Don't get me wrong, it's clean and presentable and the people are polite and personable. But the following problems are symptoms of a bad management: * The autopay is horrible and more than once overcharged me.  * The restroom door to the ladies bathroom was broken and wasn't fixed for a couple of months.  * They don't wipe down the equipment in between classes even though they say they do * It's not uncommon for managers to blame employees for confusion or errors, rather than take ownership for any mistakes made at their company. * Many of the really talented trainers have been replaced by inexperienced ones On the plus side, most of the trainers are really friendly, the equipment is top notch, and they provide water and towels. Plus, the classes are small and intimate, so you get hands-on instruction, unlike at big franchise fitness places in a huge room with 30 other people. Unfortunately, the pros do not outweigh the cons. The above problems can't be fixed by replacing a bike here or a trainer there. It's a top-down systemic problem. This makes me sad, as I really enjoyed training there.

I was shocked by how much of your core, back and legs are working through the entire workout. I will definitely be returning for more classes especially since they'll be outfitting the bathroom with hair ties and they'll soon have apparel. We just moved into our dream house in Aliso Viejo thanks to Bob's experience and strategic thinking. Bob is a highly-skilled and experienced agent who understands the pulse of the market and is able to provide expertise during the search. When we started our search, he showed us a house that was at the upper end of our budget. At that point, we were ready to move forward with an offer and considered canceling the other scheduled viewings later in the day. Bob insists that we see the other homes before making a decision. It was extremely good advice as we ended up falling in love with another house that happened to be priced $200K less. Any other agent would have jumped to close the deal, especially with the potential of high commission on an expensive house. However, I felt like Bob was constantly looking out for our interests. When it came to presenting an offer, Bob worked with us to structure a unique offer that allowed us to compete on a hot property (and ultimately win). Afterwards, we learned that we were not the highest offer either (among the 28 submitted offers). However, due to Bob's networking and strategic thinking, we were able to construct a compelling and persuasive offer that allowed us to stand out. Lastly, Bob is a relationship person who has a strong network and presence in the area. This can be extremely helpful when in a hot market, and can honestly "make or break" the situation. Bob is also extremely responsive and dedicated. There were several times during the process when we were anxiously waiting to hear back from the selling team, and Bob would proactively contact us with updates. He even drove over to speak with the selling agent when he wasn't getting a clear response. That was above and beyond our expectations. Again, Bob broke my perception of real estate agents -- he provided so much value to our search. I honestly believe that his expertise, experience, and emotional intelligence helped us to get our home. Long story short -- don't hesitate to hire Bob for your next home search. He is an honest and trustworthy person who has your best interest at heart and is willing to think "outside the box" to help his clients get their dream home.

I recently attended NPPE's second expedition this year into the Mojave National Preserve and was…read moreabsolutely thrilled with the entire trip! Our guide and instructor took our small group into places I never would have imagined inside the Preserve. While I was expecting to have a little bit of our time focused on the educational aspects of post-production, it turned out that we were split our time about 50-50 between editing and going out into the field and taking photos which was perfect for me. The small class size provided ample one-on-one mentoring with a certified instructor who was able to teach us many of the best-practices on image handling and post processing. Not only did I come back with some great images to send to the print shop and share with my family and friends on social media, but I returned with new editing skills and a fresh workflow combining LightRoom with Photoshop. Simply put it was an amazing trip, I learned more in 5 days than I had in the last year of taking classes and weekend workshops. The whole experience was customized to the needs of the group, starting with the phone calls before the trip to discuss what I wanted to accomplish, through adjusting the schedule while we were in the Preserve, and the follow-up calls afterwords. Small group size, 1 on 1 mentoring, trip tailored to the individual needs and desires of our group, instructor knew the area extremely well including knowing what time of day to be where to capture the right light on the scenes. Still riding the photo high from a trip that ended a month ago. Can't wait to attend my next expedition, probably one of the Utah trips whether it's Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, or Grand Staircase-Escalante. And I'm definitely going back to the Mojave National Preserve.

The bread is soft, the garlic flavor is just right, and the cream cheese filling brings everything together perfectly. Their coffee drinks are also consistently good. My personal favorite is the Smokin' Spaniard, probably because I'm a sucker for anything made with condensed milk. It's rich, smooth, and just sweet enough without being over the top. On a recent visit, I decided to try their new Pineapple Express. It was a hot day, and I was in the mood for something fruity and refreshing without any caffeine. It was decent - light and refreshing, though it didn't quite stand out as much as their coffee drinks for me. Overall, this is still one of my favorite bakeries and coffee spots. Between the delicious pastries, solid drinks, and cozy atmosphere, it's a place I find myself returning to again and again.
