It's 3:40pm. Walking in thinking that it will be quiet. Haha... nope, almost all tables are occupied. Luckily, we were seated immediately. Service was really good. Food?? Even better. Thanks.

Pastrami melt on rye with swiss, grilled onions, and tomato. Very good!

Pastrami melt on rye with grilled onions and tomato ordered via DoorDash! Very good! I've tried quite a few things at Beeps and they keep getting it right!!

Great 50's Diner ! Beautiful decoration and collection of memorabilia. Unbelievable Chicken Pot Pies! Hard to resist trying something different to eat every time I go there. Wide selection of different meals from Mexican, Italian to turkey dinners & Pot Roast

Been here many times. This time service was good. Food was terrible. Server was very apologetic, you would expect the manager to come by and apologize but that did not happen. I pretty much left most of my dinner uneaten. Note the last photo of my hash browns. The first photos were from a previous visit when the food was good. Not this time though, left feeling sick to my stomach. This chef has no clue how to cook breakfast food. Bacon was undercooked, ordered the eggs well done they were still wet. The hash browns were raw and terrible. Had an awful experience. The men's bathroom was quite dirty and there were no hand towels only an air dryer that is was so inefficient it wouldn't dry your hands. I used the hand soap and when I pushed the soap dispenser it shot across my arm. The toilet was disgusting and I left the restroom with my hands dripping wet.

Stopped by Beeps Diner in Simi Valley just for a cup of coffee. The bar was completely empty, but Jose the waiter rudely told us we couldn't sit there without any explanation. The waitress said nothing, which made it even more confusing. There was no reason for the attitude. Very unwelcoming experience, and customer service definitely needs improvement.

Another great club sandwich with avocado plus fries and an ice tea. Great food, great service (Erick), and atmosphere!

A perfect little 50's diner nestled right off the 118 in sexy Simi Valley. We had an incredible meal and loved its kitschy retro 50's Route 66 decor. The chrome details, the pink and turquoise neons, checkerboard floor, vinyl glitter booths, and of course a jukebox to go along with the various 50's icons statues scattered throughout. Our meal was nothing short of delicious and compared to other LA area diners that offer what I call "everything menus", Beeps's offerings rate at the top for me when it comes to taste. And not only is Beeps delicious, it's super affordable as well! Thank you, Beeps!

Drove up from West LA specifically for this diner because I am working through a list of all diners in LA County and I'm happy to say that I had a great experience at Beeps. The menu is one of the largest menus I've ever seen and inside is a true retro 50s style diner. It's a blast from the past and somewhere that would be fun for someone of all ages. Parking is also extremely easy because it's in a shopping center that has tons of free parking surrounding the restaurant. Everything that we ordered arrived quickly and our server was very polite. He stopped in and checked on as many times. We started off with a Cinnamon Roll, which was absolutely gigantic. It would be enough for four people to split and we hardly could finish it, but we both really enjoyed it. It was a great treat to start the meal. For my breakfast, I chose the California Eggs Benedict and honestly really liked it. The eggs were done exactly as I like them and the hollandaise was especially good. The portion size was large and the price was fair so I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a great diner or breakfast option.

Beep's is amazing! Cute 50s decor, a little noisy but not so it's hard to hear your table mates. Menus have more options than one needs in a great way. The prices are extremely fair, like $7 for a speciality burger. Burgers are a la carte but side are totally shareable across two to three people. Service is fun and friendly. Do not miss the shakes and malts. We've been three times in about a month and gotten new flavors every time and they were all divine. PS very important, they have FOUNTAIN ORANGE BANG.

Sunday brunch is always a good thing here. We've never sat inside as we tend to always have the little pup with us. They do have a decent size patio out back. Covered umbrella helps with the heat. Today it was a slight wait for a table as the place was pretty busy. Didn't take long as there was a group that was getting ready to leave. Give or take 10 minutes or so. Staff are all very friendly and sweet. Slight wait to order as well but was fine. Started off with a bottle of the bubbly and orange juice for mimosas. Price wise is great if you have a group and it's with a full glass of juice. For the meal, a mixture of everything with our group. The chicken fried steak is a favorite of mine which i tend to alway get. Nice portion with gravy and served with eggs and whatever style of potatoes. Also either toast or biscuit and gravy's. The lox platter which comes with a good amount of salmon and all the trimmings. And whatever bagel you like. The veggie omelette was great as well and served with potatoes and toast. Lastly the French toast meal with added bacon. Of course if there's tater tots, that's alway a must. The food is alway consistent and good. Simple comfort breakfast dishes that's is always a good idea. A side of sausage and pancakes was had. It was a slight wait for food which understandable as it could have been during the rush hour. Not sure how many chefs are on board. Anyways, food has alway been great. Service was great with friendly staff. It's pet friendly on the patio which is nice. We've alway enjoyed our experience here.

Yes, that does explain the name, but still . . . That was just the beginning of my odyssey to a great lunch. The outside has a large patio, and it is decorated as eclectically as the rest of the entryway and dining areas. In fact, you could spend all day looking at every item in this place! Amazing dedication to a theme that actually works, and makes you feel relaxed and at home, at least for me (clutter confession in that statement . . . ). There are dining rooms and a bar area for further relaxation! The welcome was quick and warm, and the service was great. The menu itself is just as odd, almost like a child drew it with crayons, so I took a while to make sure I didn't miss anything, even though I pre-planned my attack on Yelp and their website. I was still overwhelmed in person! Kailey was a great server, friendly and efficient. I ordered the grilled three cheese sandwich (with Jack, pepper jack, and cheddar on sourdough, grilled) served with fries or chips - I chose the house-made chips, and added a side salad. The salad arrived first, and I had almost finished it when the sammy arrived, hot and melty. It was on a bed of chips, the amount of which shocked me! The whole plate was covered with them. I even took a large box of them back to the hotel for a later snack; they were too good to just leave abandoned. The sandwich was great, just the comfort food I needed that afternoon. There are other items I would try on the menu, so I hope to find myself in Simi Valley again. A great place with great food and service.
