Service was nonexistent after she dropped the food on the table, drink refills were missed, and she asked twice if we wanted onions on the dish or on the side, we replied on the dish but they arrived on the side. The payment screen offered a 20%, 25%, or 30% tips option, with 25% already pre selected which could not be changed by the customer. The custom tip option was reportedly broken, as was the no tip option. When I explained I couldn't change it, she asked, "What do you want to change it to, no tip?" Nothing says hospitality quite like turning gratuity into a hostage negotiation. ‍ Finally, I visited the ladies' room before leaving. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, sticky grease laden doors, sticky soap dispenser, and no toilet paper in my stall, thank goodness I brought a friend that could bring TP from her stall.
