Pretty good. This place was near my gate, so I swung by to grab something. I got to actually place my order with a real person. I ordered the grilled mac & cheese sandwich, along with a diet Pepsi. I took the food back to my gate, and overall the sandwich was very good. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the cheese was cheesy goodness. It was very rich., but not overwhelmingly so. My only complaint, was that the bread was just a little bit over toasted. It wasn't burnt, but you could tell by the taste that it was over toasted. Other than that, not bad at all. A sandwich soda and tax, and I paid $21 with the military discount. Yes, still a bit pricey, but compared to some of the other food outlets here at the airport, not bad at all. Thank you. read more

Quite possibly the most absurd thing I have ever seen. TWENTY (20) dollars for a breakfast sandwich that looks like it was reheated in a microwave. Eggs came out lukewarm, the "chicken sausage" was some kind of a crumbled spread, the cheese was the only legit thing although it wasn't fully melted. We got hungry while waiting for our flight and in exploring food options, this seemed like the best choice. We got the Chicken Sausage, Egg, & Cheese, Kimchi Melt, and Grilled Cheese. I wanted to try the Mac & Cheese, but they didn't have it. All of the sandwiches were good. Good quality bread and delicious cheese. If I were only rating based on the food, I'd probably give it 4 stars. It's pretty good as far as airport food goes. The service is awful though. They told us it would be 10 minutes to get our food. So we sat and waited. For 40 minutes. There was not a single other person there within 15 minutes of when we ordered. Then those that came after us got their food. I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. After going and asking about our food we finally got it. But they messed up our order. They didn't give us tomato soup. We told them it was missing and they just rudely told us we didn't order it (even though we definitely did). The grilled cheese was a lot less enjoyable, but we just wanted to get out of there and not give them any more money. If you want good food, have plenty of time to wait, and don't mind rude employees, this is your spot. read more

Since I had a delay, and I needed to wait for my plane to leave, I decided to have a delicious breakfast, and I saw the line of this place so I thought, this must be good. Well, it was amazing. That grilled cheese sandwich with eggs were so good. I loved how crispy was the bread with some butter and a taste of the eggs were cooked. Perfectly fine. I was surprised to see this Beechers outpost in the new LGA terminal so came by for some cheesy goodness. I'm a huge fan of the Beechers mac so was very excited to see the booth. They've been pretty busy every time I've walked by and the food takes a while to come out so do budget some time if you are ordering food. The mac and cheese here is tasty but pungent and sharp. Not really for those who are fans of the more mild variety. The penne in my order came a bit soggier and mushier than I would have liked but still has that sharp twang to it. The grilled cheese was good but didn't hold up well in takeout and I found it pretty oily. They have a fridge selling larger blocks of cheese as well in addition to the usual airport snacks. their organization/implementation of the line needs some severe help. it's actually two " customer orders themselves" kiosks and one register (that only takes cash). i went in the morning where the line was super long and barely anyone realized there there were two kiosks and it was just a bit great experience that could have been mitigated with some cheap signs. the food itself wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad. it's very mediocre food and gosh awful service. read more

I'm actually pleased to have arrived extra early for a flight, both because LaGuardia has been completely redone, and it's actually a pleasant airport to be in, and because the chicken sausage breakfast sandwich here is excellent. Bread well toasted, elements of the sandwich work together really well. They've been busy on a Sunday morning, but the line moved steadily. I got the small mac and cheese and a small bottle of Evian for $18, so it's not too bad for an airport meal. Ordering is quick and easy using the kiosk. The guys at the register were friendly. The Mac and cheese is actually penne rigate and cheese, and it's quite rich and creamy. It was surprisingly good, and had some tang and even a bit of kick (red pepper flakes?). $16.45 for a sandwich that was $11 four months ago is insane. It's airport food so you are held hostage. Grilled cheese sandwich is now $14 and it's $7 for a large flavored coffee. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich I ordered was way too spicy to eat and had no egg on it. Sucks that I didn't find this out until I was already on my plane. Service is slow.
