When a close friend recommended Carbon Commercial Cleaning for my residential pre-move-in cleaning…read moreneeds, I certainly expected I would be happy with the results, but the superior service I got far exceeded expectations. My wife and I had just purchased our first home, and we wanted to cleanse the house from ceiling to floor, cabinet to wall, and every other place where pet dander and cat hairs could linger. On the day we picked up the keys, the smell of wet dog was so strong that I could taste it in the air after we left. Since we're a family riddled with allergies and skin sensitivities, finding the right cleaners was top priority. We needed someone who could turn that odorous pet palace into an allergen-free home and do so without harsh chemicals that would create a new set of reactions. Carbon Commercial Cleaning did that and so much more! I really can't praise them enough for the outstanding job and extra care they gave us. From start to finish, this family-owned business demonstrated a rare balance of delivering the service we needed but with an attention to detail, high standards, and personal investment usually reserved for one's OWN family. They asked great questions up front to better understand what we needed and understood that getting a fresh new start was key. Communication skills were incredible. Scheduling was easy, and the owner was responsive, professional, and caring in every interaction. She was very flexible in booking, especially since I was hesitant to finalize anything until we closed on the house, which left her with a shorter turnaround time. Honestly, there were so many things that set them apart that I can't name them all. They delivered BIG on the type of "extras" that let you know you're in a luxury hotel versus a standard one: - planning the carpet shampoo early enough to allow more time to dry, avoiding a lingering smell of wet carpet that I've read about in reviews of other companies - using brand new toilet brushes for our home and leaving them behind so that we had new ones on Day 1 - pressure washing the garage, driveway and back porch so that we had a fresh look on move-in day (understanding what we needed, even though we didn't ask for this) - spending an enormous amount of time and extra repetitions trying to remove the hard water stains in the shower - meticulously cleaning out the cabinets and drawers (knowing that the previous cat hid there for several visits) - carefully washing walls, baseboards, ceilings, and vents to remove pet hairs and marks - miraculously removing all traces of pet smell throughout the house and garage. I'm blown away by how much love the Carbon Cleaning family gave to MY family in their move-in service. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends, family, and colleagues.
