Tacos are solid. Guac is fresh but you can taste the onions Chips are hot out the fryer The lab tacos with chipotle were good The restrooms are outside and around the corner The Biria taco was fine soft and tender but not the best I've ever had Kids said chicken quesadillas were fine Overall the food is fine

    The best flan ever!!

Such a cool spot with great menu. From tacos to quesadillas and bowls, everything super tasty!! The seafood tacos are so different from everything that we had ever taste ,so fricking good!! I even had a vegetarian bowl that was off the charts with black beans that are made in-house from scratch, and marinated mushrooms, so good!! And they also have natural juices lime tamarind, horchata and floral de Jamaica. And dont forget the most delicious 3 leches and flan.. believed me the flavors are unique!

Tried Taco Lab on a friend's rec and wow totally worth it. * *Food*** Appetizer: The "Elote Fire Starter" (off the cob) with a surprise chicken taquito on top?  So good. Chips and salsa were free. salsa wasn't my fave, but I'm picky. Tacos: Not your typical tacos. Homemade tortillas with crispy cheese edges are amazing. Loved the "Tulum Experiment" (shrimp!! best I've had). "Pollo Alquimia" was good, but light on the pineapple sauce, the sauce is too good to be lost within other flavors. Drinks: Horchata & tamarindo agua fresca = super refreshing, not too sweet. Yes! Please. Prices: not the cheapest but totally fair for creative, high-quality tacos, the area and prices overall! ***Vibes:***Didn't get pics (ugh, I know!) That kind of service keeps people coming back.Small, super clean, has a sink to wash up (love that). Best for small groups 4 to 6... or grab-and-go. ***Service:*** Marco (owner) is the sweetest. Helpful, welcoming, truly great service. Would def go back. Highly recommend!

Very fun and flavor tacos. I was impressed by how well the shrimp was cooked. Very sleek inside which was surprising for this style of restaurant. The food runner was extremely courteous and attentive. More than I would have imagined. Only need a more parking and patrons.

My husband and I arrived within 30 minutes of closing, unsure if we would be able to order but it was no problem. I wish we had given ourselves more time to enjoy the food while they were open, but we still had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, the manager was extremely friendly and happy to answer any questions we might have! The food was prepared fresh and let me tell you everything was freaking delicious. I can see now why this place already has so many five star reviews. They also have a happy hour on Tuesdays that I will definitely be checking out in the future! The street tacos were fantastic, as were the sides, and the queso and chips were 10/10! They also have a back patio that will be enjoyable once it cools down a bit!

The former King Bao on Fairbanks in Winter Park has been transformed into the absolutely lovely Taco's Lab and I could not recommend it more highly! You have to have something special to open - just 3 months ago - down the road from Hunger Street Tacos, and Taco's Lab is just that. Special. The staff are very friendly and my food was fresh and wonderful. Everything - including their chips and tortillas - is homemade. I had maybe the best horchata I've ever had in my life here today. The elote was sublime! My birria taco and another with shrimp - fantastic! I could not rave any higher about Taco's Lab and I recommend it to every Yelpers...and then some. Gracias!

Traditional Taco with chorizo and the Tulum taco with shrimp. Both were excellent.

We stopped and had Taco Lab bases on the reviews, and I'm so glad we did. The tacos and service were excellent. If you love tacos like I do stop here.

Wow. Every single one of the tacos were fantastic. This is our new taco spot. It looks like a hole in the wall but dont let the outside fool you. The food and service were excellent.

We were really happy to stumble upon this place! Everything we ordered was delicious and I can't wait to go back. I had the veggie taco and rice - both were very good! The service was quick and everyone there was friendly! I'd definitely recommend and will be back!

Tacos done really well. No gimmicks, just quality ingredients, prepared precisely, and served with a smile. It refreshing to find a business that understands the basics!

First, the service was on point. Very friendly staff and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing! This is probably some of the best Birria tacos I've had. The quesadilla was off the charts. The shredded chicken was so juicy and delicious. The shrimp in the rice bowl was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The place was just a few months open and they are working on adding an outdoor patio which so far is coming together nicely. This can be a perfect ambiance for when the weather is nice outside. I'm already thinking of going back next week again.

I was glad to see there was parking in the back when I arrived, always an important factor these days in Orlando, which keeps getting busier and busier. The bar has cozy lighting, and the Halloween décor was spectacular. Worth a visit to The Courtesy just for that. The bar specializes in cocktails, and their Halloween cocktail menu was long and creative. That said, since I wasn't really in the mood for a cocktail, I ordered a glass of white wine instead. The appetizers, however, aren't as inventive. We ordered curly fries, Brussels sprouts, and the smash burger. The latter was a bit of a disappointment: the patties were thin, overcooked, and almost tasted like a frozen burger. The other two were good, with the sprouts being my favorite. I plan to go back for one of their cocktails with those long descriptions; maybe I'll just pick the one with the longest description and see how it goes.

Real good vibes. Orlando obviously has no shortage of places to eat, drink, and gather, but Alfie's belongs to that rare category of venues that feel equally at home in a major metropolis. It's the kind of spot that would fit seamlessly into Los Angeles's best neighborhoods: think Gold Line in Highland Park or the Vinyl Room at the Hollywood Palladium. Not because they're carbon copies, but because they share that intangible quality of genuine discovery and cultural curiosity. The crowd ( age range 25 - 35 mostly ) was genuinely engaged with one another. People were actually talking, actually present, not hunched over their phones. That alone felt invigorating. There was an undeniable spark in the room. Alfie's wasn't chasing trends; it was simply allowing them to emerge naturally. What impressed me most was how they brought it all together .. Retro stereo equipment and vinyl players from the 50s mixed with a bar area that's super sleek and modern. Conversations, music, the lounge itself .... all came together in a way that felt alive and IN THE MOMENT. When my LA friends visit, Alfie's is on the list. Go after 9 or 10 PM and plan to stay for at least two hours. That's when you really see the scene develop and come alive. Bring your ID: they card at the door. Even at my age, I still get carded.
