We were both excited to try Taco Tuesday but what a disappointment! We found a seat right away and the waitress almost immediately greeted us, brought our drinks and took our order. This stupidly named restaurant is serving up some good eats in Oviedo. It seems like there used to be a lot more of these but they're going the way of Blockbuster and the Ground Round and disappearing fast. We went on a Tuesday and ordered some wings, a burger and some shrimp tacos. All were pretty dang good. The wings were crispy and moist and the sauce was great. The burger was OMG good looking (I didn't eat any of it). The shrimp tacos were shrimp tacos that you'd expect to be made at a sports bar, but they were good. I'd skip the cheese next time if it was me. The wings came with these long thin potatoes that were crispy. You could actually pick up these potatoes with your fingers and "dip" them in a variety of sauces. Pretty innovative if you ask me. I was something similar at Burger King but these were much better than those "potato sticks" from BK. What made this visit for me was the service. Our waitress was on point, friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy being there. Either that or she fakes it good enough to get tips (a tip to servers out there). Duffs Beer is the hangout spot in the Simpsons, the Drunkin Clam in Family Guy, McLarens Pub in HIMYM, and Beef 'O' Bradys for local Ovideo residents. Unfortunately, I am afraid that being a "good hangout spot" might be the only thing Beef 'O' Bradys has going for them. The food here is most comparable to high school cafeteria lunch except four times the price. Food - What I Ordered The five cheese burger: Arguably the best part of this meal was the mozzarella stick that was placed on top of my burger. The fries taste precisely like I would image they would considering that they came from a large plastic bag... The burger itself was a little greasy, but not terrible (would've been better if it were just a little warmer). Overall, despite the food being aggressively mediocre, Beef 'O' Bradys does keep its customer base happy by offering weekly trivia, good drink specials, and screening for sporting events. With that said, if you are looking for a great hangout spot to chat and have a few beers, it is evident that Beef 'O' Bradys has become that place for Ovideo locals. read more

My go to for football games #duuuval Plenty of televisions to catch the game. They have a full menu with everything from appetizers to craft drinks and beer. Open floor seating and ample parking in a plaza. Wait staff is friendly and sporty wearing their jerseys during football time. It has a great local feel and a full bar if that's your thing. You can sit at a table top, a booth, or table and chairs. I had the appetizer pretzel with cheese, chicken wing basket, and cookie/ice cream dessert. The appetizer was amazing and I order it as soon as I sit down every visit. I was unimpressed with the chicken wings as they were fatty and didn't have enough flavor taste zing or pop to the sauce. Fries were good and coke slaw made an attempt but missed the mark. The cookie ice cream dessert was a wasted ass on as it was burnt and had bitter tasting sauce. I decided to give Beef O'Brady's a try as I have not eaten there in a long time. I placed a curbside pickup order on the Beef O'Brady's app and the app confirmed my order was accepted. The app said my order would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after placing my order and called to let them know I was waiting for curbside pickup. The person that answered the phone asked where I was parked and what type of car I had. Knowing I was early I waited. After 20 minutes I called again to ask about my order. The person who answered the phone put me on hold to check on my order. A different person came back on the line and told me that they did have my order never started cooking it. I was not going to spend anymore time waiting so I asked for a refund and left. Lesson learned - don't trust the curbside service. I should have gone in. read more

After having been referred to this chain by a friend that works at Sharpes I had high expectations. I intended to enjoy an evening with friends and have some beers and watch some NFL leading up to the Superbowl. Overall, service was good. It's a Wed night and they have 2 specials..Large pizza for $9.99 and $0.60 wings.. not to mention drink specials $3.50 craft beers on draft $5 double liquor specials. Came in yesterday to check out this local spot. It is a cozy little place with abundant seating in both the dining area and the bar. From what I understand during pay per view sports events you can pay a cover and hang out. I got the shrimp Caesar Salad and the family shared some hand breaded pickles. The service was mediocre, it took almost ten minutes for my husband to get his ranch and the place wasn't very busy. After requesting mayo my husband was able to finish his ginormous burger before our server returned again. The salad was a bit salty and the shrimp over seasoned, but the burger was great. I probably won't order the fried pickles again, they just weren't very good. I would like to return and try something on the menu that is more of a specialty item just to see what this place is made of. read more

A little pricy 12 wings and a coke came out to $15.97 but they were very good as usual. Place is always nice and clean and staff is generally friendly. Went here for the first time and I am in no way a picky person when it comes to food, but it was terrible. I had the prime rib sandwich. The beef wasn't just overcooked it was BURNT. The bread seemed old and just crumbled when you bit into it. The beef also had a rather strange taste to it.
