If you are 100 percent sure you have bedbugs - these are the people to call. I didn't have them - non to be found except a couple spiders was told and for that I was charged 1200 to heat treat my home and car. I wish I had gotten more information, but when you're getting bit at night by something you want fast relief! Johnny said the heat would kill whatever was in the house, but afterwards when I called to see if it kills fleas ( later learned previous people living here had cats and I'm allergic)....his tune changed to "Well, you know we only specialize in bedbugs", and sounded like he didn't even remember me although it was just days later I called. There was no follow up either. I get it - nothing guaranteed, but geesh...1200 dollars later and I can only hope whatever it was goes away. We own several apartments throughout San Diego County and had a report of a bedbug sighting at one of our apartments. We called Bedbug Seekers and spoke with the owner, Johnny. He explained his method of treatment. He uses 150 degrees of heat to eradicate the infestation, where other companies only use 120 degrees. He was very cooperative and worked with us on our tenants' terms and schedule. The treatment was not invasive for our tenant and only took 3 hours. Unfortunately, later in the week, the tenant informed us that he was bit and cited some bed bugs in his bed. We immediately called Johnny and discussed how this could happen. He believed that the infested insulation in the entry of the attic needed to be treated. It was inspected, lifted and treated. When we spoke with him, he was very understanding and polite. He came back to our property and did a treatment focusing on the entire attic by lifting the insulation. We are extremely satisfied with his willingness to work with us. He advised me that they didn't see any evidence of bed bugs while they treated with heat, but unfortunately for me it didn't work. I found this company online when I was looking for bed bug extermination. I'm very methodical when it comes to research and reviews online and companies so I only leave reviews if I think it's an excellent service. I called on a Sunday to give it a shot and sure enough Johnny answered and he said he was the owner of the company. I told him that this is the second time having bed bugs from 2 different incidents. I know the stigma from having bed bugs we think that only people that live dirty have them, but this is simply not true. They are expert hitchhikers that we got from my son's cousin the first time and now from his friends. We had heat treatment before, but from a different company. I was glad to find Bed Bug Seekers as they use heat as treatment. We did whole house treatment, wasnt sure if that was needed but didn't want to risk leaving anything behind. Thankfully it all went as expected. Johnny and his son arrived on time and kept contact throughout with updates and pictures. Its not cheap but needed this done. If you want to know what you'll be signing, ask for the document beforehand. I would have liked to read it carefully instead of prior to them starting the treatment. Some items did get affected with the heat such as blinds, light switch plates, and the caps from our fire sprinklers melted off.
