After we had settled into our new house, we started looking into different house cleaners and ended up asking if A+ Janitorial Services cleans homes (which they do). They came and gave a free quote with different options that fit our preferences. After talking to a few different companies, we decided to go with A+ Janitorial Services since we had a good experience with them before and the price was very fair. We are so glad we did! They have come two different times now, once to clean just our bathrooms (we have four) and once to do a full house cleaning. They left everything so clean and it smelt AMAZING! I'm not sure what they use, but it is great. We generally keep our house pretty clean so I didn't even think it would look that different, but somehow it was even more clean and perfect and shiny!! We will for sure be using them again going forward. If you're looking for someone to either clean your home or clean your carpets, I would definitely look at these guys. Highly, highly recommend! I didn't remember to get pictures, but will try to take some next time around! They left everything looking so beautiful, words can't do it justice!

I'll be honest, we were not ready when Sabrina showed up. We were behind on packing, still had…read morethings to sort through, and were frankly a little embarrassed at the state of things. Most cleaners would have done their job and left it at that. Sabrina didn't. She quietly helped us get organized, pointed out things we hadn't thought to take care of before handing over the keys, and made sure we weren't leaving anything behind that we'd regret. None of that was in her job description. She just saw that we needed help and stepped up. The cleaning itself was thorough and professional. But what we'll actually remember is how she showed up for us as people during a genuinely stressful day. She was patient, kind, and never made us feel judged for being unprepared. If you're looking for someone who takes real pride in her work and treats her clients with genuine care, Sabrina is exactly who you want. We're so grateful we had her.

I CAN REALLY RECOGNIZE THE PROFESSIONAL HIGH STANDARD JOB FROM A SLOPPY ONE . Five Star Cleaning Service showed up at my door right on time. They had everything with them even little stepping lader for reaching places. Right away at the doorway they were shoe covers. Then we took a tour around the house and I explained my preferences and what I want them to do. Very easy to communicate with. They took a little bit more time, then it was planned, since a lot more work needed to be done at my house, but it was so worth it. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that we talked about was done, with Love and Care. 1. Shower, shower doors, sinks (and we have 6), Windows, window doors were sparkling. 2. Kitchen stove, kitchen sink, kitchen stainless steel appliances were done really nice. Plus my kitchen cabinets are white and they've done a great job of cleaning every single little spot. 3. Absolutely everything was dusted. Even tough areas with stuff around them. 4. The floors were washed and any rugs on Floors where vacuumed and cleaned. 5. All garbage cans in the house emptied and changed. After, we had a walk through the house and checked the job. I couldn't even find one coment or complain. Everything was just nice and neat. I have found my cleaning service after all. So, from five stars the highest I give him all five! P.S. have mixed feelings if I should post this feedback/review. Afraid they will have more clients... I really want them to keep the hight quality Lol
