I was suffering knee pain from running and overuse and wanted to accelerate the healing process. Having used cryotherapy in the past with positive results, I figured I'd find somewhere local while I was in San Antonio. Their location is situation at a small strip mall with lot parking and is easy to find. I walked in and was and greeted by a young male employee who was cheerful and explained the services and prices. I told him I wanted a cryo session and he escorted me to a room where I changed before preparing to enter the chamber. The chamber used here is not fully enclosed, it terminates at the neck area so your head is not exposed to the cold. It is powered by liquid nitrogen, the tanks of which are visible in the room. After entering the chamber, the cold air began flowing in and I withstood the onslaught of cold for two minutes. Wow! How invigorating it was upon exiting, I felt recharged and rejuvenated! The cost of one session was $35.00, which is quite reasonable in my opinion given the health benefits associated with this alternative therapy. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and need an affordable and reliable venue for cryotherapy!

I talked with the owner when booking an appointment; so very friendly and helpful and the employee who assisted me with my first freeze was also very friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful, though the 3rd sock was a little weird. I look forward to my next treatment and trying some other services.

From the moment we arrived everyone was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This led me to get exactly what I needed with my IV. During my IV Briana offered my wife a tour and was so informative and hospitable that my wife ended up getting a day pass. She got a cryo facial, compression and used the red light therapy. She took the time to talk to us and explain all the services they offer. We were completely sold and looking to see if there was an iCryo near us in FL!! If we were local we'd have full memberships. The place is nice, clean, comfortable, welcoming and easy to get to. We were there later in the day and through closing time and felt no pressure to leave despite them closing soon. What impressed me the most was that Briana knew we were from out of town and would never be a regular customer or back anytime soon. I'm not a big reviewer but really felt the need to write this one out and share my experience. I have no doubt Briana is that helpful all the time and I hope she gets recognized/rewarded. Definitely recommend iCryo!

I will admit I was a bit scared before my first time…read more I was going to step into a booth that would blast -200-degree air (yes, minus 200 degrees!) all around my body for three full minutes. Would I be able to withstand that kind of cold? How would I feel afterward? Would it be worth it? I cannot wait to go back and do cryotherapy again-- why did I wait so long to try it? The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, explaining how I would remove all metal jewelry and wear socks and insulated slippers, as well as glove liners and insulated gloves. It's a dry cold and isn't uncomfortable at all. Pretend you stepped outside your home in the Arctic Circle to get the newspaper at the end of your driveway in deep winter. For three minutes you can handle it, promise! I went home and noticed right away the many aches I live with daily were gone. From shoulders to lower back to knees to feet, I was moving around and feeling limber and pain-free for the first time in years. I even snuck in a lunchtime nap-- best sleep ever! Athletes use cold therapy after games to soreness and faster healing. I understand now why a star player would submerge himself into a tub full of ice cubes and water. I understand it's a temporary effect, but it's much faster than an hour massage, which is a big plus for my busy schedule. Take three minutes and give this #CryoSA a shot, I promise you will feel the difference and it will feel great! #BeBrave

Between us both did a lot of extras and went heavy bc of the 1/2 off. Ashton our nurse was phenomenal. No problem with either IVs and she was really knowledgeable and really great. I would personally ask for her again. We called ahead for an appointment and the front desk staff def needs training. I felt like I was interrupting their day only to be told they were not busy and we could pick the time for our appointment. When we got there, they were really busy. People were dripping, freezing, everything. It's an awesome set up and we will both be back. Pretty sure we saw an NBA player in there. That says a lot. The IV room was really clean, the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Overall, we were both really impressed. We have another trip and will be back beforehand and I am definitely checking out the hyperbaric chamber! Ashton hope I spelled your name right bc you were really professional!

The vendors at this event were of more interest to me. It was a lively vibe and there were drinks, demos and drawings taking place. I checked in with Shell, the Total Regen Cryo employee. She remembered me when I mentioned something about Coolsculpting & my reaction to it. She gave me some raffle tickets to fill out and I walked around looking at the space, vendors and talking with some reps. I was really interested in the Beauty Bar by Karla services as I looked online at her website so I could inquire. Karla was super busy as she had 15 min slots from 10am-2pm almost completely filled up so Lauren, her assistant was able to answer my questions and if she didn't know, she'd pop in to ask Karla between appointments. I did get a chance to ask a quick question to Karla and ended up signing up for an appointment esp since it was discounted for the event. In the midst of this, I ended up hearing my name being called & ended up winning a prize! Yay, me!! It was a month's supply of Lightwave X39 light-therapy patches! I was able to talk to Tracy, the rep who spoke to me at length about the light therapy-stem cell boosting concept to heal and repair the body. She showed me photos & testimonials and gave me some samples of other patches specific to an issue. She was very informative, helpful, positive and friendly. She listened to my concerns and I told her I was happy I won this prize and excited to try it. She told me Shell can assist me as a rep here at Total Regen. I like how this business is offering different modalities for wellness!!; I'm currently trying the patches and hopeful they work in a non-invasive manner. I'm embracing new technologies these past few years and it's been very exciting to be a guinea pig!!
