I was disappointed after spending over an hour in the salon with my family. The lady was so rude and barely said a word while doing my nails. I asked for a toe color change and an acrylic fill with white tips as seen in the pictures. They forgot to do my toes and left my nails looking like this. She didn't even ask what shape I wanted and the nails were too short, lumpy, and the tips were way too thick. The total was also $50 tell me how an acrylic fill is $50 when a full set is $50. We came back in asking for a refund and the manager said he never wanted to see our faces again and to not come back in after explaining our poor customer service experience. I am in LOVE with my nails! I believe they were done by Suzane (I'm 99% sure on that). I have never done SNS dip powder before, but I decided I wanted them done for the first time. They had a really great color selection, and they had the exact brown I was looking for. I told Suzane I wanted them decently long and pointy, and she did exactly what I had in mind! My nails look exactly like the inspiration photo I brought in (and I didn't even end up showing it to her!). They're perfectly even and just beautiful. I also got a pedicure that I was totally happy with! I can't remember this technicians name (it wasn't Suzane) but she was also very sweet and did a really great job. The selection of polish colors they have is insane, there must be hundreds! It's really nice to be able to get a totally different look every time I go. Went there recently and figured out they're scamming people a bit, they charge a percentage fee for using a credit card which is fine but the scam is they charge the percentage on the whole amount even if you use a gift card. I called them on it and they said oh it's the computer but I'll adjust it for you manually. The lady in front of me had a $126.00 service and only owed 26 after her gift card they charged her the credit card fee on the whole amount of 126! This is not ok, it's theft. Honestly I'm appalled. I went in to get acrylics that were stiletto shape and NO one could do them right. 3 different nail artists came to try and none of them could give me what I wanted. I understand it's a tedious shape to craft but they should at least know how to do it. One of the nail artists in particular was truly awful. The entire process was so wrong. She didn't cut the nails right, put way too much acrylic goo on, and was so messy. She also would not stop talking to her coworker next to her for like 5 seconds and it was clear she was distracted. I use to go to this nail salon when it first opened. They were awesome and I went regularly. I have since moved to Florida. My friend was getting married and flew me out. I recommend this place for our nails. Unfortunately their quality did not meet our expectations of what i had spoken of. It was an embarrassment that I brought my friend for her bridal nails and it was not only over $200 but it was not of a decent quality. What we were wanting. One gel pedicure. One regular pedicure. Dipped nails for both. We made an appointment days in advance so it was not like we were a walk in. My issues. They did not allow the layers to dry enough before adding the next layer. They never dried all the way and smeared. They also did not fully remove the previous polisha and barely cut them down when i asked for them to be short. As for my nails they looked ok. But i asked for coffin nails and i got square. I did not limit their length and told her keep them as long as needed for coffin nails. They are also splotchy. But that could be because they are dipped and not acrylic powder. My friend had the worst of it. I will mention she loved her finger nails. But she asked for her toes to match her nails. Instead of her french ombre they painted her toes white and put silver glitter on them? She politely told them thats no what she asked for and the lady was very rude about it and gave her dirty looks. Where they switched her out for another tech. They also said they would not redo her nails because it would take too long. They instead added another layer of pink on top. It was a disaster and they would'nt give her what she wanted. After looking at the receipt they charged her for "fixing" her toes. If you expect to get what you want here you are not going to get it. Im sad because aesthetically its a really nice place. When i was a regular they did so well and treated me great. The receptionist was really nice. But they made us feel like a hassle. Awesome pedicures but not so awesome manicures. I wanted to try a new salon and Bella Dolche was recommended by a friend. I was tended to almost immediately when I walked in the door. I was offered a refreshment and was blown away by the selection of beverages. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I really appreciated that they didn't have the typical nail salon smell. I loved how much care my nail technician took with my feet. I did not care for the second technician who did my hands. She didn't shape my nails before applying the color, beat up my hands trying to shape them after she applied the sns powder, the shape is uneven, she did the sns powder really thin and I can see through it in some areas, and she took a chunk out of my skin on my middle finger with the cuticle cutter. It didn't bleed but it is very irritated now. I would not recommend this place for manicures. read more

I went for the first time last week on Wednesday to do my nails, and eyebrows. I ended up deciding to go with the deep powder nails as it was suggested to me. Unfortunately, I didn't like the result. I'm not sure if the lady who did my nails was new, but she kept asking others around her every time she was going to do do something on my nails. They kept talking their language and laughing what made me feel they were not honest every time they said my nails looked "pretty". They are very thick, and misshaped. Then, I got my eyebrows done, and asked the lady to do my upper lip but it didn't look clean after so overall I was disappointed. They seemed like a nice nail salon, they have a nice way to check in and offer complimentary beverages. However, I never got the water they offered. At last, when I was paying, I left $10 tip even though I was not happy, and the lady asked me back if that was it for 3 services (nails, eyebrows and upper lip?). Their prices were high for such a bad result. I will find another place to do my nails. read more

The only reason they're getting two stars is because the place was pretty nice but the lady who did my nails did an awful job. first off none of the lengths were even in the filing of the tips was square when I asked for a coffin. Plus the tip size was not even. but my biggest issue was that my dip was not done evenly to the point where there was a big divot in my nail and then I was drumming my nails lightly and it snapped off less than a week after getting the set done. it's way too thin at the end and way too heavy at the end. This place has been better in the past but I do feel that the general position of the staff is to get people in and out as quickly as possible and not very friendly or caring. I got my nails trimmed and they came out all diferent, some square some rounded, and not short enough so I had to cut them agiain very soon. The concierge is trained to appear relaxed I suppose but after the customer is checked in he turns his back and does not help. I watched an elderly person wait for assistance with the front door and he did not even bother. People sometimes ask for things and they just rush to quiet down. Spring/Summer 2018 My friend #1 : got the SNS and had previous acrylics and they didn't listen to her with how she usually removes the acrylic because her nails are quite delicate and usually goes with just dipping in acetone, and she said (no that takes too long) ; AGAIN THEY WERE NOT BUSY.... they used the machine to make it quicker after she just told her that it hurts with the machine and to just LISTEN TO HER because it was obvious Taylor didn't want to even do her nails because she sped through them, leaving all the lengths un even, some longer than the other, one thicker than the other, & you know how funny was it for us to see her be done and go straight into getting her own nails done. Friend #2 that I brought her experience was extremely rude to her when she had ask her to trim the nail down shorter she didn't want to listen to her and left them long bc she thought "it will look better long" (she didn't want them long). Then one of her nails got smudged and asked for them to fix it and they literally half assed the nail paint job instead of removing the whole coat of nail polish like they're supposed to and THENNNNNNN put a fresh coat. So it was left lumpy and not smooth.... the lady who did her just walked up and left her there and had to have somebody else do her nails. Update : 11/22/2019 Just save your money my nails are dip and I tried to give them chance after chance. My nails continually chip and chip and I have gone here twice already for them to fix. I don't know why I stopped going to my regular lady at another place who does a fantastic job and ensures my experience is well also my nails looking and lasting longer than 2 days. I just can't believe how many times my SNS chips every other day... that's so unreal to me THIS NEVER HAPPENS. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES (someone should)! the 4 stars is for NAILS ONLY! I get mani-pedis here frequently, as I'm in the area and they do a darn good job. I usually opt for the cheapest version of pedi (crazy, I know, but I don't actually like getting my feet rubbed) and a shellac mani, and they really do nice work here. Clean lines, even polish that lasts a really long time and looks great. Lots of TVs, non-alcoholic beverages to chose from - all good stuff. 4-4.5 stars for that! HOWEVER. They offer other Spa services here too, the usual eyelash extension & fills, waxing. One weekend, while running out of time during the week to go to my usual eyelash place downtown, I gave them a try. Still had some of my last fill affixed to my lashes, pointed at them and ask "Do yours look like these. I really like these, this is the length I want." "Yes yes they look like that, no problem." 45 minutes later I look into the mirror to see tarantula legs waving back at me, in all their fake-plastic, drag-queen glory. GAAAAAAAH. Paid, ran home, and immediately rubbed make up remover/ soap/ water all over in an effort to get them to fall off, and saw my regular person 2 days later, apologizing profusely for cheating on her. Lesson learned? NOPE. Yesterday, again, in an effort to save time later, requested an eyebrow wax after my mani pedi. Please see pic: I now have a solid, bright red, angry burn line underneath my right eyebrow. Which, in addition to being lovely to look at, actually smarts a little! Check the temp of your wax much?? It felt really hot going on, I didn't speak up (my bad - but at that point, its already scalding your skin). The part that makes me a little angry is she totally knew - I was wondering why she applied multiple layers of aloe and just figured I was especially red this time since it had been a while aka lots of little hairs. One thing that is different than other places I've been to is she had me pay before putting the color on, and put my jacket back on. I use to go here all the time and I will never be going back here again. I'm utterly disappointed because I generally loved this place but this time I had the most horrible experience. First off the lady doing my pedicure was rude in the beginning they had my feet soaking in cold water and I told her it was cold so she starts doing my shellac first without even soaking my feet she performed using the tools for cuticles what not. She then finishes that and puts one foot in the water and keeps one out dry and starts to scrub it with soap DRY then exfoliate my leg dry which was causing pain. She keeps the other foot in the water without doing anything to it and was going to just put my feet into the hot wax without finishing what she was doing to the other leg. At that point I knew this was wrong and I wasn't going to finish because it was giving me anxiety and causing pain. And the manager or owner when I let him know he started to defend her. I went up to pay for what I thought was 18$ for just shellac but it was 28$ since I didn't get the pedicure so whatever I paid I just wanted to get out of there once getting to my car I realized what a shit paint job she did so I'm mad but just glad I didn't tip read more
