Only after I paid for my consult and the additional tests did the receptionist tell me the little "2" at the end of the description leads to a footnote where the tests are separate. So my bill was almost $900 for a 35 minute consult and one saliva hormone kit and a blood test. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the website. My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

My daughter has seen numerous PA's and yet not seen a PA more than once until this week. She saw a new doctor for this office last year which wasn't a good experience but I think that doctor has been long gone. This week we saw PA Jean Peak. She diagnosed my daughter earlier this week with Herpangia and said antibiotics weren't necessary as it was a viral infection relative of Hand Foot Mouth. She told me my daughter could go back to school the next day. So I did. My daughter suffered. I sent her to school again the next day not realizing how it was taking a toll on her. (It's tax season and I'm under pressure so please no judgement). I picked her up on the second day back to school, and she had another fever, she had chills, was crying due to being uncomfortable and obviously she was NOT getting better. Her fever came back worse than the first time. She couldn't sleep and couldn't get comfortable. I knew this was something more. My husband took her back to the doctors office this morning and now Jean Peak says it's a bacterial infection caused by the viral infection. Cough, ear infection, blah blah blah. They issued antibiotics at 11:30 this morning. At 7pm my daughter also now has pink eye!!!! There was no acceptance of possible misdiagnoses earlier this week and NP Peak refused to do a strep throat test based on her viewing of my daughter's throat. Instantly both days she had a diagnosis rather than test! I'm so frustrated and so upset that this office is NOT represented by the Doctor herself or medical staff that stay and represent the doctor with respectful outcomes. Doctor Mohideen has several offices now and sadly I feel she's become more about the money than actual patient care. I think I'll be searching for a new pediatrician as she seeks to not be able to keep a regular PA or other doctor on hand.
