I often have had to tell Patty and her employees to be sensitive around their penis because they will be irritated if it is too short. One of my pups was irritated immediately but it passed. This morning my other pup was in severe pain and my vet sent us to urgent care for fear of infection(Saturday). I called Patty to let her know. After a 300 urgent care bill, plus a harmful grooming, she said she googled it and it has nothing to do with the grooming. A refund for one of my pups would have taken this a long way. However, even an acknowledgment would have been sufficient. But according to the dog groomer, our vet was wrong. Hmm- sounds right because she googled it. Sad and disrespectful for not acknowledging. Disappointed.

I thought this was just nuts, and didn't have time in case our dog wasn't "worthy" or their kennel to find another place! Luckily, a coworker recommended Beds and Biscuits, and we were able to see the facility and meet the staff. Their rates are very affordable, including the extras like a wash and a brush. Strongly recommend this amazing place - they'll take care of your furbabies right!

Also, I called the vet the same day I was turned away for our nail trim appointment and my dog's vaccinations ARE up to date and were the day of the appointment- there was no reason on my end you couldn't take her. The way it was handled was not ok. Furthermore, if you simply check these things when customers make the appointment rather than waiting until they drive all the way there to say you feel there is an issue (especially when there wasnt) to turn them away rather than simply letting them have time to provide whatever documentation is needed then you wouldn't have list a customer. I hope you improve your practices for your other customers.​
