It has been a few years since I last visited this place. I was seated by a booth near the entrance,…read morewhich meant I was exposed to a chilly breeze whenever the door opened. Fortunately, it did not occur too often. The half and half in my coffee had leaked into the bottom of the nearly empty container. My waitress promptly replaced it with a container from a nearby booth. While sipping my coffee, I noticed an unusual texture on the rim. The mug had a slight chip, but I managed to overlook it. Instead of taking my food order when she served my coffee, she immediately left to attend to other tables. This unexpected delay gave me a chance to admire the muffins displayed in the case. When I spotted a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip muffin, I decided to order a light breakfast and went with the Chorizo Tacos. Holding the tortilla prevent the toppings from falling out was a bit of a challenge. The red salsa lacked heat, while the green salsa provided a pleasant kick. Both salsas had softened the tortillas, making them unable to hold the ingredients securely. My hash browns were my favorite style--crispy on top and moist on the inside. If I had not planned on ordering a muffin, I would have easily enjoyed more than a couple bites. For someone who enjoys the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip muffin was delicious. Most of the chocolate chips were placed on top, with a smaller amount mixed into the batter. If I wanted a less chocolatey experience, I could simply skip the muffin top. But why would I do that?

Our first visit to Bebo's in Pilot Point felt less like lunch and more like a dirty scavenger hunt…read more The restaurant is packed with memorabilia, dollar bills taped everywhere, Elvis collectibles, old telephones, vintage car photos, a Christmas tree, and enough random décor to keep your eyes busy while waiting for your food. What may be intended as vintage charm felt more like an episode of flea market finds covered in years of dust. The menus. Everyone at our table received a different version, complete with conflicting prices, different hours, and spelling errors, including "SHRIP." Maybe they spin a wheel in the back to determine the price you pay? We asked for recommendations, everything is equal was the response. Service was nonexistent after she dropped the food on the table, drink refills were missed, and she asked twice if we wanted onions on the dish or on the side, we replied on the dish but they arrived on the side. The food tasted like bagged, frozen foods introduced to fryer oil that had already lived a full life. If you're looking for greasy, fried comfort food, you may enjoy it. If you're looking for fresh ingredients and quality home cooking, you may want to choose any other restaurant. The most memorable part of the experience came at checkout. The payment screen offered a 20%, 25%, or 30% tips option, with 25% already pre selected which could not be changed by the customer. The custom tip option was reportedly broken, as was the no tip option. When I explained I couldn't change it, she asked, "What do you want to change it to, no tip?" Nothing says hospitality quite like turning gratuity into a hostage negotiation. ‍ Finally, I visited the ladies' room before leaving. It is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, sticky grease laden doors, sticky soap dispenser, and no toilet paper in my stall, thank goodness I brought a friend that could bring TP from her stall. Between the confusing menus, inattentive service, lack of cleanliness, forgettable food, and the expectation of a 25% tip for pathetic service, even McDonald's is a better choice.

I was the only person in my group that was gluten-free and the staff were so on top of it! Every single dish they brought out, they explained which had gluten in which did not. I will say the top two gluten-free dishes that stood out were the oysters with some sort of strawberry pickled sauce and the yellowtail sashimi with gluten free Ponzo sauce and tangerine!

Our table was seated directly beneath an air vent that was actively dripping water. During dinner, the water repeatedly dripped onto me. After notifying the staff the first time, they simply wiped down the vent while food was being served rather than offering to reseat our party. When I brought the issue to their attention a second time, the response was the same; they wiped it down, but the dripping continued throughout the remainder of the meal. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a more proactive solution and better attention to guest comfort. Additionally, our group ordered the Demon Slayer 300 mL sake, priced at $55. After pouring the sake, our server, Adonis, took the bottle away with him, even though we understood that the bottle was intended to remain at the table for our party. This added to the confusion and frustration surrounding the overall experience. As a first-time guest, I was looking forward to an enjoyable dining experience, but the lack of attention to these issues left me disappointed. While the food may have been enjoyable, the service and handling of these concerns fell short of expectations, particularly given the cost of dining here.

Oh wow oh wow oh wow! I don't even know where to begin--Bellini's Italian Café completely exceeded…read moreevery expectation I had. This was, hands down, the most amazing Italian restaurant I've ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere pulls you in. It's romantic, intimate, and perfectly set with low lighting and candlelight that gives the whole space a warm, dreamy glow. It's the kind of place that makes you want to slow down, sip your wine, and actually enjoy every moment. And then there's the live music... absolutely beautiful. The gentleman performing had such a smooth, captivating voice that just elevated the entire experience. It wasn't too loud or overpowering--just the perfect backdrop to an already incredible night. Now let's talk about the food... mouthwatering doesn't even begin to cover it. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can taste the authenticity and passion in every dish. If you're looking for a place for date night, a special occasion, or just a night where you want to feel a little extra... this is it. I will absolutely be coming back.

Service stayed smooth, attentive, and never felt chaotic. The place itself is a whole vibe--decor everywhere you look, all the way up to the ceiling... extra, but in a fun, charming way. The live piano singer? Top tier. Set the mood *and* came over to lead the birthday song when dessert dropped--can't lie, that was a moment. Especially my impromptu solo. Also, don't overlook the complimentary starters. Fresh salad, and that huge bread roll with olive oil? Yeah... that barely stood a chance. Love the meatballs/ fried mozzarella were HUGE !! Now, slight plot twist: I ordered a prosecco that never made its grand entrance--but somehow my water glass stayed on VIP refill status all night. Balance, I guess. Last-minute plan turned into a solid celebration. Would absolutely run it back. **Rating: 4 stars**

Inside was smaller than I expected but very romantic and cozy. Our waiter wasn't as personable as the one behind us. We overheard the other waiter go into more detail on specials and add on options. We started with some old fashioned with our app. We got the pork belly as an appetizer. A prefect starter. And we had salads to be healthy. I loved the YO house salad the pecans and the goat cheese so so fresh. My husband got the Cesar salad. For the main... well it's a steakhouse. But if I'm living in Texas I'll be coming back here to try their other great beef cuts. I went wild... I got the wild game platter. The venison was very good a little too peppery for me. And the brandy cream gravy was not smooth as I would like. The bison filet was delicious. And the duck sausage was very good too. My husband got the cowboy ribeye very delicious as always. We paired the mains with a delicious Italian red. Cheers! I had enough room for the oh so light crème brûlée. So so good. It's a must. I hope we'll be coming back I want to try their elk and any of the beef cuts... okay all of them. During dinner the pace was great super relaxing atmosphere. We weren't rushed so we got to enjoy all the courses. And oh the bread was warm and the butter was perfect.

And for a native New Yorker the price point for dinner and drinks was very fair.
