We discovered a huge swarm of bees outside our front yard yesterday morning, saw the actual hive location yesterday evening. Contacted Steve last night & he sent Henry out to the house by 1pm today. Hive was taken out of shrub, along with 80-90% of the bees & the big queen. Beecasso's service is phenomenal. I was a customer 4 years ago, and I'll be contacting them again this week for another bee issue elsewhere on the property. I should have written this review before, but better late than never! In June 2018, a bee colony swarmed in our driveway (a spectacular, and slightly unnerving sight), revealing that the main colony had previously taken up residence in the wall of the building, way up high, above the 2nd story windows. I called another company to collect the bees that had just swarmed into our compost tumbler, and they were quick and reasonably priced, but when the same technician came back to remove the hive from the wall, he did a truly lousy job, which I'll describe so anyone who's considering other options can appreciate how great Beecasso is, by comparison: The cheapo company's technician cut open the wall from the inside of my tenant's little studio apartment, and left plaster and sawdust, dead bees, and bits of sticky, gooey honeycomb all over their walls, window sill, and floor. The tech said he'd come back later to confirm that the bees were gone, so he left the hole open, covered only with a layer of blue painters tape, which started to fall down almost immediately. Even after I taped it shut with more substantial tape, the poor tenant could barely sleep because his bed was directly under the hole, and he had to listen to the pitter-patter of bees colliding with the tape well into the night. The company begrudgingly came back two more times, resulting in no reduction in bee activity in the area. Finally, a coworker recommended Beecasso, and what a difference!! The quote was about 2x what I had already paid to the other company, but it came with a guarantee! Thankfully, no follow-up was needed because they were so skilled at identifying the location and extent of the hive, which extended well past the original area into the adjacent room. They opened the wall in both rooms and removed more than 80 lbs of honey!! After removal, they patched and painted those walls so well that I couldn't tell exactly where they'd cut them open. They also treated the area with a bit of permethrin to prevent a re-infestation, filled the wall cavity with insulation (I'm guessing expanding foam?), and fully caulked all of the little cracks in the old shake siding where the bees had gotten in. They left the place perfectly clean afterward. Truly fantastic service, delivered quickly, and with little disturbance to the tenant. So today, when some other tenants reported seeing a lot of bee activity outside their kitchen window, I immediately went digging for Beecasso's contact info because I fully trust that they'll do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. read more

I hired this company to remove a bee hive from my home and was quoted a price over the phone after sending pictures and they told me if when they get there and they see something more then it might be more , I said ok but before you do the work please let me know after evaluating how much it will be. What a wonderful company to do business with from first contact to the final handshake! They immediately located the hive and were able to give me an estimate within my budget.
