They both showed such a high level of enthusiasm and passion for their trade that assured me these women knew their business. I had no idea how to start a design, I had no idea what I wanted. That was not a problem. Mercedes and Suzanna had dozens of full samples of invitations, envelopes and other paper material. Their knowledge for the product and their ability to read my personality helped move the whole consultation in an efficient manner; recieving the maximum amount of information without overwhelming me with ideas and concepts that didn't fit my style. HERE IS THE BEST PART: After coming up with a beautiful design concept for my save-the-dates and invites, I threw a master curve ball at the ladies a few weeks later, changine my wedding colors! Kelly at BellaB…read more Once we knew that Covid was not going to improve enough for us to keep the wedding at a hotel in Laguna Beach, we had to accept some hard realities which included a much smaller wedding and one that would be at our house. What we feared the most was a Back Yard BBQ type feel wedding. We needed a professional. With 3 months to go, we started to interview three wedding coordinators that we found online. Right away, Kelly stood out with her professionalism, warm/friendly demeanor and impressive social media photos of past weddings/events. What was the deciding factor was how she approached our wedding vision. She asked if we wanted her to execute our vision only, or if we wanted her input. We are so glad she did not execute our vision, it would have looked like a Jr. High School Dance!! Once she shared her ideas for our wedding- we knew Kelly was the right choice and hired her quickly. Throughout the entire process and through every decision, large or small - she kept us on track, focused and not once did we feel overwhelmed, even as we had to navigate limitations due to Covid. Kelly proficiently managed everything from the Chef, Servers, DJ, Furniture Rental Company, Bartender and Cleaning Service. Considering the event had a lot of moving parts and with only 3 months to execute, Kelly handled it with ease. Reflecting back to that day, Kelly absolutely delivered. She transformed an average back yard into something out of the pages of a magazine. I didn't feel like we were at home, but rather at some high-scale, must-attend lounge in some far away place. It presented very masculine, glamorous and rich, yet not over the top or pretentious. The food was amazing, the bartender kept everyone happy, the music was exactly what we wanted. The evening flowed perfectly, which had a lot to do with Kelly. If there was a problem or last minute trip to the store, we were not aware of it, which we appreciated. Kelly really listened when we said that the most important thing for us; was to be fully immersed in the moment with our family and friends. We could not be any more happier with Kelly at BellaB. She gave us exactly what we wanted; a Perfect Day with our family and friends and a wonderful start our new life chapter together as a married couple.

To start out I would say that I understand and sympathize with Kelly's situation given the pandemic…read moreand everything happening lately as it is extremely unusual. However, my review is with respect to concerns over a certain lack of professionalism. I had contracted Kelly and her company's services for a Day Of coordinator for July of 2020 (of course we worked together to reschedule twice with which she was more than accommodating). We finally landed on a date of November 6th of this year. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to change our venue and the new venue required a Month Of coordinator as part of our contract with them. Wanting to continue with Kelly's services but add on the additional Month Of we reached out to her and set up a meeting where we detailed what the venue was asking. Kelly had let us know that she would reach out to the venue within the week to better understand what their expectations were so that she could provide us an accurate quote on the additional services needed. A week later we followed up since we had not heard anything. Two weeks after we sent a second follow up. A week after that we sent a third follow up which received an automated email stating that Kelly was handling a personal matter and that her focus currently was on weddings within the next few weeks. By this point the venue had let us know that they had not heard from Kelly and were emphasizing our need to have a coordinator as soon as possible in accordance with our agreement. We had to make a decision so we regrettably messaged Kelly in order to cancel our contract. The email was sent Sep 26, a full month after our call with Kelly and was meant to relay apologies and the unfortunate fact that the situation had changed to where we needed to cancel. I had asked her a question about receiving a refund on our deposit knowing of course that we were not entitled to it as detailed in our original agreement but just wanting to see if there was flexibility given that we hadn't received any coordination services at that point as well as the unusual nature of the pandemic surrounding our agreement. I received no response to my email. Or any of the emails sent to her over the span of a month. She simply cancelled our invoice and contract, and left it at that. This response, or lack there of has really left me with an unfavorable impression and as I mentioned reflects poorly on Bella B's professionalism. When hiring Kelly's services please keep this in mind as I would not wish someone to experience this during the stressful time that is planning a wedding. For reference, as of posting this review I have still not received any kind of correspondence from Kelly that would at the very least serve as a courteous well wishes which is what I offered her despite a month of radio silence. We may not have been top priority for her but we were still a client and we did not receive a bare minimum response which you would expect from a coordinator service.

Me and my wife are so privileged to have found Voguish for our wedding coordinator. We had a…read morecertain vision of how we wanted our wedding to turn out, but we didn't exactly know how to pull it off. Everyone we worked with in Voguish are experienced in anything wedding related from table layouts to floral arrangements and they had a good network of wedding businesses with different budgets that we can work with. We were both students so we were worried we couldn't make our vision wedding come true, but Voguish certainly helped to make it happen. If you are married or know someone who is you would know how hectic the wedding day is. No matter how much you prepare, there will be unexpected news that happens on the fly and there is no way the bride or groom to handle it themselves since they are too busy. This is when a wedding coordinator is so important, and we were so lucky to have Voguish there. Things happen and we actually had to start the wedding 40 min late, with danger of paying the venue thousands extra if we end up late. Good thing that didn't happen, thanks to excellent timing and changes done by Vogue Wedding day is only one day of a lifelong commitment, but it is the most memorable one. I lost count how many people were on her crew but each and every one of them were extremely helpful. Although, we needed little help, the impression they left on me everlasting. His first thought was that she was so easy to talk to and he felt comfortable voicing his opinions to her, which I'm sure can be hard as the groom. She's just a very calming presence and you just know you can count on her. Her professional experience definitely showed throughout the process and during our day. Through wedding planning, I realized that I'm pretty type-A and detail-oriented, but also indecisive! Sharon was so incredibly patient and so accepting of all my ideas and changing my vision throughout the process. This can be very daunting, but she was so reassuring the whole time. I appreciated her responsiveness as well, always getting back to me on a timely process and was always available to talk details and design. She always always always followed through with each step--every email, every loose end. She really held our hand and made the process much easier, especially since it was technically a destination wedding for us. Our wedding was located in Socal because the majority of our friends and family live there, but we are actually local to Boston. Sharon was soo helpful to us from afar and even went to help scout out some places for us--which was not necessary at all but soo helpful to have someone professional lay eyes on places for us that we couldn't see in person. On the big day, our family members were absolutely stunned to say the least and couldn't stop complimenting all the decorations, how smoothly everything went, and most people even said that it was all around the best wedding they've been ever been to! What a compliment. She coordinating soo many moving pieces on the big day--the massive florals, all our crazy rentals and extra vendors, and was soo sweet throughout everything, cool calm and collected which made everyone else involved also calm. We just knew we could trust her fully on the day and really enjoy ourselves. I'm sure she did so much more that we didn't even notice too especially behind the scenes. She's very detail-oriented and often noticed many little things throughout the planning process that we never even thought of. She's just the best.
