In response to your comment on my review, Bruce, I DID complain after getting a poor haircut and service for our dog and nothing was done. Also, I called the vet the same day I was turned away for our nail trim appointment and my dog's vaccinations ARE up to date and were the day of the appointment- there was no reason on my end you couldn't take her. The way it was handled was not ok. Furthermore, if you simply check these things when customers make the appointment rather than waiting until they drive all the way there to say you feel there is an issue (especially when there wasnt) to turn them away rather than simply letting them have time to provide whatever documentation is needed then you wouldn't have list a customer. I hope you improve your practices for your other customers.​ read more

I can understand an employee not getting a correction updated to the boarding schedule. Then, since the departure date was wrong, my girl got a bath on the wrong day. (which in talking with Chuck, he said they would do a refresh on her correct departure day. Unfortunately, she doesn't smell nice and clean) However, trimming her nails which I specifically asked them "Not To Do That" is unacceptable. Now, she is excessively licking her paws and has an injury on her back right foot, just above her nails. Nobody mentioned this to me and she doesn't really play much with other dogs so I doubt it came from a scuffle. Lastly, I brought her 4 bags for breakfast, 4 bags for dinner, 4 bags with one Greenie in each one to be given with/after dinner and 4 bags with a few treats in each bag which they said they would give her at bedtime.They gave me back 2 bags of the treats and 3 bags with the one Greenie in them. There were no extra bags of anything. If they can't feed them correctly, with the separation and labeling of everything, it makes me really question what sort of care did she have while she was in their facility. read more

He had to go to the emergency room vet, and then have a cone and be separated from all the other dogs the rest of the week so that they didn't touch his injury. I would suggest not taking your pet here for grooming. I was quoted a price for grooming, nail clipping, and shampoo. $70.00. When I went in to pick up my pet dog the charge was $125.00. I asked what the additional charge was for I was told the hair was matted down. I said that was impossible due to the fact I just shampooed him two days ago! The manager/owner he would split the difference. I was tired asking why and settled for the difference in cost. The real catch was NO RECEIPT! I asked for a hard copy and was told it was sent to my email address which a day later NO Receipt! read more

Beds-N-Buscuits is an absolute wonderful place to bring your dog! We've boarded our very energetic lab there twice now and have had the best experience. They send daily snapshots and you're able to call at any time to check in on your pup. Brody has an absolute BLAST when he's at bnb and then comes home so tired and fulfilled. I really appreciate the fact that they take the time to place your dog in a specific area of play that will best suit them. Our boy is very very leash reactive which made us nervous to have anyone else handle him besides us. He was handled with care and confidence by every single handler that interacted with him. We have boarded our dog with BNB for three years. Without them we would not be able to travel. We board for two weeks at a time at least four times a year, with shorter stays as needed. We have peace of mind knowing he is well-cared for and having good social time with other dogs. He always looks forward to staying there and 'never looks back'. I have 2 senior dogs that haven't been boarded in 10 years. I chose BnB because of their customer service and they really seemed to care, asking all the questions about the dogs and stating the dogs would get attention and some pets everyday. I spoke to a rep on the phone days before our stay and explained my little 4lb dog wears a diaper inside the house and car because he lifts his leg and sprays. The rep told me that the spraying is not an issue. They will leave him in the kennel with NO DIAPER and they come clean it out on a daily. I was totally fine with this. I drop my dogs off in a hurry, the front desk person was very straight to business and didn't ask any questions about the dogs. I didn't think anything of it because I had such a detailed conversation with the rep over the phone. So I assumed they had all the notes about the basic dog care for these small elderly dogs. 3 days later I go to pick up my dogs and my little guy is shaking and completely soaked in urine. They NEVER took off his diaper. He was just soaked and completely filthy, wearing the same diaper for 3 whole days. I was so upset. I called the manager and complained. The total bill for the weekend was $300 for two dogs. The manager was apologetic and gave me $100 off. But I don't think I should've paid one dime for my little dogs stay. They did not Take care of him. Two days later I ended up having to take him to the vet for a bacteria infection due to the neglect. One thing that really bothered me is that Part of the service included a nightly belly rub and a check in. They absolutely did not check in on this dog. If anyone would've touched him they would've realized that they needed to take the diaper off because he was so filthy and sick from the bacteria infection. I'm am shocked by this experience. This ended up being an incredibly expensive three night stay after all the vet bills from the neglect read more

Very good. 5 stars would have to be something that I can't afford, like one on one or two. These folks are great! The groomer does a great job despite an anxious and fidgety dog. I just picked up my dog and he had an infected eye. I was able to speak with Chuck and he was a great guy who really cared about the well being of my dog and was able to make this right. This was the first time my Murphy went to doggy day care at just over 4 months old! The staff there was awesome and I loved getting the post-visit report cards which included photos from his day. I was even able to text the staff in the middle of the day to get a quick check up. When I picked him up, he was such a happy pup and surprisingly really clean. I had these thoughts of him showing up covered in dirt and drool at the end of the day. Totally not the case! Two days in a row at Beds-N-Biscuits, Murphy was a very happy and tired puppy and I can't wait to bring him back there again! If I could I've give negative stars.Horrible experience. I already spoke to staff and Chuck called me. We will never come back.. My dog was returned to me shaking and visibly ill. I immediately took him to the vet and they determined he was excessively dehydrated and was running a fever (almost 104 F). He threw up within 5 min of getting to my house and what he threw up was bile. As such he either was throwing up at Beds N Biscuits and I wasn't told or Beds N Biscuits food log is totally inaccurate / falsified. I state this because according to the receptionist he at breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. This is a physical impossibility as if he had ate each meal as stated he would not of been throwing up bile only. Vet said bile only would be a minimum of 12 hours without food... Also I'm very suspicious in general on how he was cared for. I purposely provided too much food in case I was delayed picking him up. I gave very explicit food amount directions thus there would have had to of been excess food left over at the conclusion of his visit. I was given completely empty bags back. Something doesn't add up. The dog also was super sore and also had to give pain meds via my vet. Also to be clear I was never contacted at all during his stay to let me know that there was any type of problem. First I found out was when I picked him up. Nothing was said at pickup either... We sent our very friendly Yellow Lab there twice and the second time back he dug his hind legs in and wouldn't go through the door. He normally loves people and other dogs but, while also coming home that day with kennel cough that showed up a few days later, he also has been dog aggressive since that visit. When I called to check on him on his first day, the staff person who answered was not even in the state of Colorado - she says she works remotely. That's so strange to me - what questions about your pet's well-being could she possibly be able to answer if she's not even at the facility? I think they handle too many dogs at once and don't have the staff or time to manage cleaning the facility well and/or making sure there isn't overcrowding in the play yards. It's also the first dog daycare that we've been to where you are not allowed to see the play yards or other facilities. That's strange to me. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like others should be aware before choosing this business to watch your precious pet. read more

They were super friendly, but they left my dog harness on the cage, so naturally my dog chewed it, instead of then hanging it in the front with the rest of them. They refunded me the money of a harness, but it was dry inconvenient since we were on a road trip and the harness really helps my dog with walking since she gets scared and slips out of her collar when we don't have a harness. The harness wasn't a big deal, they owned up to it immediately and notified me and helped with the cost. What got me was when I picked my dog up when they opened, she was wet from sitting in urine and smelled really bad. The office was also filled with crazy hyper dogs being dropped off and was very busy. Hopefully your dog isn't dog aggressive if you pick up at opening time. read more

More over: The free trial day is a good hook, and the staff does their best when they know it's a trial day, but after that good luck getting updates on your dog. They give "report cards" on your dog's day at the facility, but they update it once...2 minutes after you drop your dog off. Picked up my dog from a full-day daycare service and he had a big scrape on his nose. When I called, emailed, and texted to inquire about what had happened I got the feeling they were dodging my calls because each time I would call - no answer, and when I would give explicit times I would be available for a call they would call at a time I was not available. They gave a very half-assed reason for what may have happened to my pup. Terrible for how much they charge for a full-day of daycare. Do not recommend. read more

Bed N Biscuits does not have an ethical business practice. I did take my dogs there, and it did seem like they were a good place (despite them losing my dogs bowls, and not seeming to have any idea I gave them to them, which made me concerned if my dogs got their food), and so I bought a 10-pack for $514. The back story is, I had to put my dog of 8 years down in April, made a grief-based irrational decision to get 2 puppies, and soon realized I wasn't able to provide them with the care they needed. When I bought the 10-pack, I was desperately trying to find a way to make it work, but soon after that, I decided to rehome them. I asked Bed N Biscuits to refund me for the 10-pack and they said they don't do returns. I asked to speak to the owner, and then I emailed them, and I never heard back from either. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond or acknowledge my situation at all. I disputed the charge on my credit card, and Bed N Biscuits responded that I was aware of their no-return policy because it was printed on the receipt. What good does it do to find out that they have a no-return policy after you have already bought something? It is clear that Bed N Biscuits doesn't care about people at all (and therefore -how much do they care about our pets?) and is just out to make money. It is also unethical to have a no-return policy for a service where they have had to do absolutely nothing, would lost nothing, and yet still they get to hold on to my $514 for doing nothing. Please don't support a place that is just in it for the money, it is not good for our community or for our pets. read more

I went for a tour at 11:30ish before boarding my pup for the week. Unacceptable was the first word that came to mind. When I was shown the kennels the stench of urine and feces was strong in a space with only fans to cool in addition to no privacy barriers between kennels Continuing the tour to the outdoor play area had my eyes watering with an overwhelming smell of urine. The number of dogs in the play space near me was excessive, inviting one pup to have bad moment with no where to turn other than lash out for some space. I'm uncertain if there is an indoor play area as I wasn't open to continuing. I can appreciate the heat and staffing shortages may impact care and the A/C or cooler may have been broken but this left me feeling sad for every animal there. I cancelled my upcoming boarding reservation. I encourage you to visit before placing your pup in their care. read more

Gotta love Beds-N Biscuits! I've been taking my 1yo blue Heeler mix there at least once a week since iHe loves going and is worn out from playing when I pick him up. Apparently there are some other folks in my neighborhood who take their pups there also. When they walk by my place my little guy recognizes them and goes crazy wanting to play. Disappointing first experience. Really nice people, but not great care. We booked over the holiday and we heard they had 150 + dogs, which they probably just bit off more than they could chew. There is some misleading information on their website. The experience was not really "just like home" - as advertised on their website. It's not luxury boarding either. The kennel area, "rooms" as they are called on the website, feel just like an animal shelter. When we dropped off our dog, we specifically requested he be fed 3 times a day. When we picked him up, he had several extra meals leftover (that were even dated and separated by meal) leftover from the stay. They only fed him twice a day even though we made a special request. When we told management, they did give us a partial credit for the mix up- mistakes happen. So really nice people. Also, unless you pay extra, it is normal for them to have the dogs in the kennels from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am the next day! I paid extra for one on one time, but I have no idea if it actually happened. I didn't get many updates. Lastly, ever since picking up our dog from the kennel, we have noticed that he has been having a mucus discharge and sneezing heavily. These are signs of a bacterial infection. We are nervous about this! Take caution! read more

We had a trial run at Beds and Biscuits for our first time with dog day care. Our pup was there for 7 hours. When we picked her up her ears were laid bad and she was whining. Before we left she had to pee and had a super full bladder. On the way home we pulled over because she seemed like she had to go to the bathroom and had to go #2. She continued to whine and whimper the rest of the way home. When she got out of the car, she bolted to the front door, which she has never done before, trying to drag me like she couldn't get there fast enough. I let her in and she quickly ran to her water bowl and seemed like she was lapping up water for a good amount of time, more than I have ever seen, even after a long walk. It was quite obvious she had a miserable time and we felt bad for what she experienced. read more
