We got hungry while waiting for our flight and in exploring food options, this seemed like the best choice. We got the Chicken Sausage, Egg, & Cheese, Kimchi Melt, and Grilled Cheese. I wanted to try the Mac & Cheese, but they didn't have it. All of the sandwiches were good. Good quality bread and delicious cheese. If I were only rating based on the food, I'd probably give it 4 stars. It's pretty good as far as airport food goes. The service is awful though. They told us it would be 10 minutes to get our food. So we sat and waited. For 40 minutes. There was not a single other person there within 15 minutes of when we ordered. Then those that came after us got their food. I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. After going and asking about our food we finally got it. But they messed up our order. They didn't give us tomato soup. We told them it was missing and they just rudely told us we didn't order it (even though we definitely did). The grilled cheese was a lot less enjoyable, but we just wanted to get out of there and not give them any more money. If you want good food, have plenty of time to wait, and don't mind rude employees, this is your spot.

I know airport food is expensive BUT $18.45 for this?? The only reason I got it was because I needed something on the healthier side It tasted good but something I can make for $5. I know it's NYC but this one hurt They have two kiosks that you order yourself & one person who takes orders who only accepts cash? Make it makes sense

Since I had a delay, and I needed to wait for my plane to leave, I decided to have a delicious breakfast, and I saw the line of this place so I thought, this must be good. Well, it was amazing. That grilled cheese sandwich with eggs were so good. I loved how crispy was the bread with some butter and a taste of the eggs were cooked. Perfectly fine. I enjoyed my sandwich with a nice view even though I had to wait three hours for my flight to leave.

their organization/implementation of the line needs some severe help. it's actually two " customer orders themselves" kiosks and one register (that only takes cash). i went in the morning where the line was super long and barely anyone realized there there were two kiosks and it was just a bit great experience that could have been mitigated with some cheap signs. the food itself wasn't anything special but it wasn't bad. it's very mediocre food and gosh awful service.

Really yummy - hideously expensive but it's NYC- I'd recommend 3 of us split the bacon egg and cheese sandwich

I like their sandwiches, but the bread is where it needs a huge upgrade. My most recent purchase was the Bon Jour, which had delicious thinly sliced ham, brie cheese, artichoke, and dijon mustard. However, for a sandwich named after the French, the bread is not befitting. If they can fix that problem, their rating would easily be 4 stars.

Entering the store, which is a long and a narrow yet fairly sun-lit location, the two employees seem flabbergasted. We placed an order online and I'm not sure if it's because it's the beginning of lunch time but they seemed disorganized. Then we finally got our sandwich and I said we'll eat right at the few spots by the window. Incredibly convenient. Asked if they could cut it in half since we wanted to try it fresh on the spot. One guy was friendly, the other was lukewarm. I had to explain, it's our first time ordering so will understand to clarify instructions in the online order to have it cut in half in the future. Besides the customer interaction, the sandwich is pretty good. Great crunch in the bread, ingredients are just enough (not like Stacked but good enough to fill you up). It's certainly a great option for sandwiches with fresh ingredients. Probably better to order online than in person as they can be busy just making sandwiches and not be able to tend to in-person interactions as quickly.

This was my second time here and it was even better than the first! Don't let the unassuming…read moreappearance and reasonable prices fool you. The food is on par with any Italian restaurant in Manhattan. Service was great, friendly staff, homemade pasta and desserts....and Chef Franco is always watching to make sure everyone is enjoying his food. Can't wait to go back!

They started us with some bread and marinara sauce and the sauce definitely opened up our appetite and had us anticipating of what's to come. Then the to-die-for appetizer came, the mushroom ricotta cheese thinging it's sooooooooooooooooooo freaking delicious!!!!! I can't explain it, you'll have to put that cheese on the baked bread, then eat it together with the mushrooms to experience what we experienced.... Soooo good!! And we also had a bowl of meatballs lol it was good~ but nothing to write home about. Now for the Pastas, I got their signature Fuzi folding noodles with veal sauce and my daughter got the rigatoni à la vodka. They were both great!!! Their pasta has great texture with a fantastic clean taste and the sauce were subtle, fragrant and delicious. Not heavy and sweet like some of those normal Italian restaurants, this is definitely an A tier restaurant hidden in a local community. I would come here at least once a week from now on.
