My bone and wings. The ones in the front of the picture are buffalo and the ones in the back are garlic Parmesan both super delicious.

First of all the place was being run by two young lady's that were just kicking butt and taking care of all the customers. We ordered the wings. My wife ordered boneless wings. I ordered wings with bone in and each of us had a beer the beer, of course was good. Perfect temperature perfect everything but the wings definitely stood out. My wife said her boneless wings were some of the best she's ever had my bone in wings with the largest I've had in a very long time. These people definitely pick out the best food for their customers before preparing and serving it. Their wings are not fried. They are simply baked, but you would never know the difference. They were crispy saucy tasty and delicious would definitely recommend.

I've been a few times now, and have always had good service, food, and drinks. For Happy Hour (HH) they have 1/2 price pizza & wine, and 25% off cocktails. They serve a fine New Old Fashioned. The staff behind the bar is usually very attentive. Their beer on tap selection is pretty good. They have really really good pizza and I love the Popeye, which is a veggie pie. I also really like the Harvest salad minus the feta. This is a nice spot for HH and we always sit at the bar. While they don't serve Reisling, they have Sauv Blanc, a pleasant subsitute.

My husband and I stopped in on a slow night. We were the second couple at the bar when we sat down and there was only one table occupied in the seating area. Despite this, it took us ten minutes to be greeted by somebody. We waited so long I was ready to get up and go somewhere else but my husband protested and convinced me to stick it out. When the bartender finally showed up she was very kind and made me a very delicious manhattan and that was the only highlight. We decided to try some appetizers before ordering our entrees. We got the Parmesan fries and some chicken bites. When our food came out it was lukewarm, gross and basically inedible but my husband being the human garbage disposal he is shrugged it off and ate it anyway. We decided not to order entrees, instead we paid our tab and walked to Chilis next door. Very disappointing.

Stoppedin to me a long time friend. I did not have anything to eat. They have a very good beer selection. Tried a flight of local beer. Waitress was knowledgeable about the beer. Lots of people are showing up after work, and they do have a happy hour for $2 off local beer

My wife and I have been pleased with our experience here both times so far! Earlier in the Fall, the weather was nice enough so we could sit on the patio. More recently, we sat inside, but I felt socially distanced an safe in our own area. I've done a flight of beers both times I was here. I love that they have so many selections on draft and they also have wine and cocktails for my wife. She enjoyed the Cinn Sip cocktail, while I enjoyed my tour of sours and IPAs. The food is intriguing as well! While we didn't arrive hungry either time, the food piqued my interest with their HUGE soft pretzel- can't wait to try it, and I'm a bit of a pizza connoisseur, so I'll have to come back, ready to carb up! I did try the garden chipotle chili, as I appreciated the vegetarian option! Pretty good for a snack! I noticed they have live music and trivia weekly here. There's even a small stage alongside the wall. Especially once the weather gets nicer, I look forward to some more hanging out on this patio!

I went to Beerhead bar and eatery today for dinner with one of my friends and it happened to be trivia night. Trivia night is every Wednesday from 7 PM to 8:30 PM which in my opinion is a little early for trivia so I was unable to play. My friend and I asked what was good on the menu and was recommended to try the barbarian pretzel, which was too salty for my liking. It was huge, see my picture below which is why it states that it could serve about 4 people. We also ordered the harvest which I highly recommend but was not a big fan of the dressing. The salad comes with romaine, spinach, julienned apples, candied pecans, dried cranberries, feta and poppy seed dressing. It was the perfect amount for two to split. I look forward to coming back and either trying a pizza or the brisket grilled cheese sammie as it sounded amazing.

First time at this new location of Beerhead and I was super impressed. Husband and I really enjoyed out on the nice, clean patio to keep socially distant during COVID19 outbreak. All staff was masked and sanitary, menus were sanitized and tables were spread apart. The service was impeccable and food came out quick. There were lots of drinks and beers on the menu, and tons of yummy food options. We tried the Maui pizza and the pita and queso. The pico de Gallo and queso were amazing with lots of flavor! The pizza crust was so yummy and tasted like fresh dough and tasty toppings. It was big enough for two to share, with leftovers. I would love to try another pizza, and can't wait to come back.

Came here for the bengals game with my boyfriend. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, but as time went on, almost all tables were full. There was only one server, but she did great and really held it down! Management was also helping out so as a former server, that's a plus in my book. I had the pretzel appetizer and OMG it was huge!!I have never seen such a huge pretzel. It was very tasty and the cheese dip & awesome sauce paired great with it. I ordered the brisket Mac but they were out of brisket unfortunately. The Mac n cheese was still good. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great.

    Chicagoland Pizza

Ordered one "Chicagoland" pizza for takeout. I used their online ordering system, which was simple to maneuver. It was a Friday night, and the quoted pick up time was 1 hour. I'm not sure if this was because they were busy on a Friday night (very possible!) or for other reasons. We chose the curbside pick up option, but when we arrived there did not appear to be any "curbside" designated parking spots. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. The pizza was delicious, and I would definitely order it again. I'll have to try dine-in the future.

Although plenty of beef, it was definitely chewy. Not very enjoyable. The strip steak was fine. Not the best, but far from the worst. A choice of sides came with it. The bread served was interesting. So this was an interesting visit and it epitomizes the problem we have today with customer service…read more And it all begins with good management, but I'll get into that in a moment. When we walked in the hostess told us, it would be a two hour wait. Yes I expect delays on a Saturday evening, but when I asked if the bar was open seating, she told me yes. I walked around the bar and noticed that the bar was full, but there were the small tables around the bar. I asked the hostess are those tables part of the open bar seating and she said yes. There were a couple available and of course we sat down, but my wife and I were both surprised that the hostess would not have encouraged us and informed us right upfront that those tables were available rather than running the risk that we would leave due to a two hour wait. We then ordered a drink before dinner and I asked for a Corona. The waiter said we're out of corona and I said that is too bad on a Saturday evening at 6:30 PM -- how is an upscale restaurant out of one of the few bottled beers that they offer? We noticed also on the drinks menu that wine is served and poured at 5 and 8 ounces, but it is priced rather high and certainly as high as a 6 and 9 ounce pours, which is more customary at those price points The meal was ok, but the chicken breast was a little bit overcooked and the seasoned sauce was stronger than our pallets can handle. We also ordered dessert and decided to have coffee. My wife asked for a decaffeinated coffee. The waiter said to us "we don't carry decaf coffee only regular." I said you've got to be kidding, really? He said yes. I said well it's not your fault at all. You are just doing your job, but please have your manager come over, so I can speak with him. He never came by, so I asked another waitress walking by to have the manager come by. He finally came to our table and he opens by saying "It's a busy night." Clearly conveying that he was annoyed that he was called to our table. I explained to him that a restaurant like Firebirds that's on the higher end of the price scale in the area should definitely have Corona beer in stock and certainly decaffeinated coffee should be on the menu on a Saturday night, in frankly every night of the week. And all he could say to me is.. " I'm sorry we'll work on that." and then he walked away. Bottom line, Fire Bird's, you lost a good customer in us. Somebody needs to council the manager on how to communicate with customers and to express genuine concern for their interest, wishes, and any inconvenience that they might encounter. For this reason, two stars is probably a generous rating, and I will give credit to our waiter who did his best and behaved far more professionally than his manager.

First of all, I'm absolutely terrible at throwing axes. I think I've managed to get it stuck on or two times in my life even thought I've gone multiple times. The check in process here is quite easy. We filled out the waiver and then were walked to our spot. At our spot, they went through safety training and all the games. There's multiple games you can play if you're really good. We stuck with the originally one though. I kept thinking, oh gosh, this guy training us is going to be pissed cuz I'm never going to get it to stick on the board. Well, he ended the best trainer I've ever had! I actually got it to stick on the board more often than not!!!! Now I fully get the appeal of axe throwing. The nice thing about this place is that they also have food and drinks if you want. There's a full bar. I just got a stout beer which was delish. We only had about an hour so we didn't order food or anything but that also looked really good. There were some other groups in here throwing axes too. Definitely a bigger space, too, so if you have a birthday party or a large group, this would be such a fun activity to do. And again, staff is incredible and did such a good job taking care of us!
