We had Bee Roofing out for a repair after some shingles blew off during a windstorm. The scheduler was friendly and got us on the calendar within a few days. The repair crew showed up on time and knocked out the work in about three hours. They matched the new shingles to our existing roof color pretty closely and cleaned up the yard thoroughly before leaving. The leak we had in the attic stopped completely after their work. Price was reasonable and matched what they quoted over the phone. Communication was okay but we did have to leave a message to get a confirmation call back. Overall the repair held up well through recent heavy rain so we are satisfied with the quality. read more

They had a very competitive price compared to other quotes we received, and they had a list of items with repair costs if they needed to be repaired (none needed, but this was a selling point to us that they were upfront with everything.) read more

Should have written this review almost 3 years ago, when the work was performed. Beans removed the prior roof, and installed a new 30 year composition roof. Did a beautiful job. Timely. Cleaned up well. I couldn't have been more pleased. Plus, the price was very competitive. In addition, we had scheduled the roof job, but a huge rainstorm was coming in, and Beans was willing to come out and quickly tarp our existing roof for us prior to the scheduled work, at no extra cost. We are planning to have solar panels installed but unsure if our roof needs replacement. Contacted Bean's Roofing and Carlos was so kind to squeeze a roof inspection on his busy schedule. He was on time, checked our roof and told us theres stil about 5-7 years life left, he also made some necessary recommendations. I was ready to pay him and he declined it. Awesome company and owners Eric and Kacie Bean worked so well with us. Because of the rain we decided to put the new roof off after calling in January. They were booked as well. The materials were delivered and the next day, trying to beat possible rain, there were 14 guys and Eric the owner of the company, taking off sections and replacing just in case of rain starting. I now have a roof that whenever it rains, I am not looking in every room to make sure we don't have leaks. Even worked around our skylight. OK so I woke up this morning after having a big rain storm and hail with no problems to a dripping in my kitchen from my skylight I called beans Carlos he sent a man right out and they took care of it immediately. Sadly, Bean's Roofing is very unprofessional about their Customer Service. I needed a new roof and called them to do a bid. They were highly recommended by The Inspector who did my Official Home Inspection. V I've already let them know they may need to rethink referring Bean Roofing. I've spent the last 5 days trying to get a hold of them with no response. Carlos called me and left a message with his direct phone #, never to hear from him again. Who is representing Eric Beans Business? Certainly not Eric Bean. What a disappointing realization that those of us who believe in supporting local businesses, have to go elsewhere. I started trying to get an estimate in April 2017. They were very busy, and the " estimator" was sick. I was put on a list..waited months, no return call. Have called 8 times since, with no return call. Last time , the ninth, was 3 weeks ago, Carlos called and said he'd come to do an estimate " in a few days".....still waiting Now the rains are coming, and my roof still need replacement. I am frustrated. Got a estimate from Home Depot, but I would like to support a local business, if possible. Going to try one more time...maybe 9 th time will be a charm read more

Bean's to the rescue! We purchased a house on the coast in September and are currently on the wait list for Bean's to do a complete roof tune up in January. Good roofers are worth the wait! But the rain came and we had leaks in three places the day before Thanksgiving with a house full of family coming! So I called just to see what could be done to protect the house and here they are one hour later, working hard to make sure the leaks are stopped. I've heard they are dependable and do great work from a co-worker. After over a month of trying to get them to show up for a quote, I'm giving up and going with someone else. They always respond - I have several emails stating I'll get a phone call to schedule, then gotten no call. I've called them a few times and even had a "by when" date for a quote. No quote. He said he'd leave a business card on my front door so that I knew he'd been by that day - nothing. They must be too busy to want new clients. I guess that means they do good work, but I wouldn't actually know. It shouldn't take 10 emails and 3 phone calls over a month to get a quote. read more

Wow, I read some of the other reviews, and I didn't have their experience, which I'm grateful for. From the very start, I received excellent call back and good communication. Eric came when he said he would for the estimate. I live 2,000 miles from my home in California so I needed both the good communication and the follow through. I booked out a week with no rentals and needed the work done on time - they delivered. Started when they said they would and was through a day early. Eric Bean (Bean's Roofing) gave us an estimate for Class A shingles (take off old, put on new) on our 2500 sq ft house (one story) that was considerably less than we were expecting, which we took. He gave us a specific start date, said the job would take about two days. His crew was there at 7:00 on the first day, and they finished that day. They worked like beavers. Eric was onsite supervising during 90% of the time his crew was there. They replaced several vent caps, and repaired some of the dry rotted plywood base. Eric came back a day later, did an inspection, found a couple of very minor glitches that I would not have noticed at all, and fixed them. I very highly recommend this company. Eric and his crew were great to deal with, and they did great work at a very competitive price. I'm very happy with how the whole transaction, and would use them again without question. read more

We had a bad leak and these guys came out numerous times and patched dnd finally when we still couldn't find the leak they re did the entire half of the roof at at no charge only to find out that it was stucco related on our wall. After three very frustrating weeks of attempting to schedule with this roofing company, including numerous phone calls with numerous representatives, and postponement-after-postponement of estimate date windows, they finally ended the torture and ceased issuance of false assurances ad nauseam. They finally 'fessed up, and told me they were booked for the next 5months, and had no intention of performing or scheduling an estimate visit. This information would have been appreciated, if communicated on the first phone call.... Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and dishonest. Bean"s Roofing was recommended by a friend. We called to get a quote on a repair job and received a quick enough reply. After we received a quote we decided to use their services. Over the past 2 weeks we have called them 3 times each time needing to leave a message with their answering service as well as having sent an email. No reply on their part to any of our attempts to reach them. The last time we called (today) and spoke with their answering service we asked if the owners were on vacation. We were told no and that there is no reason that our previous messages had not been received by Beans. NOT GOOD Business practice!! read more
