I've been a fan of Beefs in Lynn Haven FL for years so I wanted to return and have a great meal at the one here in Naples. We were out doing errands and were hungry. Walking in we were greeted and seated by a sweet young man. He took our drink orders immediately. Drinks were served quickly and orders taken. To start we ordered the house-made potato chips with cheese and bacon topping. It's huge so be prepared to take most home. I got the Buffalo chicken salad. It was just ok only because the chicken was cold. I would've preferred it be warm even though it's in a salad. This is also a hefty serving so that went home too. The next day I warmed the chicken and added new lettuce and it was perfect. All was good until a big fat cockroach ran across the floor. Our server ran to it and stomped on it. That pretty much ruined any appetite I had left. I don't know if this restaurant has problems with that or if it was a one-off but I probably won't go back. Have been going to this location once a week for lunch. Probably been going for about 2 months. Stopped in the other day for lunch and was completely ignored. A couple who walked in right behind me and sat next to my table in a booth were immediately waited on. There drink orders were delivered and they had their lunch order taken right away. I sat for 10 minuets without anyone wanting to get my order. So when I got up to leave the bartender comes and asks to get my order. I said I was leaving and I had sat for awhile and no one wanted to wait on me. I left without getting anything for lunch. I won't be going back. Sad because I liked the food, but don't know what I did to someone for them not to wait on me. read more

I don't know what happened to Kevin but I can't disagree more! I've been a customer of Beef's on Radio Rd. since they opened years ago. I am a regular customer there and have never once seen the owner stand around and drink beer during their operating hours. That's just a lie Kevin and you know it. They don't use dirty glasses and their tap habits are just fine. The bar, bathrooms and the general seating area are kept spotless. Walk into their bathroom and you're met with a clean environment and a sanitary scent to the air. Tell you what Kev, stay away because we don't need or want a complainer like you spoiling what is a very fun and friendly location. Something tells me you just have an unfounded bone to pick and this is how you decided to try and hurt a great place and a good group of people. If I'm wrong then you should do the right thing and talk to the owner about your complaints before whining on a forum like this! I'll remove my comments when you do. Trust me, I'll know if you do. You see I'm one of those customers you just dissed! I find the staff to be very friendly and certainly competent! They recently updated their menu and it's a great selection. Best burgers and wings in town!!! Catch all your favorite games here - the TV's are all upgraded. The service was prompt and friendly and the owner is always around with friendly handshake. Was here recently on Halloween night on our way back from Joey D's which did not have the local hockey game available to watch. We wanted to watch the Bruins game. Not many patrons when we arrived - being Halloween night, but by the time we left people were filing in. The staff seemed really nice, the bartender was very friendly and was happy to put the game on for us. Several good beers on tap. Beef O Bradys Radio Rd. is a great place to go to. The staff is very accommodating in every way. The owner Jerry always greets you everytime you are there. He will go to every table to say hello and ask "How's everything" The whole place is very friendly ( like Cheers) and the food is as good as any upscale restaurant.
