Our dog Miso.

My grand dog stays here when neither my daughter nor I can be home for a long day. He looks like a tough big dog but inside is quite anxious. This is the only place he has tried that he actually seems to feel safe. I think their set up where the dogs can see each other but are in their crate is the reason. Also the staff there really understands and loves dogs. They always seem to be having good day. Makes my tail wag to know the found a good dog care situation and we try to have him visit weekly just to keep the familiarity.

i looooooove Zen Doggy Den so much!!! they take such great care of your dog and give a lot of updates and photos so you know your dog is in good hands when you're away. i love the small group style play time as it provides better safety and helps your dog relax a bit more! your dog will be in good hands at Zen Doggy Den always.

Edit: the photos speaks for themselves! This lady sent a cease and desist that she copy/pasted from google. She's been reported to the licensing board! Disgusting. Hair, urine, drool and who knows what else in the kennels. Unprofessional management.

I would NEVER entrust Soshi (or Princess Xochitl as she calls herself), to be in care of my four…read morepets ever again, and would caution anyone considering doing so. Soshi was paid ahead of time and committed to coming for eight visits while I was out of town over an extended weekend. Come to find out at the end of my trip, that Soshi had opted to NOT show up for THREE of the visits she was supposed to come for and LIED about doing so. Beyond that, and more devastating, she left my dogs confined in the house, without relief or care for over 24 HOURS. It seems Soshi was naïve or clueless in thinking that all of her actions were not trackable through the security system. On February 10th, she entered my home at 8:19AM and didn't return until the next day, on February 11th, at 8:28AM. It's beyond heartbreaking, thinking about my poor dogs and what they were enduring during this time. On the day before, which she again chose to skip (February 9th), they were restricted in the house for a span of 14+ hours on two occasions. Now going back, she was texting me that she was 'on her way', but never entered the house and never took care of my pets that were trapped inside all day. I trusted Soshi being in my home and had her in my house on occasions prior to this. There were blunders with her back in August, where she clogged my toilet and had the cops sent to the house, from not disarming the alarm. I should have known better then and had verified she was actually coming when she said she was. In a clear reflection of her lack professionalism, Soshi continued to be deceitful about the situation along with being combative. Her indifference and carelessness is completely unfathomable. Her actions were not only neglectful, but boarding on abusive. How a woman like her is claiming to run a legitimate "Pet Sitting" business, yet lacks any compassion, is alarming. I just hope to save others from enduring a traumatic situation such as this.

Thankfully, Xochitl got back to me super quickly with affordable rates! She even picked up our little ones for an extra fee which helped us out greatly! We were sent updates with pictures which showed our little ones were happy and being well taken care of. We are super happy to have found them and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so kindly for treating our little ones so well!

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE…read more Our dog Jordan was severely attacked at daycare here and required emergency surgery. She had 14 wounds requiring staples, and several of them needed drains. There was severe muscle tissue damage, and the vet bills were nearly 3K. Laura claimed that the attack was stopped immediately, but the damage resembled that from a prolonged attack. She did nothing to seek out medical care for our dog, and only left us a voicemail stating that Jordan had been in a "little tiff" with another dog. Once we got Jordan home, it was obvious that this had not been a little tiff, and that she needed care immediately. She could barely walk and had wounds all over her body. Laura repeatedly tried to downplay the seriousness of the situation, refusing to call it an itattack, and stating that sometimes dogs get too excited and nip at one another. This clearly wasn't the case here. Jordan, nearly 11, has never hurt fly, so not only did she not provoke the attack, but the damage was extensive and more than just the result of few nips. The vet seemed shocked by the amount of damage done. Jordan remained under their care for 24 hours, several of which she was in surgery. I could go on and on about the pitiful response to this situation by Laura, but I'll let the picture speak for itself. I would never risk putting my dogs lives in Laura's hands again. I understand that sometimes things happen with dogs, but this was extreme, and Laura handled it terribly to say the least. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Go somewhere else. Edit: I will say that we were eventually reimbursed, but not by Laura. We were reimbursed by the other dogs owner, and only because we filed a report with animal control and they pressed charges. I still have the voicemail Laura left my wife after the attack. There's nothing serious about it. I'll share it with anyone who doubts my review. Jordan has healed physically at this point, but she is incredibly anxious around other dogs now. She probably always will be. If my wife thought Jordan was fine initially, it's because you told her there were two bite marks, and she had her hands full picking up three dogs at once, so she couldn't verify your claim until she got home. There were 14 bite marks requiring staples. More if you counted the minor ones. If you had given Jordan more than a few seconds of attention following the attack, you would have known it was more than two. You should also avoid using quotation marks so carelessly when I doubt you remember my wife's exact words. If she thought Jordan was ok, it was only because she took your word for it. I'm certain that your voicemail, which is an actual recording, is more accurate than your memory. I understand that you have a business to maintain, but this might not be the best situation for you to be arguing about .
