Overall, wasn't a super great experience. Mainly because of the lack of attentive service from our server. Our food also took a while coming from the kitchen... It didn't seem very busy in the restaurant, so I'm not sure why our food took longer than I would say it normally comes out. Our server seemed to be more attentive to the table of young ladies next to us then he was with me and my friends. He only stopped by our table one time to check on us. We had to ask for refills. This was definitely not a great service experience at alehouse. We usually have a pretty decent experience when we go however, today was not one of those times. read more

It was late and we were looking for somewhere close and Miller's fit the bill. A very large sports bar with a standard menu plus. It happen to be dollar wing night so I went for a dozen wings with Caribbean Jerk sauce. The sauce was not the typical Caribbean Jerk as it had a little extra/different spice but not a hot spice. The wings were standard to large and I took half home. Prices for other items were inline with similar venues. Every host, server and manager (she brought out the fool as they were busy) were very friendly. Definitely recommended. read more

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because our server, Faby, was kind and as attentive as she could be. I ordered a well done steak to which I received a severely undercooked one, I let my server know and as I didn't have time to wait for another I said i did not need one. She let me know she would let her manager know. The manager, Kia, approached our table and said "I heard your steak is undercooked and you don't want another one. Next time we can up cook that so just let us know and we'll do that. I'll put a discount on it" Then without allowing anyone to speak pretty much left the table. First and foremost, I do not like to complain. I am a restaurant manager so I understand mistakes happen and that as a manager your primary job is to make sure the guest experience is good. Had Kia let us speak, we would've let her know that our server was unable to get back to our table promptly so 3/4 (me being the 4th) guests were pretty much done with their meals before she could ask us how our meal was, so even at that point an up cook wouldn't have worked with our timeline. My advice is to train you leads, keys or managers better and teach them that the guest experience matters and is important. Faby was great, no complaints to her. Kia, do better. I have to say I like Millers Ale house chain. This is a place that at last second you need to find a place for 16 people for dinner and they always come through. With a kid on a Sports Travel team it is always great to eat as a group no mater were you are in Florida. They never mind breaking the check down parent and child. I live within minutes of this place. I've been a longtime patron since 2002. This Saturday night well after the dinner rush my wife and me arrived and surprised with a front row parking spot. Upon coming in we requested a booth and were told it would be about 3 minutes to clean the table. This took closer to 10 minutes. After being seated along the front side of the restaurant a few booths from the back. It took some time to have a server come up and said he'd be back in 15 seconds to let us know if he would be our server. FYI he never came back to let us know whether he would be our server or not. After about 5 minutes and multiple servers pass by I started to mention if another server passes by we were leaving. Before I finished that thought Kay who would be our server. We ordered what we wanted to drink. Had to come back with straws after bringing the drinks. We ordered our dinner at the same time as the drinks. This took some time to get our meals. The runner brought our dinner which was fine except the fries could have been crispier. In the past the have come out cold. The runner turned and left before asking if there was anything else we needed. I ordered sides of Mayo and Cajun Ranch that didn't come. Had to wait for the server to come and remind that I requested there. After eating our meal we waited again because I couldn't pay for the meal. When she finally returned she informed us the system was down and asked if I wanted the paper receipt. In the meantime employees passed by that included a manager that I raised my hand to get her attention and just passed by. I was able see that when she went to the back she was getting ready to leave. Also observed a male manager talking to employees. This is a manager I never saw in the restaurant. The server asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and said no because there was nothing he would be able to correct. This has to do with the customer service experience. Specifically the extended amount of time we waited. Bottom line our time as a customer was wasted due to substandard customer service. What cemented the experience is how our server ended the experience was a lack of concern for the customer. You can say she offered to get a manager. Again the manager could not fix what was wrong in our experience. Time was not valued and was lost due not taking care of the customer who is why they have a job. What I believe needs to be addressed is proper training in all phases. The management needs to be more engaged with the customer. This will go along way to ensure a successful business. FYI in the next few months Bahama Breeze is turning into a Yard House. read more

I visited Miller's Ale House with some coworkers and we had a very good experience. The service was very good , the food was excellent, and the prices were fair. I personally ate the fillet mignon, cilantro lime rice, and a house salad. But we were a large group and I was able to see, snell, and ask if other players were also was goooood. So, here goes: everything ordered ranged from "good" to "excellent!" Baby back ribs, burger, fries, shrimp and lobster pasta, margaritas, etc. Even the desert was good! We usually will come to Miller's for a chill evening, especially when craving some Zingers. We were instantly seated and greeted, ordering some margaritas to start. When they came out, I unfortunately didn't grab ahold of my drink properly and some had spilled on our table. Our server rushed away from the table, and we assumed we'd get a replacement despite only a few sips being spilled due to her urgency, but we wouldn't see her for maybe 15-20 minutes. She did apologize, however no replacement came. It wasn't enough to fuss about, so we ordered our food anyway. I ordered my go to: a Medium Zinger Mountain Melt. Another 40 minutes went by before I saw it, but our server did apologize for the kitchen being backed up. When it did come, it was just as expected. While it wasn't my favorite experience for dinner, I still left satisfied with the taste of my meal! The restaurant didn't seem that busy, but you never know what's going down in the kitchen. Came here for lunch on Tuesday. We were greeted immediately by the nicest hostess and seated right away too. We sat down at a booth and our waitress came up to our table to take our drink order. I ordered a diet coke, which is not uncommon for me. It was really crisp and delicious. For lunch, I ordered the blackened mahi sandwich with french fries. When I tell you that this was absolutely delicious, I'm not joking. I will definitely be ordering this at future Miller's ale houses because it was the biggest piece of mahi that I've gotten at a restaurant in a long time. We visited millers on a Sunday night, and Adri helped us out. She was super nice and accommodating for our 7 person party. She said she was new, but she still knocked it out of the park. We started with some mozzarella sticks which were nice and warm when they came out. I got the zingers Mac which was really tasty. I also got a Moscow mule which was . . . The food was bland and overcooked, but that's not even the worst of it. On a vacation to see our kids, we went with them at noon specifically so we could watch the Orlando Magic game, and requested it on a TV near our table. At 1:00, in the middle of the game, all TVs in the place turned to football. We asked to turn it back and we're told absolutely not. Asked for a manager. She was snippy, dismissive, rude, claimed "We've done it this way for 36 years," with no apology or empathy, and said the reason there were so many TVs tuned to the Dolphins was "It's a local team." Really? And a team from 12 miles down the road in ORLANDO isn't??? (Miami is more than 3 hours from that restaurant.) For the record, we specifically asked to watch the basketball game. At no time did the greeter of server we asked say anything about the switch that would obviously happen before the end of the game. Our son is a big Magic fan and asked to go there because we could watch the game while we ate. Huge disappointment at the entire situation. If I could give zero stars I would. If you look at my reviews I'm always fair and will consider the food, service, and ambiance in my reviews. To me I think Millers earned the rating as I had no issue really with the service. The food I got was delicious and I will be back for it again. I only had a water and my bill was about $20. I did not go inside and instead ate at the bar. My rating is because I never once got my water refilled which is understandable. It was a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't that packed but those ordering drinks received better service. I'll go back and allow them to earn the full 5 star rating, but I will def be back here. Looking forward to the return. read more

For main, I had the Cobb salad with shrimp and chicken. Mostly the right ingredients for a Cobb (shredded cheddar and jack cheese?) laid out and looking really pretty. Sliced hard boiled egg, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, tomato and on top of a spring mix. All it needed was the avocado but still, it was tasty and I enjoyed it. The tenders didn't have any seasoning, they do come with sauce that you can select but either way I think they really needed some seasoning for the breading. I came here with a large group for work. We had called ahead so they were ready for us when we got there. I have been to other locations so knew what to expect from the menu. I got my favorite the zinger salad. At every location I have received a consistent product that I enjoy. The chicken is crispy but still juicy. One of my peers had the Osso Buca and said it was delicious- even scraped the marrow out. We were 38 people and the waitress did a great job of ensuring she came by to ask for refills.
