Today, April 4th we once again made numerous attempts to reach you.  It is only when I call from a unfamiliar cell that you chose to answer.  I said hello Bob this is Brenda Meyer and you hung up on me. This email is to notify you that you have violated our contractual agreement. Your failure to secure the roof has resulted in additional damages to our property.  It was negligent of you to do so and negligent of you not to respond on site last night. We can not move forward with a company and individual who puts our home, dwelling, and our expensive Airstream at risk like you did last night.  We also refuse to move forward with a company and individual such as yourself who avoids communications with their client.  The quality of your work was poor at best. I had requested your material bills today so that I could rationalize how much of the 4200 downpayment you need to return.  Since you refuse to comminicate I have now filed a complaint with the BBB for the full amount. It puddled the next rain, I sent Bob pictures, he would not look at them & said I don't know what you are worried about, this roof is guaranteed for ten years, within 2 months it leaked , it has leaked 2 to 3 times each year since, Bob would not respond to numerous calls & texts until I agreed to remove a complaint I filed with the BBB. Each time it happens, he becomes angry, says "his roofs don't leak", he has come out 4 times in the last 3 years but it takes weeks to reach him each time. Now he says it should have been flashed, he will flash it if we pay more, but can't say when he will come out to bid. It has ruined the ceiling, and a laptop. We can't replace the ceiling because it keeps leaking. He escalates quickly on the phone, says he's had problems with this system against"rough brick."If it needed flashing, it should have been part of the bid in the first place. When we replaced a roof, we expected it not to leak and if it did, for the problem to be fixed in a timely professional way. This has been a nightmare. We are calling another company and getting an attorney.

Said the siding needed to be removed, but they were unable to remove it. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone to take on such a small job. Called Allen first and they said they could help, and would send someone.Tom came out and removed the required siding, and said to let him know when the plumbers were finished with the repair. When the plumbers were done, we called to have the siding replaced. Kyle came out and had the siding back up in no time. He told me there was no charge for the job. So nice to deal with friendly people who took the time to help us out. We are considering replacing our siding in the near future and Allen will be our first call. Thanks guys!
