Bella Collina is a little haven nestled in a wine country. The staff are lively, enthusiastic, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated heated bathroom floors, double showerheads and the lavender bath salts for a bath . The pastoral sunset views from the room calms the soul. The breakfasts are a special event that we looked forward to. They make it fresh and hot every morning at 9am. Inkeeper Sherwood loves to explain every item he made for you. They make delicious juice and coffee. There is always snacks and tea in the house. There is also wine hour daily. They were sweet to reserve our parking by an electric charger since we have an electric car. We highly recommend staying here! One of the best B&B's we've stayed at! read more

The location is beautiful--quiet, peaceful, and with a lovely view. The house itself is also upscale and very well maintained. Unfortunately, we won't be back. The innkeeper was quite intense and frequently interrupted us throughout our stay, repeatedly referring to us as "kids," which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. During breakfast, the interruptions were so frequent that it was difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. We had specifically booked our room for the hot tub, but it wasn't hot during our stay. When we mentioned it, the response was that there had been kids in it the night before and maybe something had gone wrong. No solution, alternative, or adjustment was offered. While the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience was not relaxing, which is what we had hoped for in a bed-and-breakfast. read more

Will start with the disappointment, the evening social hour is not guaranteed we learned sadly upon arriving. It was one of the things I was looking forward to the most having stayed in some amazing B&B's in central coast CA wine country and meeting others who are staying etc. But everything else was great, pristine and spacious accommodations, wonderful views, breakfast fantastic all nestled in a beautiful part of Oregon. We stayed at Bella Collina this past weekend. It was simply perfect. I did read another review that a previous guest did not care for the "breakfast production", personally, we enjoyed three mornings of delicious home-cooked meals that arrive at your table, and they look too good to eat, it's all about the presentation! You have your choice of sitting in the dining area or going outside to overlook the breathtaking views. We wouldn't miss it to be honest. We also enjoyed the camaraderie with other guest, and we met wonderful people. The Inn Keeper, Sherwood, I cannot say enough about him. What a fun, energetic personable person. Whatever you needed he would make sure to help in any way he could. I believe he goes over and above to make your stay comfortable. My husband needed a last minute stay for a business trip and Savannah was so accommodating. I realize that yelp is not the preferred venue for such reviews but I don't care. Yelp is my medium! Big props to Sherwood. Such a friendly guy with lots of local knowledge. He is also a wizard in the kitchen. Both breakfasts were amazing with consideration to my wife's allergies. My wife loves to shop at pier one and cost plus. So the decor was like her dream house. I need to start hiding those mailers. She notices lots of stuff. One of her biggest pet peeves about staying somewhere is feeling like other people have stayed there too. She felt that the room was cleaned just for us. All of the details were attended to. This is definitely number one on our list of bed and breakfasts and we can't imagine going anywhere else nearby. read more

This place is wonderful! So great that we came back a second time. Sherwood is the BEST host and so funny. It's beautiful and peaceful, the amenities are just perfect: homey and cozy but still private and quiet. The grounds are immaculately planted out and cared for so walking around the property is a treat in itself. Breakfast is served overlooking the valley and everything we had was super tasty and different from what we have experienced at other hotels. If you are on the fence about booking it, just do it. Did a lot of research on B&Bs in the area before selecting this one. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very homey, nicely decorated and comfortable. They do a really nice job on their breakfast, two courses, fresh juice, good coffee and a comfortable dining area. And they have assorted snacks out all of the time. Staff was friendly but we were a little bummed that we didn't get to meet the innkeeper or the owners while we were there and they canceled the social hour one evening due to a team outing, although they were nice enough to provide us with a glass of wine and a mini cheese plate in its place for that evening. The grounds are beautiful with an outdoor fireplace, would be a lovely place to have a glass of wine but it needs a little upkeep. I will say, from our research this is one of the nicer B&Bs in the area. read more

Everything about this place was amazing! The room was super cozy, clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredibly beautiful and perfect to watch the sunset on while drinking a glass of wine. It also felt very private and we did not experience any noise or even notice others around. Sherwood was a fantastic host and a phenomenal chef. I literally said "oh my god" out loud after my first bite of French toast. It was also very kind of him to accommodate to my vegetarian diet and making me veggie sausage! Everything about Bella Collina is impeccable. First off, there is really no other place with such great views of the mountains and the valley. The folks are great as well. Great conversation. Wonderful breakfasts. Great service and care for their guests. We had the most amazing stay at Bella Collina to celebrate our first anniversary. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was luxurious (heated tile, large shower, full sized tub), the breakfast was delightful, the views gorgeous, and the hospitality unmatched. My husband and I chose to visit the Willamette Valley for a wine weekend, and found Bella Collina online. We loved the views shown on the website, and appreciated its proximity to local vineyards. We were blown away by our experience at this charming BNB, and are looking forward to returning in the future. The innkeeper, Sherwood, is extremely knowledgeable about things to do, extremely hospitable, and makes a delicious breakfast. In choosing to stay at Bella Collina, where we were staying was truly an irreplaceable part of the experience, and we so enjoyed relaxing on property at the end of a full day of wine tasting. The sunsets here are incredible, and several of our Uber drivers told us that they thought the view was the best in the area of the whole valley. We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and breakfast, and if you give it a chance Amity can be pretty inviting for a tiny town. Check out the public house and Mexican just down the road. There is a bit of a pretentious "wine snob" vibe at times but overall we loved the stay and will be back. read more

I am so happy to have found this hidden gem. Stayed here one night after a day of wine tasting at various vineyards in the area. The views are spectacular, the B&B is well done and Sherwood, the Inn Keeper is fun and welcoming and made all the guests a delicious breakfast that we shared family style. They also host a happy hour for the guest to attend and get to know each other or just sit to enjoy a glass of wine and the view. I can't say enough about Bella Collina. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Sherwood made us feel so welcome and was an amazing host (and cook!). The B&B was clean and beautiful. Unfortunately we were there in September when the wildfires were raging, so we couldn't enjoy the porch or the beautiful views, but that didn't detract at all from the experience. The rooms were plenty large and the amenities were very nice. I would definitely recommend Bella Collina and can't wait to come back. read more

I can't tell you how thrilled we are to have found this place!! It was our friends b day and Paul her husband found this gem!! We have stayed at several b&bs but this one was so incredible. From the details in everything they do! The rooms are huge the pictures on their website doesn't show how beautiful they really are. The views are breathtaking and the food.... wow! The owners are so welcoming and kind. Sherwood really deserves a lot of credit as from the time you step inside he makes sure you have everything you need. He really takes care of you ! I have horrible food allergies and he was so accommodating and made sure I was comfortable. They also have a fun area for wine and cheese around 5. I'm so impressed!! We will be back!! We had a lovely night's stay at Bella Collina. The whole place was decorated well for Christmas, the room was cozy and warm, the bathroom was nearly as big as the room! High-end with a rustic twist. The staff and owners were very nice and made sure we had the door codes, and anything else we needed. Breakfast at 9am was spectacular and delicious. The views from the rooms, the main hall, and the crow's nest are amazing: farmlands and vineyards all across the valley with rolling hills in the distance, hawks and other birds are common sights. read more

This was probably the best experience we have ever had at any place we've stayed...ever! And we are world wide travelers. Sherwood was an incredible host; Scott is an endearing owner. The grounds are spectacular, the views incredible, the rooms...brand new and world class. Heated floors, smart TVs, homemade treats awaiting your arrival, wine on the sky floor at the top level. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were perfect and we slept well. This was literally a flawless stay. The common rooms are great rooms, with high ceilings and panoramic windows. Just stayed here over the valentines weekend. Wow!! Not your traditional bed and breakfast in the sense that it is not some old Victorian house with doilies. This is more like a small private resort. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. High end finishes and amazing bathroom with heated floors. Sherwood, Melody, and Scott the owners were such nice hosts and very generous.
