We have been trying to get to this restaurant for the last year. We finally made it! Glad we decided to try them as their pizza is fantastic. The Californian with the fig marmalade is our absolute favorite. The fresh arugula on top did not disappoint. The pickle and jalapeño pizza we created is a must try as well. The blend with the cheese and the crust was fantastic. The service was friendly and the pizza came up pretty quick. There's a few tables to eat at on the inside and you can choose your bottled water or sodas from the fridge. They even have a few desserts for you to try. We will return again. read more

I order here twice already for my department and wow was it good both time . The price was amazing for the sizes of the pizza. I never had such big slices of pizza in my life . I love the they used wood burnr oven but the burnt tastes along with the thin pizza was phenomenal. They did not cheap out on the topping either. Everyone in my department loves the pizza we ordered there . We ordered different varieties and all tasted amazing . The service was great and friendly. As you know Michigan is under quarantine because of COVID19, and since my daughter is off of school we thought we would check out a new pizza place. We typically don't dine in so this was a no brainer and now that most places do curbside pickup we never even got out of the vehicle. I ordered a 12 inch pepperoni and cheese pizza which cost $14.84 and I gave a $3 tip which came to $17.84. I ordered the pizza and in less than 10 minutes the employee came out with her mask on of course but you could still see her smile. We did not order drinks or ask for paper plates and napkins. As for the pizza it was decent. The crust reminded me of a giant pita but not nearly as thick and not much seasoning, just okay. I was pleasantly surprised with the sauce, good flavor and seasoned well and they didn't put a lot on the pizza. Cheese is cheese and tasted well. The real winner though is the pepperoni. Its the heavenly, small pools of grease aka old fashioned pepperoni. You can never go wrong with them. read more

The menu had a good variety of pizzas to choose from. Got The Californian because I loved the sound of the fig/prosciutto combo. Drove 45 mins each way to pick it up and take it home to eat. Arrived home, opened the box, no meat on the pizza and the crust was charred black. Not even going to get into how excessive the arugula was. My GF and I stopped in and grabbed a large #1 with two cokes for $19 and change Place was "hip" good music and good seating, seemed clean for the most part except for the tables could have used a wipe from the crumbs of the last pizza. But least there wasn't buggers or puke or some other foul item on the table The pizza was very good it's a thin crust with a nice crispy underside. Nice amount of toppings which seemed fresh. Took about 15/17 mins or so to come out which is fine good time to chat. The coke is old fashioned glass bottles way better taste then the normal fountain or can Friendly Staff and owners! OH My God Becky what an amazing pizza!!!! I would not walk I would run there. I was hungry and we were in the area and stopped in. This by far is the best pizza around. Italy meets NY pizza style with the perfect crust from the wood oven. The ingredients were so high quality you could taste the difference. The cheese was so gooey and good. We ordered pepperoni, green, peppers, onion and mushrooms. The server brought it to us and we were in awe with just the smell. My mouth was watering with excitement. The moment the pizza hit my lips I experienced heaven on a plate. The salads were equally impressive very fresh too!!! The hot honey and pepper flakes really added a unique flavor to the pizza. I highly recommend this place for anyone who truly loves pizza. All you have to do is eat there one time and you will become a believer!!! The staff was very kind and were happy that we came in. We visited Bella Bolla for the first time today. I was surprised that it is pretty much a self service restaurant even though there were enough team members to wait tables and to actually bring the pizza to your table. I found the order card easy but was so disappointed that you had to go pick up your pizza as well as your napkins, silverware, plates, etc. Just so odd. The greek salad was so good and very fresh. Our pizza was good but definitely not fire baked as it appears that the oven is gas and the pizza moves on a conveyor system in the oven. Don't get me wrong the oven is very cool looking but not a traditional wood fire style. The pizza was good but a little juicy in the middle. We had left overs and it was much better after it has sat for awhile. I would eat there again but hope the next time there is table service and maybe beer and wine too. I think this restaurant will do very well but really needs to have a better service system. read more

I have no complaints about my thin crust Margherita pizza. It was thin and crispy throughout with fresh basil and gooey mozzarella cheese. It was served hot. Somehow the salad was not seen on our order form which was okay as just the pizza was good for two people for lunch. read more

Been waiting for this to open up and it finally has. It's like any of the newer fire baked pizza places. Pick a 10" or 12" and add up to 4 items. You can add a salad for $5 if I remember correctly. Staff is new still learning. Place is clean, better be it just opened, and holds maybe about 7-8 little round tables that seat 4 each. No fountain drinks just bottled waters and cans of San Peligrino. Had the Greek salad, it was good. The only thing I wish is that the olives were Greek not canned California olives...gross Kind of hard to maneuver around because its a small space and their layout doesn't make sense. read more

Sounds pretty phony having the wife of the co-owner writing a 'review' to Mlive to get this place listed/rated on their 27 newest and best pizza places in the state. I would have hoped a REAL customer would gave written that review. It's kinda obvious because 99% of the Cindy's in the USA spell it with a C not Sindy with an S like Luke's wife. That also being said, I now find any articles or listings from Mlive to be suspicious as they don't vet their information. With all that being said, I visited the place about two weeks ago. At that time I didn't feel a review was deemed necessary, but when I saw this place listed on a state level review, I felt the flaws needed to be addressed. A unique concept for certain, which is really a way to distinguish yourself in the competitive pizza wars. They were not busy, but I don't count that against them as midafternoon isn't busy for any restaurant. My issue was the way the staff was clumsily tripping over themselves. Either new, untrained or without proper supervision. It was very amateurish for place that has been open for awhile. It would have been quite funny actually, IF it wasn't MY food being prepared. A lack of quality control is another issue. Too much sauce on one side of the pizza, and not enough on the other. Another sauce issue was where the sauce met the crust edge. Far from symmetrical. With it being so slow, I would have hoped that my pie would have come out looking like the pies I see pictured. Live and learn. read more

Not a fan. I had been told by friends the place was good. They have been open now for almost a year before I came. For ten dollars you get four small pieces of pizza (10"). I tried the monthly pizza chicken Alfredo. We also purchased the aloha and a plain cheese pizza. The drinks are cans and run about two dollars each. We opted for the free water that they put out which was room temperate. We are a family of four my husband and our two kids and myself. The tables were extremely small. With just us and our dinks there was barely any room. When the pizzas were served the table proved to be way too small. I learned this the hard way when I was cutting the kid's pizza and my hand slipped and knocked a full cup of water over. It completely ruined my husband's pizza. It was soggy on the bottom from the water (not the restaurant's fault). The water covered the table and spilled onto the floor. We rushed to get napkins and cleaned the table. Since we were the only table I thought someone would come help clean up. After wasting countless napkins we left the water on the floor. As I started to eat my Alfredo pizza, I enjoyed the first slice. By the time I made it to the second it was soggy and all of the toppings slid off. The only reason I gave it two stars was because I enjoyed the crust so did the kids. We will unfortunately not return. read more

Once I ordered they were so fast in making the pizza and getting it out we were shocked. But on top of all that, they use real cheese and toppings and the taste was out of this world. Naples meets Port Huron! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My husband and I stopped in over the weekend after seeing this place on a Yelp ad (see, those work)! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We tried the Greek salad, the margarita pizza, and a pizza with goat cheese, arugula and prosciutto. The crust was fantastic, the toppings were fresh, and the salad was the perfect addition to the meal. Everything was delicious, and we had a hard time choosing because so many of the pizza combos sounded good...so I guess we will be returning! read more

My 10-year-old niece and I tried this place today. Fresh and flavorful ingredients. Good balance of tomato and cheese. Not too salty. I really enjoyed the texture of the chewy crust with crunchy edges. I was impressed to see that the menu includes vegan cheese, Gluten-Free crust, four different sweet and savory base sauces. I look forward to trying some of the figs spread with goat cheese in the future. The pesto sounds delicious too. read more
