I have been bringing BOTH my children here since birth and I can't express how AMAZING the ENTIRE STAFF is. Dr Camacho/Lee are such amazing pediatricians and are very tentative to all your needs or concerns regarding your child. I have had ZERO issues with either pediatrician OR the front office staff. Dr. Camacho is my #1 and GO TO Dr. For the whiney ass parents complaining of a "wait time" longer than expected...have you ever thought that maybe the child in the back with the Dr. has a bigger issue than yours? You'll wait 5 minutes longer for your extra grande white girl double cup sugar drink @ the local coffee shop, but you won't wait an extra 10 minutes to see the Dr.!? Keep in mind, somedays there is only ONE pediatrician on hand. PATIENCE WORKS WONDERS. Daisy & Maria are by far the best. Not sure where the BULLSHIT comments about them came from. They are always very professional & helpful whether it's just to make a last minute SAME DAY appointment (not many Dr's offer this), referrals, labs, etc. If you're looking for a PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY pediatrician's office for your kid/kids, than this is the place. If you can't wait an extra 10 minutes cause you're missing your soap opera @ home and think that YOUR child needs to be seen the very second you walk in, than go elsewhere. This is by far hands down the best pediatrician's office in the area. BE PATIENT! SOME KIDS HAVE BIGGER ISSUES THAN YOURS! read more

I love coming to this office. The nurses and doctors are super nice and make my toddler feel at ease.

Something has changed and it's very apparent. Recently received a bill for a standard check up for my daughter. My wife took her in and sat waiting for the doctor for an extended period of time. She saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes and then billed us for a level 4 appointment. For those that are not in the business of investigating insurance fraud, this is controlled by a CPT coding system. It equates to what is coded as a 99214. This is the 2nd highest code allowed for a visit in the office and requires over 25 minutes or a detailed history and a complex medical issue/diagnosis. Neither of which happened. When we called to discuss the "error" we were told that they have a new owner , Children's Rady's Hospital. That is what they charge now for an office visit??? Good thing it's open enrollment time as this is complete BS!! We were treated as if we didn't know what was happening and we were idiots. Well we can vote with our feet and NEVER go back here. Do yourself a favor, find some other office that doesn't feel a need to get rich off of every single simple office visit. I truly hope that the state of California looks into this as it is fraud in my opinion. Oh and not to mention the other reviews on here about the staff are right on. They can be SOOOOO rude at times to the point where if my wife calls and gets a specific front office person she would hang up and call back later. read more

Dr was very kind. But I'm not sure if I'd recommend this office it's not worth the wait. For my son I was at the office for 1 1/2 hours for a wellness check And for my daughter I waited in the waiting room for 50+ minutes before even being taken back to been seen by a nurse or the dr. Front staff admitted they're understaffed. If you are on a time schedule I would advice going elsewhere. read more

After doing some research I called my insurance company to use Dr. Lee as my daughter's PCP since we have an HMO. After making the change and receiving my ID cards I called to make an appointment. Wow was the front desk rude! She kept on using words "like I said" and her tone was just awful. I'm not going to trust my child's health and well-being to this office when the front desk can't even provide standard customer service. read more

All 3 of my kids have been going here since birth, 9 years. Front staff is amazing, Maria & Daisy are great. We always get greeted right away and Dr. Lee and Dr. Camacho are super attentive to all of my kids. I love this place read more

In short- don't bring your kids here if you value your time, money, or getting accurate medical care. This 1 star is given because of the fact that the staff is usually nice and the website features are a bonus. However, there isn't anything else I can praise them on. The wait time in the waiting room is always about 15 minutes. Then a nurse takes you to the back for vitals. The vitals are always off, a fact that they admit to you but don't do anything to remedy. Then you are placed in a room to wait for the doctor. This wait time is always at least 45 minutes, no matter what time of day or what the appointment is for. They ask that you leave the babies clothing off so the doctor can check all over, meanwhile they are cranking the AC. If you put the baby's clothes back on, you get a remark about how they should have been left on and that you are wasting the doctor's time. My sick baby has been screaming for 45 minutes, but that doesn't matter. The doctor's knowledge is hit or miss. One doctor I had was immediately able to diagnose my baby with a respiratory infection while another had to go get a book to see what hand-foot-and-mouth looked like, an extremely common disease in babies. One doctor slapped a colic label on my son because he was crying during a visit (he had just been woken up from his nap to have inaccurate vitals taken and had an ear infection) and wouldn't listen to me when I, the mother, protested that this was an isolated incident and that he most certainly did not have colic. The billing policies are awful. You are randomly notified about bills you owe with no description and if you ask what they are for you are then charged just for asking... If your child ever has an emergency the closest clinics for the group are at least 30 minutes away and there will be a wait. I asked a few coworkers whose kids also visited this location what their experience had been, and they said they had the same encounters and had switched doctors. I switched my son to a doctor in Riverside at the Children's Medical Group. The doctor was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, the billing was straight forward, there is a clinic on sight with doctors on call 24/7, and we were in and out in 25 minutes, and that was with having to fill out new patient paperwork. When I mentioned that I was switching from Pediatric Partners they said they get a lot of their patients whom all have had the same experiences as we did. read more

I'm giving 1 star because their convenient location and the fact that you can usually get same day appointments. However if you value your time or desire urgent responses don't go here. I've been here 5 times - all 5 I've waited no less than 50 minutes and as long as 1:15 to see the doctor. 1/2 the time the receptionists are nice, the other 1/2 that are pretty rude. I arrived once and walked behind the person ahead of me at the window and was rudely told to go sit down and wait my turn. The last straw for me was I needed a prescription refill - called and left a message at 2:30. Didn't hear back. Called again at 4:30 and heard back at 4:45. I was told the doctor was sending it to the pharmacy now. A few hours later when to pharmacy and no prescription. Then I went back the next morning, still no prescription. The pharmacy called the doctor twice with no response. I left another message to understand when the prescription would be sent to pharmacy and didn't hear back until 12:30. The receptionist told me the doctor didn't get to it the night before, and they were very busy this morning... Oh and they were leaving for lunch so prob won't be ready until after 2:30. Ok... So called again at 2:30 and doctor STILL didn't get to it. Meanwhile my son has been wheezing this whole time waiting for the inhaler!!! Finally 5:30 they called to confirm it was sent to pharmacy - it took a WHOLE 27 HOURS to fulfill a very simple request for a sick 2yr old!! This lack of urgency is NEGLIGENT! Perhaps they should reconsider the old school practice of closing up the office for a 2 hour lunch when they can't see patients in a timely manner and can fulfill a prescription request in less than 27 hours. I'm switching doctors and you should definitely stay away! read more

I'm only giving one star because you need to give a star to write the review. In short, this is probably the most unprofessional, rude office I've ever dealt with. I should have known as I was warned away by another mother but I used them because I moved here from out of state and I needed to establish care for my daughter immediately. Not sure where to start with the long list of complaints, they screwed up her allergy test(not fun getting blood from a one ur old), the staff is rude and inconsiderate and in the 3 or 4 times I've been there, I've never waited less than 45 minutes. I've complained and given them a chance to fix it but they had no interest and didn't seem to be bothered at the thought of losing another patient, clearly just another number. read more

I have been bringing my daughter here for all her check ups and illnesses. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Dr's are very helpful and informative. They provide the best care. I highly recommend this office. read more

If you value your child's health you will not take them to this office. I brought my son in because he'd been sick. The Dr said It was Just a virus and it would pass. When he continued to get worse we called the office with no response. We called back 6 times in one day again with no response until the following day. Still was told it was a virus but got prescribed 2more medications. When he continued to get worse I took him to a new Dr Who immediately admitted him to children's hospital Where we have now been for 3 days. I am appalled at the lack of care that we received at this office. The office staff is rude and the Dr's don't seem to care for the well being of their patients. read more

Overall a good experience. My kids were seen by Dr. Lee, she took her time during the exam as well as answered all of our questions. Their nurse was super sweet with my kids and made them very comfortable. The office seems a bit outdated but nothing major. read more

I have been coming here for over three years now & I love it. The staff always greet me with a smile each time I take one of my 4 children there. read more

Worst Pediatric ever! They refused to see my sick daughter due to a $25.00 "no show" fee they assessed without informing me back in 2016. When questioned they insisted I had to speak to they billing department who was now closed but in the I interim they would schedule my daughter BUT would not see her until the $25.00 was paid!! Completely absurd giving the fact that my insurance company has paid them thousands of dollars over the years! Would not recommend place to anyone!! read more

Well I have to say they were the best but this last year has been horrible! I would not recommend them. The doctors are great if your child is going for routine checkups. The office staff is rude! If anything serious they don't care! I could go into deep explanation of why you should not go here but trust their poor reviews. They are not the nice Eagle Glen pediatrician office that so many once loved. I was one that chose to go here because it was close to home, but your child's health is worth the drive. read more

Let me start by saying that I have 5 children, 4 of whom have been seen at this office. We have been patients there for over 10 years. I often have had complaints about excessively long wait times and rude front office staff (the office manager is just horrible), however the Dr's themselves are nice so I dealt with it. Today I went in for a sick appt for my 11 month old baby and was refused service because my drivers license had expired 2 months ago. They literally refused to provide my baby with medical attention because of this. After bringing all 5 of my children here for over a decade, I am just baffled by this behavior. I clearly was who I said I was and my insurance was verified and valid. I asked that they confirm with the Dr, who knows me quite well, and they refused. This was my final straw, it is unfortunate because Dr Lee and Dr Camacho are nice to deal with, but I can't handle the rude treatment by the front office staff and office manager. read more

Dr. Lee is amazing. Ty so much for the excellent care of my son... The entire staff is friendly and professional.

I came to this office for the first time today since the office my son normally goes to was booked up and I was so happy with this location that I think we will continue to go here over the closer one. There was little to no wait time everyone was helpful and professional. Seriously great! read more

I've been coming here since my oldest was 3yrs old (he is now 16 ). Anyways, I have had nothing but good experiences here. It's a friendly, clean atmosphere. Drs are great and friendly. read more

I've been going there since I was little, Best care ever!!!!! They make me feel safe and secure and are always helpful. They always make time for me and the doctors are very kind and approachable. Regardless of wait time, (which is understandable because there are many sick kids that they treat on a daily basis) this is the best pediatric care around!! read more

I would give it zero stars if possible. I don't know how this place has 3 stars. I should have read the negative reviews before taking my kids here. Front office..worst customer service. The front office manager I believe...she also gives shots to my children. She's rude rude rude and so unprofessional. Never in my life have I had a bad experience at a pediatrician. Also, my daughter was sick...had a runny nose and cough and doctor Lee told us it was an ear infection so she prescribed some kind of antibiotic. The antibiotic did not work. It made my daughter get worse. We got another opinion from a different doctor and said it was def Not am ear infection. I just moved here and was hoping this place would be my "go to" pediatrician...disappointed. read more

Both my kids have been going to pediatric partners since they were 2 years old and they are now 14 and 16. Both doctors are great! Actually both offices that I have gone to have been awesome! Staff is super nice and helpful. Office is clean and I highly recommend them! read more

I Love this Place. Dr Camacho is amazing, she listens to you and she makes sure all your questions are answered. Finally a place where you are not treated as a number but as a patient! The staff is friendly and I never had any issues scheduling an appointment if my daughter was sick. I drive 30 miles to go there but is worth the drive. read more

My letter to dr Camacho after Maria was unwilling to help us. Maria literally refused to speak to my ins representative handling our appeal (Maria said I had to file an appeal) bc she claimed it was a HIPAA violation. Really??! You tell me to file an appeal and then you won't talk to the RN from the appeals board for united healthcare?? I also was advised by the RN that Maria could have filed the appeal on my behalf. Maria of course didn't tell me that bc she does not care about my child or what's in her best interest- awesome that she works in pediatrics. We made Dr lee aware that we were unhappy and she seemed to not care how her patients are treated. Kathy, the RN from united healthcare also expressed her dissatisfaction with the office to the office manager.. I am still waiting for a call from the manager. We took my daughter in for her 6month checkup and she was already in her doc band helmet. My husband took it off for the exam. Dr Camacho came in and then pointed out the flat spot to my husband, clearly she didn't read the file notes before coming in to see we are already treating it. (Also to see all the issues we went through in order to get the treatment). You think she would have seen all the notes in the file about the treatment. I could go on, but instead we removed both our kids from their practice. Good morning Dr Camacho, I am writing regarding my daughter Scarlett. A few weeks ago at her 4 month checkup I received a referral for cranial technologies to correct her plagiocephaly. We went to the consultation and treatment was recommended. I spoke with Maria yesterday and was told that it was not covered by our medical group. I called cranial technologies after and was advised by their insurance specialist department that Regal Medical Group does in fact contract with Cranial Technologies, however they often try to redirect patients to another company. She explained that I would need Scarlett's pediatrician's office to resubmit the request/authorization stating that we request to do treatment through cranial technologies. I called your office this morning and explained this to Maria and she was unwilling to assist. She stated that there was nothing she could do and that the insurance company "would not lie to her." I don't appreciate how I was treated. This is a time sensitive issue as I'm sure you are aware. The window to correct her plagiocephaly is small as she is growing at a rapid rate. Her unwillingness to assist in this matter is unacceptable. She has submitted this 4 times now and has yet to submit it property. I spoke with Cathy from UnitedHealth care, the rn handling my appeal this morning. She reviewed the documentation I sent over and does not see why it was rejected. She attempted to speak with Maria but Maria refused to take her call. Maria told me that I needed to submit an appeal and now she is unwilling to assist in the matter. Her unwillingness to help is very upsetting and unacceptable. read more

My children have been patients at Pediatric Partners for about 12 years now. I absolutely love the doctors and the staff at Pediatric Partners in Corona. I always feel very welcomed and my children get too notch care. I appreciate the fact that the staff and the doctors know my children by name and have always treated my children with patience and kindness. I live about 20 miles away from the office and will continue to drive the distance because I am confident that my children are getting the best care. That is priceless. I would highly recommend Pediatric Partners in Corona. read more

Love this place! clean, quick and GREAT Doctor (DR. Camacho) which is all that matters in my books. They took in my son totally last min when he had a high fever and saw him quickly. We do have great insurance (PPO) so i never had issue with the front desk. I used to go to DR. Deterville no a big fan and the wait times too long. I used to love eclipse medical group when Dr Shih was there because he was the best doctor EVER but he no longer practice there :( !!! read more

When my son Was first born we decided to go to pediatric partners as it was close to our home. I took my newborn son here for 6 months and had enough. This place is dirty... Like really dirty. The wait it always a hour or more with a appointment. As a new mom i had frequent worries and took my son to see the drs quite often. The drs never remember who you are, always over prescribe medications and make you feel like a bad parent for asking questions. I am appalled at Dr.lee and Dr.camacho . They rush around don't listen and again over prescribe to get you out of there. I finally decided to get a second opinion when they said my 6 month old had a ear infection. He indeed did not according to my new pediatrician and she took the time to explain kids inner ears turn red when they cry and he dis not need antibiotics. I have had many bad experiences here and would not recommend anyone take there children here! I feel spoiled at my sons new pediatrician as she is everything And more you would expect from a healthcare provider . read more

I highly recommend his office! The staff is awesome and Dr. Camacho is really attentive.

I just had a great experience with the billing department at Pediatric Partners. This has actually happened to me more than once with this group over the last 11 years. I called to pay my $216.00 balance. The woman took a few minutes to review the bill and explained that there were a few things that she would be able to remove. Apparently insurance covered these costs - or something. My bill was reduced to $137.28!! I did not ask her to review or question any of the charges. She just did this as a courtesy. Thanks, Pediatric Partners for running not only a great health care facility for my kids but for being ethical and responsible with my wallet read more

I absolutely love the Doctors here. We usually see Dr. Camacho, but have seen others when she is not available and it's an urgent appointment. The office is clean and the medical staff is nice. The admin staff is not nice, but they are not the ones I care about. My children are there to see the doctor and get the medical care they need. read more

I bring my baby girl here. The place is nice, the back staff are really sweet, and the wait time isn't bad (if you get there 15 minutes prior to check in). I mainly come here because Dr.Lee is just fantastic! She is always so welcoming and she truly cares about my child. She seems to always be in a cheerful mood and actually listens to my concerns and questions. More doctors need to be like her! I am so sad I'm moving, I hope my next pediatrician for my daughter is as good as her! The only reason I give 4 stars is because sometimes some of the front staff are not that welcoming. Other than that, it is a good place to bring your child :) read more

First Both Drs are great! The problem is the office staff and there organization and there so called system.Yes you will have great visits for your check ups but good luck if you need a referral. I have had two horrible experiences with getting paperwork and referrals through. They leave off required diagnosis codes, never call you when approved . To make a correction is an act of God or get lost in there system . All there error leaves you a delay for seeing the next doctor which if you have a fracture or an injury and you need the specialists leaves you greatly delayed and every time office staff act like they can't help you or never saw or talk you about it. It happened twice with my daughter and now my son. Poor organization poor follow through ! poor communication! Changing doctors! I'm done! I have never written a bad review in my life but I just can't believe how disorganized this place is. read more
