-- My craving was satiated! - Cowboy Steak Salad popped into my brain and the craving was so strong I jumped into my car and drove the11 miles to this place. Here is what happened- The Chain- Based in Tampa, there are around 140 locations with the majority in Florida. They can be either franchised or corporately owned. They tend to use existing spaces so the interiors can vary quite a bit. Over the years, I think I've been to four of them. Arriving- This one is on the northbound side of US Route 27. It's in a plaza fronted by the local MickyD's. Just look for the golden arches. Plenty of easy parking. Pro Tip- If you are a Yelp Check In person you'll frown. The address is screwed up and maps about 5 miles away so no Check In! Ambience- These guys bill themselves as a Family Sports Restaurant and that's about right. Zillions of TVs! You'll be surprised how small it is. The u-shaped bar seats about 15. Booths around the edges and mostly high tops in the middle. There is nothing unique about it. It's clean & neat and otherwise unremarkable. Adult Libations- Full bar with maybe ten taps and lots of bottles. Not a fancy craft beer place. You'll have seen the selection many times. I ordered a pint of Goose Island IPA @ $6.50 but it was 2 for 1 so not only tasty but a great deal. Wi-Fi- Kind of a mess and needs work. There are four or five unsecured obvious listings, but they either had no internet or required registration which I'll never do. Fortunately, Xfinity had a strong local hotspot, so I was good to go. The App- Solid with great reviews! If you are ordering to-go or delivery, the app is a must. Customer Service- I sat at the bar, and my bartender was wonderful. Five stars and absolutely no complaints! Food- Giant, giant menu. They try to satisfy everyone. That rarely works but they give it a great try. It's American comfort and bar food and you've seen variations of it a million times before. I ordered my Cowboy Steak Salad @ $16,99 and specified medium rare. It comes with blue cheese dressing, but I subbed ranch with no problems. It came out exactly as I was craving. My steak was tender, sliced nicely and cooked perfectly. In addition to the greens, my salad included roasted corn, diced tomatoes, bacon crumbles, onion crisps and shredded jack cheese. All I can say is yum! Conclusion- So the place is nothing fancy or particularly original, but it was clean with a great bartender, very good entrée salad at a competitive price. I've moved here in April and through one of my friends started going to the beef O'Brady and have on the whole enjoyed myself. I am giving it a one star only because of last night's performance from the staff. We went there to watch the Super Bowl. If when we got there as we were sitting at the bar talking about the Super Bowl talking about waiting for Bad Bunny to come on they at that point should've told us that they were not going to be having Bad Bunny but the alternate Turning Point to be televised. They didn't and it ended up having me to cause a scene now I should not have because I'm old enough to know better however they should've known better to have announced it beforehand. Would that being said I will not be back to their establishment. read more

My wife and I were looking for somewhere for a quick dinner while shopping in Sebring and this Beef O'Brady's was nearby. We've been to other BOB locations so we thought we knew what we'd be getting. Boy, were we wrong. This location is not good, at all. It's very small inside, and you can tell it's old, and a conversion from some other dumpy business that preceded it. It also appears to be a gathering place for regulars that take over every seat at the bar. When we were there, they were playing cards, and several of them were drinking pitchers of beer by themselves. There were only TWO employees working the front of the house, the bar and dining room and even though they were extremely competent and moving as quickly as humanly possible, service time suffered. They told us they had two people working the kitchen, so only four people total to operate a restaurant on a busy Saturday during NFL playoff season? We each ordered what they call a smashburger, which was just OK, and served with stale, room temp fries that you tell had been sitting around for a while. What was an insult was what they call boneless wings. Tiny, and I mean tiny, round (maybe the size of a half dollar) balls of breading with almost no chicken inside. If I were them, I'd be embarrassed to serve them to anyone. Also, had to send a draft Shocktop back because it was served warm. I'm surprised that BOB lets this location use the name, it does nothing for their reputation. Update after response from owner - regarding the beer temp, I ordered a Michelob Amberbock that was very cold so the problem was only with the Shocktop. Maybe the keg had just been switched over to one that wasn't as cold? I noticed that the glasses had been chilled, which was appreciated. Glad to hear that a remodel is planned, we will come back and try it again, but we definitely won't be ordering those boneless wings read more

I usually order from the one in Lake placid thinking the quality of my wings would be the same . These wings form the Sebring location were the absolute worst chicken wings I've ever had. Not only did they taste horrible , they were cooked horribly. And they were the size of pigeon wings not chickens . Cheap ordering on management to cut cost and horrible cook. I ordered dinner through door dash for my husband and I on 1/29/26. My husband's order was good but I myself had ordered the chicken loaded nachos. There was no chicken on my nachos and just a small amount of cheese and a couple of jalapeños. Twice I messaged Beef O'Brady's and twice I was ignored. Some of the best wings in Sebring! Try the fish and chips! And finish it off with the funnel cake fries! Yum Yum! Great environment for adults and kids. Great televisions everywhere to watch sports or movies. The environment is very comfortable. You can sit at the bar a booth or in it at a table with chairs. The servers are always polite and very cheerful no matter which location you go to This is one of those restaurants where you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! read more

Horrible experience with the owner of this location. I got 40 wings and they just happened to be all drums, zero flats. I was upset about that as I prefer the flats and we spent $60. But even worse is the fact that the skin on the wings was rubbery and chewy. They were not made correctly. I called over the next three days trying to speak to someone in charge who was apparently refusing to call me back. When I finally managed to reach him he called me a liar and a scammer. He was childish and rude and I was aghast at how he treats customers. The place sucks now and it's sad. read more

We've never had any problems with food or staff. We have guests here every year and their first night here that's where they want to go. They just love the feel of the place, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness. My friend constantly throughout the trip needs to go back to get a jug of tea to bring back to the house. They're pretty fussy folks so... Beef 'O' Brady's is the winner here!! read more

It took 20 minutes to get some service but it was good after that. The place is understaffed. It took a long time for the food to come out. It was good but nothing exceptional. Presentation was mediocre. Ambiance is OK. I'd go there again if there were no other choices. read more

Becoming a regular at the okeechobee location and wanted to try this location as well. My go to's are the onion rings and the salsa and chips. They were out of onion rings so that was a bummer but the seasoned curly fries were a noble substitute. Also, no club soda with lemon (theirs is premixed and tastes like a sugar carbonated drink) so that was also a bummer. Service and friendly staff were first class. Stock up on the onion rings and the real club soda and I'll be back!! read more

I wrote in talked to the general manager Josh, he apologized and wanted to make it right, so I believe in second chances and gave them another shot. I'm stretching giving this one star. What an atrocious evening. We went in at 6:00 and got food at 7:50. We asked for a large table because we had several of us. The girl said to wait a moment so she could clean off the table. Then the table was given away after she forgot to come get us! We ordered food and it arrived not as requested with cold fries. They charged us for two extra beers we did not drink. Most of these issues were due to poor management. There was no manager to be found. Three servers were run to death. No one knew what was going on. The food was awful! Cold and not prepared as ordered. The Cuban said there was pulled pork and there was just a couple of shreds on it. read more

Haven't been to one of their locations in a while due to a negative experience previously. I was pleasantly surprised with this visit. Initially I thought it was going to be another bad experience when we weren't acknowledged at the front for over five minutes. However, once we were greeted, everything went up from that point. The waitress was nice and took care of us quickly despite being a larger group (8 people). The food was good, especially the curly fries! The overall restaurant is smaller, so if you bring in a larger group it can be a bit difficult to accommodate, so you may want to consider calling ahead. Overall: B+ Definite improvement in how I feel about the chain. read more

We have given this Beef oBrady chance after chance and it amazes me how it has been so bad for so long and still open. Emily the bartender is very unfriendly unless you are her friend. She is doesn't care about her customers or her job. Her service was so bad Saturday night we got one beer and had to beg for a menu and she never came back or would look our way to place our order. My husband and I went here last Tuesday night. It was trivia night. The whole restaurant was focused on the fact that they assumed you wanted to spend the whole night there playing. Service was horrific! Our waitress seemed to have forgotten us since we were seated in the far corner directly behind a table of 10. Drinks were very very weak. Our first time ever at a Beef O'Brady's. We went to the one in Sebring, FL. Atmosphere was blah. Barmaid seated us and apparently there was a promotional menu in addition to the regular menu that we didn't get. Had to flag down one of the 2 stone-faced waitresses to finally take our order and it wasn't even busy. Hubs didn't like his fish. I had the chicken tacos and they were good. No one ever checked to see if we were doing ok or if we needed anything. In watching the servers interact with other customers, neither ever introduced themselves to anyone, said Welcome to Beef's or smiled. Poor training! We might try the one in Lake Placid, but it won't be at the top of our list! 3 stars for food, 1 star for service. read more

We went to Beef's last night and had an amazing meal. They we're quite busy and called in Emily E. She was so efficient getting everyone that was waiting a seat. I ordered lunch the other day here and I got a Beeftoberfest speciality menu item which was the double dawg. First off supposed to be grilled, nope pretty sure it was microwaved. It came on a hoagie bun just one large one that was cold, no prep, supposed to have grilled onions the onions were nowhere close to grilled , I had about a table spoon of sauerkraut on this, which is a joke for two brats. The cheese sauce and mustard were paper thin on the bun. The portion of fries was a joke. My partner got a Cuban and it was cold as if it had been premade and set off to the side. Which disappointed her as she always said Beefs had the best Cuban. My mother got wings and her meal was spot on and very well presented but one out of three is nothing to write home about. read more

Service was very slow, appetizer was cold by the time we got silverware. They were out of onion rings, out of broccoli. Waitress washed dishes, because they had no clean plates. There was 11 people that I counted, in the restaurant, that is counting the 5 waitresses. The waitress said that there was "probably 5-6 working in the back.(kitchen). That means, that their only 6 customers. It's been 4-5 yrs since we have been in a Beef o Brady's. We quickly remembered why. Business owner sent an answer about my review. BUT, we will not be back there. The restaurant has 1 thing to do, and it needs to be done right. It's inexcusable to have a problem arise in the restaurant, of these types. At the time, there were many people working, in the back. SO WHY DOES A WAITRESS, GO IN THE BACK TO WASH DISHES, for us. Poor management, I've never worked in a restaurant, but, I have supervised, up to 50 people, during my working career. Was very disappointed, Went in on a Saturday afternoon and the techno music was so loud the water in the glasses was moving. The various TV's broadcasting sports were nice but I guarantee anyone wanting to watch sports would not be happy with the pounding music. This is great place for all ages! It is a bar and grill for sure so the food is bound to be a little pricy. They are normally very friendly to adults and kids. We love the atmosphere of so many people with so much excitement when we go and it's nice to see family with young ones walking in too! They recently renovated and it looks really nice inside. Service could be a little better at times when it's super busy but it's understandable! Food is normally always an A+ and can't complain! read more

Never Again! Party of 4 (2 adults 2 children) waited an hour for our food. When our food was finally served is when they tell us they are out of fries they automatically gave my husband onion rings lol he dont like onion rings. My 2 kids meal consists of (1) 5 nuggets only and (2) just a plain burger they didn't even try and substitute the fries. We were all so frustrated that nobody really ate. My first trip here was NOT a good experience. But let me say therer were 6 of us and our food was all very good. We received an ad in the newspaper advertising specials listed at $6.49 everyday. They did not say lunch so we went for dinner at about 5 pm. We were seated and given menus which of couse did not contain this special. Our waitress was not friendly to say the least proclaimed to know nothing about the special and we had to show her the flyer. She spoke with the manager who also said he knew nothing about this it must be corporate. We said we came for the $6.49 specials. We received our food and it was good. Our waitress never refilled our drinks but another waitress was much nicer and did. She also talked to us and seemed to be pleasant. Upon receiving our bill our $6.49 specials were $8.99 and when we questioned it the manager told us the specials were "from" $6.49 but ours were not... when we asked which ones were $6.49 our "sour" waitress said 2 of them were $6.49 but she didn't know which 2. Needless to say we felt like we had been given the bait and switch routine and none of us left as happy campers. We were a group of 6 but sometimes we have as many as 12 when we go to eat and I can assure you that none of us will return to that establishment. We are snowbirds and we eat out 5-8 times per week but with so many restaurants to choose from we do not need to support restaurants that give poor service and use the bait and switch tactics to sell food. The manager had the ability to turn this experience into a favorable visit but chose to ignore our complaints. read more
