Great price and great quality! I had the birria tacos and they were awesome. The shell on the tacos was SO good--perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I also tried the garlic cilantro sauce, which was great and paired perfectly with them. My kids had the chips and guacamole and ate every bit of it, which is always a good sign! I was in this area and my friend had a free taco. He told me it was the perfect opportunity for me to try one of their tacos especially since I was craving an al pastor one. They have kiosks where you can order, and you can basically customize your taco. I ordered a single taco with corn tortilla with al pastor and onions and cilantro with green salsa on the side. There are other protein options like steak and chicken. They also have other toppings like pico, lettuce, and cheese. They also have other menu items like burritos, nachos, etc, and margs as well. The taco was pretty good even though it didn't taste like one from an actual hole in the wall Mexican restaurant or a taco truck. The salsa definitely paired well with it. It was a rainy day out while at the factory and I wanted something sweet and this place had a Nutella strawberry chimichanga with vanilla ice cream..it was a 10/10 it was so good! I am so lucky to have such an eclectic and delicious food hall literally 50 yards away from my front door. The Food Factory is full of great options, and one of them is Tacos My Guey. They have a lot of different items, but I went with their namesake, the tacos. I ordered six of them. Don't ask me which ones I got. I couldn't remember if I tried. But I do know that I liked them all just fine. I chose nice, simple toppings, onions and cilantro, so the meat had to shine through. And it did. Of course, you can choose whatever toppings you want. You can even choose if you want flour or corn tortillas. I definitely chose flour. Corn sucks, in most tacos. Ambiance, unknown. I didn't step into their storefront. I ordered from my phone in the big, beautiful, comfortable bar that anchors the food hall, and they delivered the food right to my table. Life is good, my friends. I loved this place. You can choose flour tortillas, which is good, and the only toppings on a stock taco are the onions and cilantro. Very good meat, and a good amount, too. I was a big fan. Cons: No real cons. It's pretty pricey, and I'm not sure the taco quality is that price point, but again the convenience is unparalleled. There are so many different place to try but my friend and I decided to go to Tacos My Guey. Happy hour is everyday including weekends which is great if you want to have a cocktail. Also, something really cool is that you earn points every visits. On my first visit I got a free taco with my order! There were so many yummy dishes to pick and I decided to try the steak nachos. 10/10.. The dish is fully loaded and is something you can definitely share with someone else. I recently visited The Food Factory in Oviedo and decided to give Tacos My Guey a try for the first time. I know they have multiple Central Florida locations, and I've heard good things about them from friends. The Food Factory has lots of different dining options, but I was craving tacos and I was the only one in my group who opted for them. Sadly, this experience did not live up to the expectations. I appreciated the ease of the kiosk ordering and that the food came out quick. I decided to get 3 tacos (steak, chicken, and carnitas), as well as a mango margarita, and a cheese quesadilla for my son. All the meats were extremely dry with hardly any flavor. The tortillas were crumbling and cold. The frozen margarita was pretty good, but a tad too sweet. Honestly, the plain cheese quesadilla was the best tasting item I got. Maybe I just caught them on an off day or got the wrong thing. Everyone seems to rave about the birria, so I would be open to trying that next time. Ya win some, ya lose some. read more

Oh my cheesy goodness!!! Wow, the quesadillas are absolutely phenomenal! I usually prefer more then just chicken and cheese in my quesadillas, like tomatoes, peppers, onions, corn, or black beans. BUT, this place nailed it by keeping it simple; chicken, cheese, and tortilla! Seriously, the best I've ever had! Again, the food was delicious and the servers could not have been kinder, but for that much money, I had to stretch the food (leftovers). You do get 3 plentiful quesadilla "slices" with queso and dipping sauce. We were certainly full when we left - the amount of food you get and the quality of the ingredients is spot on (this was my first taste of birria). The food was delicious here! I got two items while here and was blown away by how tasty it was. The BIRRIA FLAUTAS are so unique. I love birria but had never had something like this before. The consome was so good I could drink it, same with the queso. And for only $11 it was so worth the value. Service was really fast. They even brought it out to my table outside. The ambiance with the restaurant was nice, however it was small inside and very cold so I would recommend enjoying the seating at the food factory outside. This is my new favorite spot! I already loved the one downtown and now there is one located at the Food Factory in Oviedo. They have a great happy hour 3-6 everyday. Some of the best Birria tacos out here. The margaritas are so good and only $4 on the happy hour. The strawberry is my favorite. The service is always on point and the food comes out quick. Best quality and best prices, you can't beat it. You also get free tacos when you sign up for rewards. This is def my go to at the Food Factory so glad they opened a location here! read more

Overall, we had a great experience. Upon arriving we were really the only people inside and we were immediately greeted. The interior is very colorful. I did find it to be a bit cold inside, and the only reason I had a problem with that is because while the food came out piping hot, I felt like I needed to eat it fast before it got cold. After ordering on the tablet, our food came out very fast. The horchata was delicious, but the pineapple agua fresca personally was not my favorite. Overall the food was really good. The refried beans really tasted like the ones I ate in Guanajuato, Mexico. I really liked the Al pastor taco. I will say, without the sauce or lime on top, I found the chicken to be a bit bland. I had similar feelings about the steak taco. The shrimp taco was good, and my partner really liked the steak quesadilla because according to him, they used the "right cheese." Fist time at this place and it was great! The girl cleaning the tables outside, Gabby, was super sweet and recommended we try it.
