My review is not for the purchase of a bed liner or bed cover but rather the excellent customer service I received from the owner Marnie. I have a Tacoma with a missing part on the bedcover and open spots near the bulkhead which is very common. I called and spoke to Marnie who was polite and took the time to try and diagnose what I was attempting to explain. She is invited me to bring in my Tacoma so she could take a look. I went to her shop and she stopped her work to take a look and give me advice, and even gave me some small foam pieces for free. She never tried to sell me a new bed cover as I told her I was just trying to do easy repairs on my current bedcover. She spent about 15 min helping me for free and like I said, gave me some free foam sealant parts as well. I'm not ready for a new bed cover, but when I am I will definitely visit Marnie - her willingness to listen and offer me help without giving me any sales pressure is the type of customer service unheard of these days. I debated whether or not to write this review, but think it's a fair representation of my experience. I dropped off a classic pickup truck that I've been restoring to get the bedliner done last week. I went with Bedliners Plus because of the stellar reviews and location. Despite some difficulties getting in contact with Chris, he was able to spray the truck the day after drop-off and then called me in the afternoon to pick it up. When I arrived and took a look at the bedliner it looked great. The job that he does with the spray-in product is great and I have no qualms with that. However, only after I paid and was telling him about the other work I'd done on the truck did he point out that he "chipped the paint" with his spray gun and asked if I had any touch-up paint. This truck was fully painted by a professional body shop 6 months ago. Based on his attitude about it, I assumed it wasn't a big deal and was somewhere inside the bed around the area where he was working. However, when we went outside to take a look it was actually a large gash on the side of the truck. He had attempted to touch it up (I don't know how he knew what paint color/code to use), but it was still very obvious. He asked how I felt about it and I said I wasn't happy, and he then offered to "buff it out". The chip was down to the primer/metal, so it's unlikely that any buffing could fix that. My frustration stems from the fact that he didn't mention this to me when he called me to pick up, he didn't mention it to me before I paid, and he only mentioned it after I was talking to him about how much time and work I'd put into restoring this classic vehicle. I totally understand that mistakes can and do happen, but he shouldn't have attempted to hide or repair it without my consent. He should have immediately owned up to it and let me decide what I wanted to do. read more

Ok, this review for Bedliners Plus is long overdue but I definitely can say that the spray in bedliner for my 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Tremor is holding up and performing flawlessly. I bought my new truck in October of 2021 and within two days I was at Bedliners Plus having them spray in the bed liner. Was I nervous about having Bedliners Plus sand down the bed and spray in the bed liner? Not at all! I have used them in the past and I knew they were the go-to place when I bought my new truck. So I recently splurged and grabbed a new truck, I also splurged a little on accessories. I found bedliners plus on Yelp.....all good reviews (now I question Yelp) so I didn't continue looking. Shame on you Yelp ! Day 1 (Wednesday) - the owner (Chris) had sold me on a one hour maybe two hour install time on Thursday. I Also paid in full at his request ! So I dropped my truck off at 8:30 am (Thursday) and by 1p after waiting I was told they shorted him the appropriate kit necessary for the install. Come to find out the order was correct and it was his error! I also explained to Chris that he was the first step in the process of getting my truck dialed in, he assured me there would be no issue. So now because of his incompetence I have to reschedule multiple appointments. Ok shit happens I get it, but I was guaranteed an install on Friday and then it moved to Saturday. On Saturday (today) it finally came out that Chris is not as efficient as he leads his clients to believe, after talking to him and learning how he came to be the owner it all makes sense. He was a long term employee and it seems like he knows how to follow the step by step directions, but if there is any bump in the process he's perplexed. It's almost like watching a child paint by numbers and they are missing a color, the world stops spinning! Day 3- I have only had my truck less Than a week at this point fyi, he texted me in the morning asking to delay my install another 2 hours. again I get it shit happens. I call after not hearing from him all day and he explains that his Saturday morning appointment which he was also having install issues with was taking longer than expected. So my original 10a appointment on Thursday moved to 11/12 on Saturday and he called me out for not being more sympathetic due to his incompetence. So at 5p today (Saturday) I picked up my truck and the only difference is the scratches and damage he left by him trying to install something that apparently is beyond his grasp. If you like to waste your time and hear excuses please use this shop, otherwise I'd recommend slamming your hand in the truck door over and over again to achieve the same result. If you want issues or your smarter than Chris (not hard) this could your shop, if you value your time and money seek an actual professional installer. So after 4 days I'm waiting on a refund, need to find a new company, I have a hold on my credit card and push back from the owner about his shitty service just sealed it for me. Not only did I waste 3/4 days and f up my weekend, but Chris offered no resolution. Even my 8y/o daughter was perplexed how he is still in business. read more

They put in a bed cover, upon installation I noticed that the sides were not laying down on the rubber lining. Chris said no one has ever complained about this and they always lay down after heating up. I allowed some time to see if it would function better and it never did. I begin calling Chris a month ago and have left no less than 10 messages with no response or even the courtesy of calling back. Bedliner Plus did an awesome job on the spray liner for my new 2019 Chevy Colorado. Super happy with the service from consultation on product choice all the way through the application of the liner. I went with the more expensive UV protectant coat. Well worth the small added costs in terms of looks and product wear and tear. The truck bed looks awesome! I called and left a message for them yesterday, and they returned my call in less than 20 minutes. I spoke with Steve who was very informative and upfront with their pricing and time it takes to get the work done. I brought my truck in today at the appointment time we made. He immediately took the truck to the back and began installation. He said it would take an hour and a half, and it took even less time than that. The bed looks better than ever. We have a conversion van that was just build by a guy who did not do a very good job with the fiberglass roof. We asked Chris if he could just Rhino line the entire top to seal it and he said no problem. He ended up resealing the entire top of a huge van. He had to re attach many items needless to say it was a ton of work and tedious. The van came out amazing and the price was as well. We are going to have him cover the entire Van soon.
