prices reasonable. 10/10 recommend this nail salon, and I'm going to keep coming here until I leave for college! read more

After a few years of searching I have found PARADISE! The staff here is so polite and friendly not just with the customers but with each other. No overbearing "owner" no update or constant pushing of services. Tammy took her time with my new set to get it " just like the picture ". Remember the old days when they would oil your cuticles and deep massage your hand? I had missed that so much and boom they do it there! I have been going the the salon for more than a year. I get acrylic nails done by Mary and my husband and I get pedicures together. I really enjoy the atmosphere at the salon and the professional staff. I always feel welcome and they are prompt with my appointment times. Bella Dolche is a great place, if you haven't been you need to check them out ASAP! It's a beautiful spot, chandeliers and water feature s with big screen TVs lining the walls. Tony greets & meets you with a friendly smile and sweet service. Vivian gave me the best pedicure ever over 5 years ago and I've been seeing her ever since. The tools used have been propertly cleaned and placed into sterilizer and Individually peel-packed. A plastic liners is added to the basin for clean foot soak water. I requested a Classic pedicure with regular polish, listed at $40 including tax. They have many massaging spa chairs that use plastic foot bath liners for sanitation. At the end of the foot soak, the liner was immediately removed. I didn't ask about their method of sanitizing their tools, but I don't have any complaints about cleanliness or sanitation practices. The Classic pedicure included soaking, scrub, massage, and hot stones. The technician was friendly and thorough. I would have preferred if she had been more aggressive with my cuticles so I will make a point of communicating that if I were to visit again. I paid with cash but had the option of paying with card. I would go here again, but I do prefer my previous salon in Lake City, since I like having the option of paying less for fewer luxury spa services/inclusions (for example, I would choose a $25 pedicure with no stones or massage over a more expensive, more luxurious service).
