Nice patio and atmosphere at the Mercato. Tried their BWT Burger, it was excellent! The cheesecake dessert was also very good. Only reason they are not getting a 5-star review is because of the service, seriously lacking.

Burntwood Tavern is located inside an outdoor shopping mall, pretty nice. I am glad because you can't make reservations for outdoor dinning, just for inside. They have a strange system, you can make it, but you have to show up and get on a wait list. Wait, what? So with all this non-sense we had to wait forever to get a table on the pation, so we hanged out in the seating area of the mall. A nice outdoor area, great to wait, hang out and people watch. We got a pretty bad table, crammed between people from the bar and indoor area, so we were kinda of outside with staff and customers coming and going. Food- very unimpressed with their hand cut fries, we got small bits and pieces, letf overs or bottom of the barrel. My husband went for the Burntwood burger, a smashed burger, undercooked for his taste, nothing special. I got their Mahi-Mahi sandwich, didn't see enough pickled onions, not very pickled, the fish was tender and tasty, could have used more lemon aioli to give it a kick! My husband asked for aioli for the fries, the waitress said they didn't have any. Really? 'Cause they made some for my sandwich. Not the best service, just functional to get you in and out. Drinks? We got Paloma-s, but they ended up being the worst we had while in the area. Small, strong, didn't taste enough grapefruit or lime. Poorly mixed. Ok prices, but not a repeat. The worst meal while in Naples, not horrible experience, but could be better.Food is generic and so is the atmoshpere. There are better options. It's a chain and it shows it! Not for the better!

Top notch, reasonably priced indoor/outdoor, well managed tavern. Bartenders and wait staff are extremely attentive and friendly to their patrons. Best fish taco's in Naples that I have tasted so far. Crispy batter on the outside and perfectly moist on the inside. The food and fries were not greasy at all. If you're a vodka drinker, Burntwood has an array of their homemade fresh fruit infused vodka. Ask for Bartender Extraordinaire, McKenzie. She'll make you a nice drink! The decor shows that management also put great thought in the decor of the restaurant. From beautiful artisan custom made lighting, copper topped bar and an intimate swag draped table for 2. We'll be returning to check out their weekend brunch with a Bloody Mary' bar that you can create on your own and mimosa's.

Second time here and everything was absolutely perfect, yet again. This time we had Anthony as our waiter and as picky as I am, everything came out the way I asked for it to. I got the Asiago chicken again and it came out perfectly cooked. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and knew exactly what to pick from the happy hour menu. The tator tots were to die for!!! Of course, we had to stop at the bar for a drink to visit Brandon and of course, drinks were phenomenal. Always treats us so well. Definitely recommend coming in the food and drinks are hands down the best in the entire area. Staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially my girl Carol!

Besides their hostess being way less than welcoming (you could tell she hated her job and wanted to be anywhere but there) the food and experience was great! I went there for happy hour and we had the nicest waitress (autumn I think) who was just beyond lovely and helpful and even helped us find some new places to try and the food was also way better than we were expecting. We were hesitant to go because we thought it would be boring American cuisine but it was actually very amazing and the portions for the appetizers bigger that we have seen around here and the drinks were just as good!

Chicken sliders were sooo good! Also got the firecracker shrimp (not pictured) and they were good too. Great service and area! Not the best beer

Husband and I wanted to grab a lite early dinner. Since we have never been to Burntwood Tavern at Mercato, decided to give it a try. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We were greeted & seated by a friendly gentleman (appeared to be one of the servers). Our actual server, David was very nice and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer a "daily Happy Hour" (3-6pm). All "Starters" and "specialty cocktails" are $8. I believe beer and house wines were $1 off. We each ordered a flatbread (yes, from the starters menu;) cauliflower (cooked and seasoned perfectly) and calamari. Everything was DELICIOUS. We sat at a great little table for 2 and enjoyed a beautiful Naples Sunday afternoon. We look forward to returning to try some other appealing items on their menu;)

Happy hour review - good prices, good choices (esp. given the area, surrounded by higher-end restaurants and shops. Pro-tip: combine all-day Thursday $5 Moscow Mules and HH menu for a good time, seated outside. (See pic for HH menu)

So dissatisfied with the new menu and ambience. Used to have a great happy hour menu, no more cauliflower and they upped the prices.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
