In addition to the sandwich, I picked up a half pound of Chicken Salad. I love chicken salad, and theirs is a good blend of flavors. There is an added crunch with celery and onions. I like that their chicken is shredded. It is on the creamier side (I like dryer chicken salads, because I like to eat it on its own), but I enjoyed this with some crackers. Slicing the bread on a bias would give you a larger piece and make the dish much easier to eat. It simply needed more bread. Interestingly, as much as I enjoyed the vodka sauce, the homemade marinara served with the complimentary bread was even better. That sauce was fantastic. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but there was enough that I genuinely enjoyed that I would absolutely go back and try another pasta. This kind of attentiveness is expected, but impressive nonetheless. Before the call ended, I was given a timeline of when my order would be shipped and delivered (24hrs after being shipped!). Now to the product, I have yet to use the pasta and ravioli that I bought, but so far all looks appetizing! There is nothing like fresh authentic Italian pasta! Oh, and the dry ice in the cooler that the items were shipped in stayed true to form. Everything was still frozen after a 3,000+ mile trip! And not frozen like a freezer, but frozen like a luxury freezer-- there's a difference. No freezer burn! No frost bite! No excessive frost! This didn't affect the integrity of the items and their freshness by the way. The only con- I ordered cheese w/ broccoli ravioli for the kiddos, but received only plain cheese ravioli.
